-You absolutely put Hiyoko in her place. But in more of a “You shouldn’t judge people by what they wear Hiyoko. What happens if you mess up and get yourself into some serious trouble? You’re gonna have me all worried about you.” way.

-He falls right there and then. That’s it.

-Would be passive but slowly leans to protective.

-Starts bringing you loads and loads of gifts. Far too many rings.

-Starts spending all his free time with you. Often sulks sleeps when you’re busy.

-Perks up immediately when you are in the room, everyone sees it.

-Nagito’s the worst about it in the game when he find’s out Hajime’s a Reserve Course Student.

-“Darling, Why bother with someone so below your shining hope?”

-Hajime’s pissed.

-He would not kill anyone. Ever. Let’s just get that settled.

-He WOULD absolutely rock someone’s shit though.

-He absolutely would have punched Nagito in the face and then profusely apologize.

-If you don’t forgive him he is devastated and quickly gives in during the last trial.

-If Teruteru so much as touches you, Mikan looses a nights sleep making sure he’s alive.

-He is and now he stays very far away from you.

-He would however keep you away from anyone he thought could/would/might harm you or take interest in you.

-No being alone with Nagito(chap2 onwards/no despair AU.), Fuyuhiko(chapt.0-3), Kazuichi, or Teruteru without him. Period.

-He will be upset if not, but he’d like to be in the room with you if you’re alone with Gundham, Peko, Hiyoko, Nekomaru, Akane, or Fuyuhiko (4-future/no despair AU).

-Often trusts you alone with Mikan, Sonia, Mahiru, and Twogami.

A/N: This is just a preview for an idea I thought up of based on a song plus some concepts I've seen. I only chose these characters because I don't want to have too much clutter. However, if you'd like to see the concept with any other characters, feel free to ask!

This building seemed like it could collapse on itself any moment, but given how long it's been around, the chances are slim. You only wonder what went on here before it was abandoned. A friend had told the two of you that it used to be a school, most likely for gifted students. You would think this place would have remained in tact, but maybe the staff didn't meet the budgets.

Though you were amazed with how much greenery had grown into the place. It gave you some semblance of how many years had passed since this school was in session. The fact that you're practically walking on grass and passing through branches tells you... Probably a decade or two. Even with it shutting down, why was this not something you ever heard of? Your friend had to look through archive files to even find out about this school's existence. Wouldn't this sort of thing have been made public?

A sigh escapes you. You were getting off topic. The only reason why you were even here in the first place was because your other friend was too uneasy to go alone. They had a fascination with searching abandoned buildings. At one point, you two and some other friends had went to an mall that had closed due to the major decrease of people coming in. It was fun, but right now it could've been better if all of you were here. Everyone else was either busy with their jobs or the amount of time their college courses demanded.

So it was just the two of you. Together exploring this abandoned school that you've never heard of. You don't even think there was a name mentioned.

"Oh? I didn't think something like this would be in a school. A vending machine, yeah, but this?" Your friend was facing something you couldn't quite see, so you leaned to the side to get a better look.

A gachapon machine?

"You would only see these in stores or the laundry mat. Why would the school have this?" They further examined the contraption as you spoke up, "I mean, given how the stairs look, maybe the headmaster has some sense of humor. Albeit a little odd..."

They looked over to you with a smile, "Wanna try it? I don't really play these things. It seems like a form of gambling to me." You chuckle at their words and almost laughed when they commented on how the people who made these things wanted to get the young ones to start early in such.

It looked to be that this gachapon used to light up, making you wonder if such a thing would still work. Especially with how old this school seemed. You shrugged and just hoped that this thing wouldn't eat your coins in the process. You pulled out your wallet and got a coin to insert. It was pretty simple how to use this, given how you've always begged your parents for some change in order to get a prize in the capsule as a child.

Turning the knob, you heard the clatter of the coin and soon saw one of the capsules fall through. Your friend made a noise of amusement. Even with what they said, it still looked fun to watch.

Carefully picking up the capsule, they asked, "So, what'd you get? This thing doesn't really have much pictures on the sides, just writing. Here, lemme just... 'The ever reclusive detective', 'The supreme leader of phantom thieves', 'The stone hearted affluent progeny', 'The.... "

The list went on as you listened to them read everything. It was probably characters you could get from the gachapon, but you couldn't wrap your head around what sort of show or game series had these type of characters. Two lucksters? Okay then.

