Evil Ploycule being overprotective dads is so funny to me. Especially if their darling is an extremely rebellious or energetic teenager that may not even be trying to defy them but simply doesn’t understand that doing some of the things they do is harmful to them and that they are defying them.

Platonic yandere evil polycule freaking out as their darling ages. Their darling is growing up so fast! One day they'll want to leave MotherBase. One day they'll want to leave their family and possibly end up dead! Even with training, nothing compares to the real thing. Who knows what kinds of monsters are lurking in the shadows, waiting to snatch up and exploit the evil polycule's weakness?

Not to mention you may end up wanting to get into romance. You already try to befriend the other child soldiers. What if you fall for one of them? What if one of them gets too friendly with you? What if―oh, this is their worst nightmare―you want to date Eli!?

All of these anxious thoughts simmer in their minds, burning away their sense and years of strategic training.

Eli is banned from being around you. Quiet will materialize and carry Eli off, kicking and screaming. If you try to interact with him then an overprotective father will block you. They can never give you a concrete reason. They just say he's a bad influence.

Let's hope you two don't connect, because by the law of magnetism, opposites attract.

They find your attempts at self-discovery to be rebellion. What do you mean you don't want to wear your uniform? It was created specially for you! Who has been putting these ideas in your head? Don't you love them? Don't you respect them? Aren't you their child?

No, the rules don't adjust as you age! They were created this way for a specific reason. Adjustments do need to be made sometimes. This is not one of those times. Just listen.

That's the problem. Darling is a teenager in a military setting. There are differences that are antithetical to childhood development. John can't raise a child in a good, non-military way. Venom doesn't know anything other than war. Ocelot did not have a stable childhood. Kaz also... did not.

This is new territory for them. They need guidance that they don't have. They're incredibly scared to fail you. It would be like failing the adolescent version of themselves that they were unable to protect.

a lot of this will probably tie in for my ideas for my self insert and yandere posts I’ve written in the past!

it’s hard to say who was interested in you first. Either Azul was interested and sent the tweels on you, or the tweels were interested in you and then got azul interested and then azul sent the tweels on you, all I can say for certain is that at some point, someone is interested, and you get the tweels sent on you.

So you got the tweels following you around now. The two have different ways of studying. Floyd, of course, is more hands on. Jade typically stays back, taking EXTENSIVE mental notes. He mostly only gets involved when he can tell Floyd is getting a bit too… much for any one person to handle.

of course, then you have to deal with TWO tweels, and idc who you are, dealing with BOTH of them is way more to handle than just one of them. Like, one tweel is like 100%, but when those fuckers are working together it’s like at least 110%.

but… you seem to handle them really well somehow??

so whether it was Azul who was interested first, or they were interested from the very start, safe to say they are VERY interested in you now.

The tweels, despite being chaotic neutral at best (chaotic evil at worst) are still pretty goddamn loyal to Azul. So they eagerly report back to him (either to convince him or further convince him, again, doesn’t matter)

then this is where it gets really fun (for me)

I love the octotrio, and what I especially love is the mix of platonic and romantic. Like, ofc Floyd and Jade are purely familial. But when it comes to their relationship with Azul, it’s the kind of platonic that so fucking seamlessly shifts into romantic that no one is sure when it turned, and also no one cares. The octotrio blend so fucking seamlessly with each other, that they could even be purely platonic with each other, it could be less romance and more family, but an outsider would never fucking know or understand that. THE OCTOTRIO RELATIONSHIP/S ARE SO FUCKIN NOM NOM NOM I’M DEVOURING IT —

point is, whether octotrio is a romantic poly or just three really fucking close friends, they all look at you and go “that one, we want that one.” And they don’t even have to vocally announce they want to share you, it is understood. There is no “all in favor say aye,” after a few times of the tweels reporting back to Azul they’re just all agreed “yes, this one is ours now, we are taking them for the seafood polycule.”