You grasped the lid of the capsule. "Well, let's see what we got. You can't really see who's inside but it just makes this a little more exciting." With a small pop, the lid separated from the other half.

Can I please request yandere hinata hajime x talentless reader, like in this au Hinata wanted to have a talent so bad that he chose to leave reader behind but once he finally got everything he wanted (ie talent,power, superiority, etc.) he just felt empty,like sure he had achieved everything he ever wanted but he missed the reader. The reader and him were buddies together who despite their lack of talent was always there for him, the reader help him with his insecurities and was a sort of safe haven for him. So cue Yandere hajime who uses his talent to track down the reader and be with them but the reader doesn’t recognize him anymore, the reader is scared of the new him

It’s days like these- gloomy, rainy days- that you miss Hajime most.

You used to spend these days inside, peering out the window in a comfy chair, wrapped up in a cozy blanket. Hajime would do the same, staring at the rainy weather in a comfortable silence that warmed you more than any blanket.

He’d make you both hot cocoa, acting like it was no big deal that he put it together for the both of you, acting like he would do the same for anyone else. You knew he wouldn’t.

You missed the way his fingers would intertwine with your own and the way he’d pull you roughly across the couch until you were practically in your laugh. He’d hide his blush and pretend that he wasn’t flustered at all by your close proximity. You knew he was.

Hajime had been the perfect boyfriend in your eyes. Maybe, for some people, his tsundere attitude would be a turn-off, but you found it cute- endearing even.

You could picture a future with him. A wedding. A family.

But Hajime had one fatal flaw.

Some people dream of wealth and blow all their money in casinos, trusting their life savings to lady luck. Some people dream of love and sacrifice their true selves and their dignity, willing to do anything if someone, anyone would look their way.

Hajime dreamed of talent.

Hope’s Peak Academy drew Hajime in like a moth to a flame, burning him with its intensity. Your childhood friend turned lover longed for recognition as an ultimate student. 

No matter how much you reassured him that he was talented, Hajime wanted to be the best at something. Anything.

Hajime became obsessed with his dream, enrolling as a reserve course student at Hope’s Peak Academy. But it wasn’t enough, it was never enough.

And then the school gave him an offer. They would give him his dream, at the possible cost of his personality and memories. 

You told him flat-out that it wasn’t worth it. What was the point of receiving an ultimate talent if it meant you might lose yourself?

But Hajime didn’t seem to care what you thought. He practically salivated at the idea of receiving a talent. It became his one and only goal. And you were placed on the sidelines.

“If you go through with this, then we’re through, Hajime Hinata!”

You’d yelled that at him with tears in your eyes, sure that he’d drop it at once. Once he saw how serious, how broken you were about this, surely he’d give up on this crazy plan.

“Then we’re through.” He’d said it with a simple shrug, one that sent shockwaves through your heart. 

The dam broke and the tears flooded your eyes, spilling down your trembling cheeks. He walked past you without so much as a glance backwards.

It was over. You had accepted that eventually, with much ice cream and TV. You didn’t expect to see him ever again, especially considering that this surgery could very well wipe his memory completely. 

So who could blame you for laughing when, 8 months later, a stranger came up and claimed to be Hajime Hinata.

Hajime’s eyes weren’t red. His hair wasn’t that dark and not nearly that long. From the way he held himself and the way he talked, this person was a total stranger.

It took you a while to realize this stranger was telling the truth. You could make out the shape of Hajime’s face, even if it was sharper now somehow.

“You’re not my Hajime.” The words slip from your mouth, but you know that they’re the truth. This stranger holds you in cold disinterest, as though he doesn’t want to be there. Even though he’s the one that approached you in this little family diner.

There’s a silence that is nowhere near comfortable, not like the ones that used to envelop you back in the good old days. The man looks down at you, disdainful at best, disgusted at worst.

“Did you get what you wanted?” You snapped, the old emotions seizing hold of you suddenly, “Did you get your precious talent? Was it worth it? Was it worth losing… losing me?”

You’d begun to cry again and you curse yourself for making a scene. It may have been your imagination, but you swore a look of deep sadness flitted across Hajime’s face, for only a moment before the cold expression returned.

“I received many talents. That is what I yearned for, yes.”

“You don’t even sound the same!” You burst out savagely, “You’re not my Hajime! You’re not even recognizable! That surgery changed you- just like I said it would! Why are you even here?”

“I used my talent to find you,” Hajime replied simply.

You shook your head, disgusted, “I wish you hadn’t.”

You slammed the money on the table, knowing it was way more than the bill would say, and stormed out of the restaurant as an emotional mess. Hajime followed, much to your dismay.

“Listen, (Y/n), please.” 

Despite your anger, you turn to look at him, your hands reaching up to rub at your arms. The man before you looks nothing like Hajime and, if you were being honest, he kind of scared you.

Hajime continued, “I achieved everything I ever wanted to- I received every talent imaginable. I became talent. But I realized too late that I had thrown away something more important.” He reached out a hand to you, but you took a step backwards.

“Don’t touch me,” you breathed. 

He looked as though you’d shot him through the heart, “You were always there for me, you cared about me before I was talented. Please, join me, and I will have everything I ever wanted.”

Your stare morphed into a glare, “As far as I’m concerned, the Hajime I knew is dead. Enjoy the talent you always wanted, because I want nothing to do with you.”

“You’ll regret that,” the new Hajime said coolly. You shivered and began to walk away from the man you’d once loved.

“I have every talent in the world, (Y/n). I can find you again, easily. I can do whatever I want and you can’t stop me.”

The way he said it left you terrified. It was such a matter-of-fact tone. One that your Hajime would have never used.

“It doesn’t matter if you think the old Hajime is dead, (Y/n), because I am very, very much alive.”

His handsome looks, his personality, and of course, his glorious ahoge

Cut that bitch off, that thing can fuckin kill someone

Who cares if he didn't have a talent? All that matters is what was on the inside

You were a little shy, so you didn't approach him. There's no way a pretty boy like him would reciprocate your feelings

Little did you know, the boy DID feel the same

And when you weren't watching him, he was watching you

Still, neither of you approached the other

You were too shy, and Hajime was too busy plotting how to make you his

When you went to sleep that night, you were sure you saw a dark figure looming over you

But you were too tired to care, so you went to sleep

When you woke up, you found yourself in a basement, lying on a mattress on the floor

Hajime was kneeling beside you, staring at you, waiting for you to wake up

When he saw that you were awake, a gentle smile grew on his face, though the look in his eyes was scaring you

"Ah, you're awake. How are you feeling, (Name)?"

You didn't answer, only sitting up and shrinking into the wall behind you

Clearly you were afraid, and Hajime understood

Of course you were afraid, you wake up in a basement with him watching you as you slept

But what surprised him was your lack of resistance

Why weren't you fighting him? He literally kidnapped you, and yet you were just sitting here, waiting for him to do something

"I-I didn't think you felt the same."

So you liked him too?

"Why didn't you approach me?"

"I was too shy, and I didn't think you liked me back. But I certainly didn't expect... this."

He honestly felt pretty guilty

Neither of you approached each other, even though you both liked each other

And he had to go and move things way too quick by just going and kidnapping you

But now that he knew that you liked him back, he had no intention of letting you go

I mean, he didn't to begin with, but you know what I mean

You're still a little wary and fearful of him, but you still like him, so you just go with the flow

Hajime is very gentle and patient with you

He'll never judge you, he knows that it'll take some time to adjust

And he'll wait for however long you need

Yandere Reaction: Danganronpa v2 with a dying darling that has an incurable disease

The disease only gives them a day left so how would the yanderes deal with only having a day with their darling.

Hajime Hinata:

Is in deep denial that anything is wrong so acts as if it's any more day however he is far clingier than he normally is. Even after his darling has passed, he acts as if they are still there. He breaks and his delusions take over everything.  

Nagito Komaeda:

He makes it the best day of his darling's life as well as making it as comfortable as possible. He knows it's scary and unfair but he promises that everything will be ok in the end. Once they have passed away all he does is wait. Both their sickness gives them not as much time as others so he waits to join them either in the afterlife or a new one he doesn't mind either for he will find them.

Gundham Tanaka:

He does everything he believes that will help them get better and at some point, believes one of the things he tried worked. So, for the rest of the day believes that everything will be ok, that he keeps his darling in the end. Deep down he knows it didn't really work so he spends the rest of the day with them, just the two of them. After they have passed, he disappears from the world for a while. When he is seen, he is found talking to himself also as if someone else was there. (He does believe he can still talk to his darling and could even bring them back if he ever wanted to but leaves them in peace knowing someday, they will see each other again.)