Expect the tweels on yo ass even more than before. Not only that, but they are FULLY embracing their statuses as fucking terrifying menaces to keep all your icky clingy friends away

Suddenly they’re paying extra close attention to your flaws. All of which they find endlessly endearing, what they’re really looking for is a chance to snap.

an insecurity, a life ending mistake, anything to get a chance to whisper in your ear that you need special help. Or maybe they’ll even use the fact they’re living up to their name and stick to you like leeches to convince you you need to talk to Azul

maybe you’re strong, maybe you can’t be fully convinced. Maybe once they do bring you to Azul (trust me, they will) you decide “nope, I’m out.” Thing is though, once they get you there, it’s already decided. Azul will know exactly how to trap you, exactly what to do to get you to come back, or even better, stay.

if you’re in Yuu’s shoes, I imagine he’d be willing to let you AND Grim live in the lounge. To make it less suspicious, he’ll probably say you have to work, or that he gets to use Ramshackle. Something to make sure you’re not suspicious why he’s suddenly so hospitable. But really, ramshackle or service are not what he’s after. Obviously. No, he needs you there, with them.

I don’t even really have to get into what these guys do as yanderes, since most students are already pretty frightened by the tweels. And now that they have someone to ‘protect’? HO BOI, do they REALLY give the student body to fear.

and if they get past Jade and Floyd, then there’s Azul, who will bribe or blackmail until they leave their darling alone.

yeah, sorry to say, once they have you in their sights, it’s pm over for you.

Doesn’t matter who saw you first, cuz you were doomed from the start either way.

GENERAL OCTOTRIO + READER HEADCANONS ❤️

Pleeeasassse I cannot get the image of octotrio dog pile outta my headdd. Azul, Jade, and Floyd are CUDDLY MOTHERFUCKERS, you cannot convince me otherwise. And once they have you, you’re joining. Typically Jade and Floyd both spoon Azul (you can’t convince me otherwise (or maybe you can, let’s talk)), and you’ll likely be sandwiched between Azul and whichever tweel called dibs that night. Or, it’s the true dog pile, where limbs are kind just all over the place. There’s typically a tweel at the bottom (cuz big bois), and that tweel is typically Jade because Floyd insists on being on top, despite his height and weight. And adding you just makes the dog pile feel so much fuller ❤️ (and if you’re one of those people like me who falls asleep better with like weight on top of you… yeah, you are not gonna be awake long enough to protest)

it may take a while for Azul to get comfortable enough to go full octomer on you, especially if you’re a darling who runs away, but once he does trust you enough, he will. And like… come on, I think we as a fandom agree that octo Azul is beautiful/adorable, so of course you do not react negatively to it, even if you’re a stubborn darling.

maybe you’re speechless, and Azul gets flustered and wants to ZOOM back to the surface, but the tweels hold him back, and thank god they do, because even if you aren’t screaming “omg you’re so cute/pretty!!” like I would, you probably mutter it under your breath, just loud enough that he definitely hears (did you know sound moves faster in water?) and he is a blushing cephaloboy. (Bet you didn’t think I’d bring SCIENCE into this, HA)

Suddenly now they’re also snuggling you in the water in med form, because yes these boys cuddle in med form, and you’re one of them now. Can’t breathe in water? Silly, they got magic for that. You are not getting out of this seafood pancake 🫵🫵

��� I mean the obvious way to go here is that you're more than likely a diamond dog. Hell ya could be a higher up/leaders like them if ya been around long enough. Say if you knew the big man since the 60s or back during peacewalker with Kaz. Although for now to keep things simple we'll say you're a lower ranking dog. Easier for them to prey on.

❆ Ocelot the Tactical instructor, Kaz the Co-Exectuive of diamond dogs. Despite Kaz's seemingly higher position, only one of them is let in on the phony big boss. Ocelot. Ocelots a big ol yes men and boot-licker to John. Kaz isn't too much different, but he'll say no and disagree. So he's not not let into the plan at first.. until Ocelot tells him. He knows Kaz would figure out the quickest something was wrong.

❆ They have a mutual respect for one another. If not a love-hate situation-ship in their little evil polycule. They'll agree on some things about the dearest soilder. Not wanting to deflect, escape, get maimed, or die. Otherwise they're clawing at each like cats n dogs on who gets to be on your metaphorical (or literal) lap.

❆ The try to sway you to either of their sides. Ocelot tries to convince Venom to put you in his Unit that he commands. Kaz insists you'd be more helpful on the support or base development units that he is heavily involved in. Especially depending on your stats. Despite where you may end up at, the other constantly attempting to pull you away from the other via orders.