Kazuichi Soda:

Refuses to believe that they only have a day left. He does not leave their side no matter what though. When the time comes, he is crushed. He doesn't know what to do with himself after his darling passing. (He may have or started working on a robot version of his darling.)

Teruteru Hanamura:

In denial that anything is wrong with his darling. They can't just have one day left right? This has to be some cruel joke or maybe he just heard them wrong. All the way up to the very end that's what he believes. He starts to think that they will come back one day.

Nekomaru Nidai:

How could this have happened? He took good care of them and made sure they were healthy so how could they have become so sick so quickly? He does make the best of it making sure they are the happiest until the end. He does change after his darling's passing becoming much quieter. It's almost as if he just starts to fade away from everything.

Fuyuhiko Kuzuryu:

Is in full panic mode, he knows there has to be some way to help them he just needs to find it. At the same time, he does everything in his power to make the day the greatest his darling has ever had. After his darling passes, he just starts to go through the motions of everyday life.

Byakuya Twogami:

They are somewhat calm about it. But they are devastated on the inside. Spending the day making sure their darling is as comfortable as they can be. After their darling has passed, they aren't seen as much or maybe so one has realized it was them.

Akane Owari:

She doesn't believe it at first but as the day goes on realizes that it was true. How very she will spend the day clinging to her darling as well as being extra sweet and protective. Akane won't be the same after her darling passes. She's a lot quieter than she was before and when she isn't she's harsher with her interactions.  

Chiaki Nanami:

She will be quiet for most of the day as she spends Every moment, she can with them. After her darling passes she starts to fade into the background. Not wanting to do anything but be with them again.

Sonia Nevermind:

She does try to help them by getting the best doctors there are until finally she sees that nothing is going to help. she will send everyone away (until they are called upon) staying by her darling side the whole day. She will make sure her darling has the most beautiful grave while also trying to find a way to bring them back.

Hiyoko Saionji:

It's closer to a tantrum, she's irate and mournful that she is losing her darling. It only gets worse after they pass. Whirlwind of emotions going to be even harsher with others while crying her heart out when alone. For that one day she was the nicest she ever was to her darling.

Ibuki Mioda:

Is in complete denial that anything is wrong before and after her darling passes. When her darling does pass, she is often found talking to herself as well as acting as if her darling is still there.  

Mahiru Koizumi:

She makes sure to take many pictures as she makes her darling's last day the most memorable ever. When they pass, she disappears for a while only really being seen by their grave. But she does reappear given she isn't as cheerful as before. She believes her darling doesn't want her to stay sad forever and although she will always have her darling in her heart (and a million pictures of them) she will go on with her life.

Mikan Tsumiki:

She spends the day trying to save her darling while also spending time with them. (it's not going to be a very pleasurable last day even though she is trying to make it so.) After her darling passes she goes into a swirl and after a while no one sees her as much as they did before. Almost as if she fell off the face of earth. (She does blame herself for not being able to help her darling.)

Peko Pekoyama: She is devastated, she tried so hard to protect them and yet here they were on their deathbed. The whole day will just be her and her darling together. She vows that they will see each other again someday and when that day comes, she won't let them go so easily.

Hajime Hinata Yandere Profile

I got the basic template (some changes) from @cinnamonest and was also inspired by the amazing @midnightlee25 to make yandere profiles so a big thank you to them! (Sorry for the pings if you don't like them asdfsgsdfa)

Aware, Delusional, or Denialistic?

Is he aware of what he is doing or is he delusional/in denial?

Hajime falls into the "denialistic" category. He knows that kidnapping, stalking, etc. is wrong and, normally, he'd be strongly against that sort of thing.

But when it comes to you, he's suddenly making excuses, seeing those typically terrible things as necessary and for the greater good of you both. Somehow, in his mind, what he's doing isn't that bad, not like it'd be for any other human being!

Obsessive or Possessive?

Does he care more about you or about owning you?

Hajime cares deeply about you, but he has possessive tendencies. He gets extremely jealous and wants you to behave the way he wants you to, leading to him earning a mix between obsessive and possessive, leaning towards the latter.

Hajime isn't completely about control, but he definitely wants to control you, to a point. He also wants to keep you away from everyone else. So yeah, possessive tendencies.