❆ Ocelot hovers around you. Monitoring, watching, stalking like the very cat he's named himself after. He invades your space just enough to be uncomfortable.. but able to be excused. Correcting the way you hold a gun, coming up behind you to ask you something, or just needing to reach over to you grab something while getting awfully close. He likes seeing you jump. Not to mention trying to test how receptive you are to his presence. If he's gonna be your lover you should get used to him touching you right?

❆ Kaz on the otherhand is a bit more respectful about your space. He's mellowed out from being the manwhore he was during Peacwalker to say the least. He'll try to lean on you a lot, just slightly, or akwardly put his leg up against yours. It's just his vision. It's bright out. He promises. A hand on your shoulder or arm if he can. If you look uncomfortable he'll lay off. He believes that'll be an advantage against Ocelot.

❆ Camreas are no doubt planted in your room. Sorry. Along with photos being taken. No they don't cut out when you're changing. Ocelot and Kaz are both gonna keep that footage for their own.. "reasons" although Ocelot is a bit less inclined to do so than Kaz. Ocelot dosen't mind having such resources incase the rare blue moon when he feels like it though.

❆ Ocelot is more for discipline and control. Kaz is more for swaying you with bonding and a nice appearance. Although in reality neither is really a good option. Ocelot collects every bit of information he can, likes, dislikes, reactions, mindset. Kaz collects more of the same, although he may get access to medical documents. For the most part they will share this information if they believe if will benefit your health. Yet they're still selfish. Keeping some bits to themselves.

❆ Ocelot also likes to watch you as you snooze. It's not invasive if you don't know right? It is. He may even be bold enough to cuddle up against you if you're heavy enough sleeper or if he sedated you beforehand. Kaz might peek his head into your room while you sleep and rummage through your things, but he ain't gonna sit there and watch. Much as he may adore you he has other things to do.

❆ They're constantly using their power to pull you one way or another. To push the envelope. They're your higher-ups. You should listen to your higher ups should you? What are you, a dissenter? A spy? Is your faith wavering? Or will you heel to their calls like a good diamond dog? Ocelot espically likes to use this card. Not to mention the wavering threat that comes with it. He'd hate to put you in the brig. But he won't have to do that, right?

❆ Ocelot will not doubt relish if he gets a reason to torture or interagate you. He's a sadist. He'll be oh so sickening nice too. Gently prodding you with the needle of truth serum. Talking quietly just for you to hear just how much he cares about you. He dosen't want to do this to you! His ass is lying he does. If you give in now it'll be easier for both of you. Then he won't have to play bad cop anymore, yeah? All while his hand lightly wanders over your body. Caresses that feel almost like a ghost.

❆ Kaz is there to scoop you up as soon as Ocelot is done. Cooing sweet words. Prying for the same information as him. Just with a nice tone. Despite this his nails still dig into you just a bit too tight. His voice a certain seething tone to it. Even if you were being defiant.. Ocelot was simply too cruel. If you were defying Ocelot specifically and not them as a whole.. he encourages it in a way.

❆ Kaz in the case of defiance will use guilt tripping. He's just asking you to do this little thing. He's met eye to eye on you with so many things when he dosen't need to. Would you prefer Ocelots company? Do you want him to turn you over to Ocelot to punish you as he sees fit? He's your higher up. You should still listen to him to an extent. Yet he still tries to play it as if you two are equal all the other times.

❆ He also dosen't like others tending to you medically absolutely needed. If you're sick mildly Injured he'll throw a fit if someone besides him or venom cares for you. He's the one with the most medical experience! What if the others messed it up? Trying to use your state of vulnerability to "bond". To instill trust. You better so much quicker when he takes care of you don't you? Not to mention giving you food he cooked up especially for you.

❆ Now, if another soilder tries to shoot their shot with you. The two will stop bickering, shake hands, and get their ass. They hate the idea of some random soilder having your heart rather than one of them. Even if they don't want it to be the other.

❆ Kaz is snapping at them for any slight infraction. Citing any reason he can for the brig. If not betrayal. Ocelot will happily drag that said soilder while they're kicking and screaming to one of his integration rooms. Far from others. Kaz joining soon after. Bones are broken, cuts are given, and a point is made loud and clear. A brain entirely altered. If that dosen't work and the soilder persists or tries to snitch. Well.. that soilder was "sent out on a mission" they never came back from.

❆ When things come to ahead and things start going to shit. You're now stuck in the middle of a very rickety and unstable bridge. Kaz or Ocelot. Do you stay Ocelot and Outer Heaven? Or do you leave with Kaz. Each beckoning to you desperately. Whispering dirty lies and truths about the other.

❆ Isn't Kaz pushy? He's just using you as a replacement for John. Don't you know his history of sleeping around? You think he'll stay loyal to you? What about his yucky temper? You want to deal with that?.. But Ocelot has hurt you hasn't he? Bossed you around? Threatened you with the brig? He just wants power.

❆ Ultimately its up to you to pick your poison soilder.

OHOHO I HAVE TIME IN MY HANDS AND NO ACCESS TO MY GAMES, LET'S HAVE THE INFAMOUS VILLAIN RANT

Huge ass spoilers for La Peste Moderne, Lysara IbRu'Ael and Azilis Chronicles ahead

Ah, villains. An interesting subject, for that matter. I am very well known among my friends and polycule for being the Notorious Villain Fucker, but aside from that villain psychology is something I find utterly fascinating, and the way people write their villains is very, very often telling of their own opinions about life.

There are many archetypes of villains. Some I came across in my mates' stories are, for a non exhaustive list, the iredeemable bastard just here for the laughs, the person with a goal and ready to do unfathomable things to reach it, while knowing damn well he went too far, the broken beyond repair that can't or won't pick himself up because finding redemption is so scary, the endoctrined man who never knew anything else than evil, mundane cruelty.... And of course, evil parents, but evil parents are less antagonists and more backstory-related, so I won't dive into it.

Personally, I realised my main antagonists fall into two main categories : One which is less about being a villain and more about being morally grey, being broken beyond repair in excruciating need of hope, but still able to love, still able to feel, and wanting to feel; or, the absolute bastard, iredeemable fucker, but with a knack for show.

There are exceptions, of course. The Ultimate Empress, for example, falls into the inbetween of those two archetypes. There's Yuuki, too, which is antagonistic on her very role but not on her behaviour. Or Shizuka, who falls more into the bastard category but has no interest for show. But these two are more secondary, and less villainous than the other people I will talk about.

Main antagonists share a caracteristic : They are FASCINATING to write about. Taking for example my boy Mairù. Mairù evolves in two very different persons depending on the universe : In Lysara, he starts out not as a villain, only as an antagonist : He is moderate, tries to keep in control the excruciating pain his body is inflicting to him, only joins the antag's side because of a genuine want to make things better... He is the enemy, yes, but he is not a villain per say. In fact, he is more than happy to help the protagonists once they share an objective : Stop a third party wrecking shit up.

It's after that that he gets into his villainous arc. Mairù is, fundamentally, a broken person : His trauma defines all his life, all of who he is. He is a prophet, he is a weapon, and even his own family can't see him as a person. He tried, for a long time, to find people who make him feel like he isn't a monster : The problem, or the problems, in fact, is that these people always end up, one way or another, leaving him behind.

Lina broke up with him. Kal threw himself into his attempt for redemption, something he was very good at, and Mairù was very bad. So, to try to salvage what little mental health he has left and not hurt the last person he has left, Asura, he left for his training arc, hoping to come back stable and worthy of her affection.

She didn't wait for him.

That was the last straw, the last hit in his already fragile self. He became the villain of the story, leaving all forms of selflessness behind him. At this point, he is tired of waiting, tired of trying, only for scraps. It expresses itself in his love for Asura getting insanely unhealthy, borderline yandere, but fundamentally it is a visceral reaction to being left on the road one time too much, and his resentment also expresses itself towards Lina, Baku, or even Kal.

Fundamentally, despite doing atrocities, all he needed to put himself back in the right path was a held hand and a solution. The moment he is helped, the moment he is loved, he changes for good. He is the living example of how a single ounce of understanding and genuine help can change a person, bring him back from the hole he was crawling into, pushed voluntarily or invonluntarily by all others before.

He is a villain, he is an antagonist, he is broken and thought it was beyond repair, but affection mended the cracks he was desperate to fix.

That's where he is different from his azilian version. Mairù at Azilis starts already broken, in a world far less accepting of people like him. he is already at the point where lysarean Mairù breaks down. The problem is that there is no Kal to follow : Mairù creates his own path, his own revolution, and is responsible of his own downfall.