General Behavior Analysis:

How does he generally behave around you?

Hajime is definitely a tsundere. He gets embarrassed around you and, unfortunately, his knee-jerk reaction to getting embarrassed is to snap and act out. You'll definitely get snapped at and probably view him as rude and slightly hot-headed.

Utilize or Avoid kidnapping?

Does he prefer kidnapping you or does he prefer finding other methods to obtain you?

Hajime would definitely kidnap you. That way, he can keep away everyone who interferes with your relationship and mold you into what he wants.

He would be open to trying an overly-controlling and isolating romantic relationship, but you'd have to be willing to cut everyone out of your life and behave the way he wants.

Spiral Analysis:

Does he spiral out of control quickly or is he able to hold on to his humanity for a long time before he snaps?

Since Hajime is denialistic, he holds on for a while and then snaps. The spiral really begins when he begins excusing criminal actions. Stalking? He was just making sure you got home safely and he was interested in knowing where you live. That's completely normal.

It gets to the point where he either needs to admit what he's doing is wrong and has gone too far or he needs to do something to get rid of his overwhelming feelings (such as kidnapping). That's when the snap occurs.

Restrain, Threaten, or Barricade?

Does he resort to restraining you, threatening you, or locking down the building/room to keep you kidnapped?

Hajime would probably confine you to one room (with a bathroom), but wouldn't restrain you as long as you behave. He's extremely paranoid when it comes to locking everything up, so you can bet there's no way to break out normally.

Escape Attempt Analysis:

How he would react to a successful or failed escape attempt.

Hajime would freak out either way, getting both angry and tearful. If you escaped, his desperation grows the longer he looks for you until he's losing his mind. If you failed, he's a little rougher and angrier than he means to be and probably ends up screaming in your face.

Manipulate or Overpower?

How easy would it be to overpower or manipulate him in order to escape?

Hajime's stronger than he looks and keeps the room locked up tight, so your best bet is manipulation. Hajime's not stupid nor delusional, so you'll have to be very careful and wait a long time. Hajime will trust you more over time, but he'll probably never let you leave your room, since that's a little about control.

He keeps his emotions locked up tight behind a facade of toughness and rudeness, so if you can take control of his insecurity, desperation, and all those other weaknesses he keeps hidden, you may be able to get out of there.

Lenient or Strict?

How long is the chain (metaphorical or not) that he keeps you on?

Metaphorical chain in this case, and it's short as hell. Hajime is very controlling when he has you kidnapped or in a relationship. He's dictating everything you do pretty early on, from the way you respond to his presence to what you eat. He doesn't want to change your personality completely, just make you obedient.

Rule and Punishment Analysis:

What kind of rules he has and what punishments you receive for breaking them.

Hajime's rules are very strict and hard to keep track of at first. Unfortunately, he has a very short fuse and will blow up at you if you dare break any of his rules. His punishments, oddly enough, aren't very severe, unless you hate being yelled at for a while then left alone.

Rival Elimination Analysis:

How he deals with rivals and potential elimination methods.

Hajime's a jealous jerk and he will become irate if he believes you're being taken away by someone else. Instead of getting rid of the rivals, however, he blames you and realizes his desire to keep you under his thumb. Surely, if he can control you, he'll never have to worry about anyone else ever again.

Anger Analysis:

How easily he angers, how that anger looks, and how to calm him down.

Hajime has a short fuse, like I said, and that leads to clenching fists, spitting out things he doesn't mean, and a very raised voice. He's not violent, but goddamn if he isn't a sight to behold when he's seriously pissed off.

Above, Beneath, or Equal?

How does he view you: as something to worship, to own, or just as another human being?

Hajime wants to control you because he sees you as an equal. He loves you deeply, but he doesn't exactly worship you. Due to his secret insecurities, he probably doesn't see anyone as below him.

Requite or Reject?

How does he react to you accepting or rejecting his love?

He'd be over the moon, but typically tsundere on the outside if you were to accept him. I think he'd also soften up quite a bit and become less tsundere and more directly loving over time. Rejection just ticks him off a bit, but, due to his insecurity, he probably expects it.

Determination Analysis:

The level of determination to get you to requite or accept his feelings.

Hajime does want your acceptance, but he doesn't think it will happen. As long as he can control and "own" you in some sense, he'll be happy. Therefore, his determination to earn your love isn't particularly high.