Unless this time he picks up the pieces of him himself. He realises brooding won't do him any help, that the people he has left need him to pick up the pace. He was the instrument in his own downfall, so he will be the instrument of his own redemption.

In fact, I think the huge difference between lysarean Mairù and azilian Mairù is that lysarean Mairù is the victim of his world, while azilian Mairù is the actor of his own story.

They're the same and different at the same time. Same basis, same cracks in the shell, same pain, same will to be important in the eyes of people. They just had a different story, one as a puppet and one as an outsider, but still yearning to be good, yearning for understanding and acceptance. They are in the concept morally white-gray : Not wanting to hurt peoble, screaming for help, but still to be held accountable for shit they do.

Both of them are a narrative foil somehow for their other sibling, and boi do I have things to say about them : Akira.

Akira is a peculiar case. They started devoid of emotions each time, except for a deep longing for revenge and a craving for what they lack : But as the two Mairùs, their path changes drastically to the point where azilian Akira falls out of both the archetypes I was talking about earlier, while lysarean Akira is the epitome of the showman bastard.

They start the same way. Akira, despite being emotionless, is the first of his siblings to fall in love with Lina. Like, the very first, starstruck and all. This is a bit cliché I'll admit, having all three of those fuckers infatuated with my protagonist, but Mairù gets over it each time, Baku ends up marrying her and as for Akira, Lina acts as a narrative foil for everything they want.

Lina is the embodiement of the first strong emotion he ever felt. She is love in his eyes. She represents everything he longed for : To FEEL. So naturally, he pursues her to the point she becomes quite the obession. The problem being each time, whe he awakens, she is already taken and can't be fully his.

He loves her like a man would love a prized possession. He wants her to be only his, no matter the cost, no matter if Lina prefers to be her own. That sounds obsessive, because it is, but it finds its roots in the fact that Lina embodies his emotions.

And then the game branches.

In Lysara, Lina becomes queen, and Akira is able to use Baku as his anchor to try and obtain her. He thinks about nothing else, the rest of his life is filled with empty cruelty in an attempt to feel something he knows will never be satisfying enough. Knowing his plan needs patience, he delves into the darker part of his personnality, channeling his need for adrenaline in absolute cruelty. In this iteration he's a complete and utter sadist, feeling pleasure in other's pain and not seeing any wrong in his way of acting.

She believed she would just play the long game, take possession of Baku before revealing the imposture to his beloved and either pose as the king or snatch her away, completing his lifelong goal of feeling that emotion entirely. The only problem is that Lina is polyamorous, and ends up falling in love with Shera next to Baku. Thus shattering her plan to take her peacefully.

At this point, Akira becomes more cruelty than love. And the birth of Carolyn gives him a new opportunity to obtain his full being, separated from Baku.

Her plan is completely separated from his love. Not to get into details, but once again she plays the long game, up until she gets completion and discovers her new emotions are... Not all positive :D

She is now completely defined by her cruelty and sadism. Still, she is motivated by her love for Lina, but now it gets overly bloody, and she finds more pleasure in shedding blood than in completing a goal she knows is doomed to fail. She is the kind to do dramatic reveals, enjoys presentation, because the fear people feel towards her is delicious. She loves being venerated, and in fact, there may be more than one cult in Lysara dedicated to the Angel of Death, cruelest nightmare harbinger ever known in this era. Her arc is one of complete bastardisation and reeling in blood and gore.

Azilian Akira, on the other hand, sees Lina dying before he can even prepare an erzatz of plan. So his arc is about grief, and about his own freedom far earlier than lysarean Akira. His cruelty has little time to nurture, and is replaced by ruthlessness and dedication for his objective. And since he has no one to direct his love unto, it quickly dies into regret.

This Akira is still a bastard, but an emotionless one. He knows what he wants and does whatever it takes for it. Only the results keep him going. He does find new people along the way, but his heart is closed to every last one of them and, even if he feels comfort in their presence, he doesn't love them per say. His emotions are sparse, some rush of adrenaline when he fights or kills, some kind of pleasure when he is in bed with people, but nothing else but regret and determination.

He knows on a intellectual level what he does is seen as wrong. He doesn't care. His goal is the only thing that matters. He has no time for pizzazz, showmanship or anything that will make him lose time. And his goal is completely selfish since it's about becoming more than a god.

So there you have it. Iredeemable, in no way wanting redemption, still cruel and destructive, still a bastard. But a bastard done with life rather than a bastard who takes the most of it.

The "bastard who takes the most of life" is actually the most fitting of Artist. Artist, my second Monokuma, is the secondary antagonist of The Art of Creating Hope. He is the fulfilled kind of bastard. He doesn't have a goal per say, or rather, he already achieved it, and is still living it : Living Art with a capital A, without limitations or rules or care for the world.

That goal led him to trial, but he carried on, and ended up among the Monokuma. There, he finally fulfilled his lifelong dream : Creating a work of art in a new medium that will revolutionnize the world. That medium being the killing game.

He acts as a narrative foil for Emerens in many ways. Their shared hate, thir shared past in the link created by Adelheid van Heel, but also in their shared goal. They couldn't be anymore different.

Artist is cruel to the last degree, and has no limits, no barriers. He only lives for Art, and to create again and again and again in his own twisted way. He doesn't care for anyone, likes to see suffering, and lives a show in any moment of his life.

Emerens, on the other side ?

Oh boi. Do I have things to tell about my little bastard.

Emerens is the embodiement of grey morale. He started as an innocent boy, that got broken again and again and again, picking all the pieces of himself down the road while forgetting some (too many). He has too many coping mechanisms that make him go from bullied at school to Mean Girl Archetype(tm). He commits legit atrocities during his killing game and even before, blackmailing, manipulating, gaslighting his way into a comfortable life.

To modern worlds standards, he is irredeemable. Many of his acts are worthy of life prison. But the problem with Emerens is that he CARES. He cares way too much. His parents opinion at first, then his beloved's safety, or his despair plaguing the world (something that can and DID happen way before the beginning of the story). He does what he does because he cares.

He is a bitch that can be unnessesary cruel at times, detached from reality because he is hiding behind his cocoon of hypocrisy, false security and coping mechanisms. He has the skill to subjugate or walk all over people and he does, more than once. Both before and during the killing game he is pictured as selfish, independant and secretive, following his own agenda. Many of his acts are nurtured by a hate rooting in his own traumatism.

But at the core of his being he is just a little boy who didn't grow up hidden behind a whole persona, a boy he refuses to look in the eyes, that didn't learn right or wrong properly and as a result has a twisted sense of morale. He is a man that wants desperately to love people no matter the form, no matter the cost, who throws himself in every crumb of affection ANYONE gives him, sex, friendship, relationship, no matter. He is someone that is ACHING for softness and security, the kind that won't get tainted by betrayal.

So of course he acts rather unhinged. Of course there is nothing worth suffering the loss of his love. Of course he would do anything for the first one that showed him genuine affection, or even the ones that followed.

Emerens is full of love that he does not know how to direct properly. His devotion make him act... Rather unkindly towards the masses. Unlike Akira or even Mairù, he is not desiring possession or even reciprocation : The only thing that matters in the killling game is getting Thibault to safety. No. Matter. What. Even if he would reject him. Even if he would hate him. His life is the most important thing in Emerens's perception of the world.

He is not a kind man or a victim of his own story. His convictions are twisted no matter how you look at them. Misguided is very far from the truth of his core. His feelings are spilling everywhere in such a way that he manages to distract the attention of everyone else from them. But he is not evil per say. Just broken beyond repair in a broken world that didn't allow him to find the help he needed, and fed his hate instead of nurturing his love.

There is no coincidence he is so different in the AU without killing games. He's still the same little bitch, but far more moral and kind to people than his TAoCH version, with a system that helped him instead of bringing him and people like him to slaughter.

The best, or worst, part, in my opinion, is the fact that, would have he gave in to his despair, he would have just killed himself without hurting anyone. But he met people he loved, found again people he loved, and threw himself in that connexion and that deep desire of protecting them to a point nothing else mattered other than makng sure NOTHING could hurt them.

He is a villain because he loves.

And that's a point I find quite a lot in my favorite antagonists.

on his own, hunter is an incredibly possessive and jealous yandere

he won’t let you out of his sight and may very well just keep you locked up in his room where he knows that you’re safe and away from the prying eyes of other people

is very rough with you, but insists that it’s a necessary evil - a reminder that he can keep you safe on his own

a reminder that you’ll never be able to leave

expects you to look after him in the same way he does you; by fretting over each and every injury to the extremes

if you have any physical items that you received from other people (especially other witches), hunter will take and destroy them - forcing you to take in items he purchased/made in their place

doesn’t want you thinking about or talking about anyone else and will do anything he can to prevent that

needs constant reassurance that he’s loved and can go into something akin to mania when he’s doubting himself too much - almost always resulting in you getting hurt somehow

Luz Noceda

luz is a more obsessive yandere; the type that makes her life revolve around you and that basically worships the ground you walk on

she’s always around you, hanging off of you physically and clinging to your every word

will do anything you ask of her except leave you alone

very protective over you and will become aggressive and standoffish to anyone she deems as upsetting you or stepping over any of your boundaries

will frequently use emotional blackmail and manipulation to keep you with her - guilt tripping you using her experiences and affections until you give in to her

does anything and everything to prove her love for you, including causing harm to others

willow and gus are none the wiser when it comes to the true nature of your relationship as luz has manipulated them as well

if you try to leave, you’ll have a lot of people guilting you to get back with her and forgive her for her transgressions because she’s just so nice and can’t you see how remorseful she is?

Lunter / Poly!Hunter & Luz

yandere lunter is a match made in hell

one is constantly emotionally manipulating you and the other is refusing to let you stray too far from them - and attacking anyone who gets too close

they will end up kidnapping you in the end, but they frequently bicker about it

luz says they did it too soon and should trust you to leave every now and then (you love them, after all)

hunter argues that the world can’t be trusted with you and they did it at the right time (they need to protect you)

your relationship will fall into a closed polycule that is centred around you - yes they are lovers independent of you, but you are their obsession and the centre of their world

personal space is little more than a memory for you as you’ll barely even have the room to breathe on your own

luz wants her friends and family to know about you - and they also act as a secondary way of insuring that you won’t get too far if you run

they are affectionate with each other, but their obsession is solely towards you, for better or for worse

“ ‎Big Boss ” ― He loves it if you hide. Now, he sees it as an act of not only disobedience but also betrayal; however, he still loves it. It's a chance to pounce on you. To test you. To get an adrenaline rush and have an excuse to be nearer to you.

You hiding from him...? Big Boss himself. The master of stealth. disguise. and more. It's laughable. But if you give him a good challenge then he won't be as angry.

Hiding in boxes is incredibly obvious to him. Points to you for going to the classics.

Likes pining you down when he finds you. He likes making you flustered. He's obsessed with seeing you reacting to him. Will either tease or threaten you, depending on his mood.

“ Ocelot ” ― Let's be honest, you were probably escaping his 'interrogation'. He doesn't like dragging these things out. But he wants to test you. He likes seeing your instincts kick in. Just how good are they?

He'll be speaking to you in Russian. And if you do understand Russian, then he'll switch to a language you don't understand. He drops little hints here and there. They are important pieces of information that could help you escape. If only you understood. You could be one step closer to freedom.

Alas, he isn't that kind.

Watch out for the needle(s) he's carrying. He'll put you down and out as soon as he finds you. You've already fought back enough. Now it's time for a nap. Sleep well. You'll be regretting your decision when you wake up.

“ Kazuhira ” ― Pre-Peace Walker Kaz is sillier about it. He's worried but he laughs it off. It's creepy. He has this strained smile. His hand struggles to run smoothly through his hair. He can't stop his deranged chuckles. He thinks you hiding in a box is just another part of your trickery. It's an invitation. You're hiding cheekily. You want to have fun. He's more than willing to participate.

Post-Peace Walker Kaz is more somber. He's like a grumpy old man. He walks down the corridors briskly and shouts at any soldier that tries to question him. It's safe to say that he isn't the least bit amused. And he sounds like a strict parent.

"Stop this foolishness. You are old enough to use your words. You know being found is inevitable."

He may go soft for a moment when he finds you hiding, especially if it's in a box. He'll huff and shake his head.

"Old habits die hard."

If you don't attack him then he may sit with you in silence. He'll use his arm to pull you closer, urging you to take comfort in his presence.

"Why?"

Oh, that is a dangerous question. Tread lightly, or you may end up in the hands of your sadistic Russian lover.

“ Liquid Snake ” ― He treats it like it's a game. He has this eerie hum he does while searching for darling. He slowly becomes more unhinged the longer darling hides from him. His patience runs thinner, which means your punishment will be worse.

"Are you done playing this game? Come on out, darling. You know I'll find you. It's just a matter of time."

He revels in the power he holds over darling. When he finds them he'll bend down and smile, patting their head as if they were a child.

"Found you," he murmurs, "playtime's over."

“ Raiden (MGS2) ” ― Gets spooked. He thinks someone took you. He tries not to panic. Still, the nasty feeling rises within him. He feels like he needs to vomit. It's like someone took his heart and plunged it into his bowels.

Treats darling almost like a cat. He's softly calling out to you. His movements are slow and purposeful. They are swift. He checks under every box. Twice.

There's a chance you may encounter him after a switch. Jack doesn't know what's going on. All he knows is that you aren't here anymore. He may start crying.

There's a 50/50 that it's a manipulation tactic. He may genuinely be scared.

After he finds you, or you come out, he cuddles you for awhile. He holds onto like a lifeline. Even if you tried to attack him he'd hold you. He's convinced you're just having an episode. This isn't how you really feel. It's just your silly mind making a silly little decision.

Part of him can't fathom why you'd want to escape him. Is he not good enough for you?

“ Raiden (MGRR) ” ― It depends on what mood you have caught him in. He may try to coax you out. He more than likely already knows where you are. He's just giving you a chance before Ripper takes over. Raiden does his best to make sure that does not happen. A part of him understands what you are going through. Another understands that it's selfish to keep you.

But doesn't he deserve to have one person in his life that loves him?

The Ripper may force his way out. And he isn't one to waste time. It doesn't matter where you're hiding. You'll be yanked up and carried back to where ever you were being held.

"Wrong choice... love. You're lucky I like you more than my blades. Try again―and that may change."

(Jack will apologize profusely later, patching up whatever injuries you sustained from Ripper's rough treatment.)

I imagine the Anti verse team miraculous are basically terrorists forced under the employ of AntiGuy. While some work for him willingly such Anti! Adrian who's his salt verse self and a yandere for his polycule while others like Anti! Mari work for him because they feel like they owe him, Maris parents were not nice people in thus AU and AntiGuy 'Rescued' her from them, While the rest are simpley terrified of being on his bad side such as Anti Ariel

Nah if we're going 'au where everyone's evil in the first place' then Mari is definitely their Saltinette, not a complete innocent victim. Though yeah we can go full 'everyones an asshole' and have bad parents.

I love ur take on yan platonic kid liquid... but i also like to think about a version that's a total little shit around everyone but darling, so darling just sees him as a misunderstood little angel.

Evil polycule has had it with him and darling is like "you guys are just bullying him, hes done nothing wrong!"

Platonic yandere Eli has decided to be on his best behavior infront of darling to manipulate them. If they are on his side then he can get away with a lot more.

So he'll attack Venom and act like Venom assaulted him darling comes in. Eli is crying on the floor and Venom is staring at him apathetically.

"Boss!?"

"He attacked me. Don't let his tears fool you."

But Eli running up to you and burying his face in your clothes tells a different story. So you hold him close and stare at V in disbelief. All the while Venom is scowling at Eli's trickery. He can't do anything without the kid playing victim and running off to his mommy. To make it even worse for him darling will give him the cold shoulder. It isn't until he apologises to Eli that darling will warm up to him again. The entire time Eli has a shit eating grin on his face.

Eli's actually quite good at fake crying now. He practices in the mirror. The evil polycule have walked in on him practicing before. It's a tense glare-off.

Ocelot doesn't take any of Eli's shit. He'll shove the kid down a flight of stairs and shrug it off. He'll be fine. He's just got to walk it off. So Eli's "I'm the victim" narrative is genuinely true. But Ocelot also helps you see through Eli's manipulation. So being a bit cruel works out in Ocelot's favor in the end.

Kaz is more just like "Eli, don't fuck with me." He's very dad towards Eli. And he can't really play victim when it comes to Kaz. He can try. It ends up being less effective because of how subtly parental Kaz comes off. You assume that Kaz had a good reason, surely. Still, you'll side with Eli more often than not.

In conclusion, Eli is the evil polycule's biggest cockblock.
