I'm seeing a influx of people using the wording "aroace spectrum" as opposed to aspec, or using aroace as if it covers all aros and aces, like...

Do I really have to explain why that's not as inclusive a move as you'd think it is?

If someone addressed me, a aro, as "under the aroace spectrum", I would be questioning their allyship even if they themselves are aspec because no where in that's sentence did I say I'm also ace.

Using that wording instead of aspec is as much dismissive and hurtful to non-ace aros as it does when people shove our aromanticism under asexuality without thinking on why it's not helpful or disrespectful.

I feel so strongly on demanding that aroness and aceness is seen as separate, on demanding proper recognition and respect for aroallos and non-SAM aros, on demanding that my aroness is seen as enough on its own because calling me ace or aroace is erasure on my identity; It pushes the wrong narrative and box onto my experiences. It promotes misunderstandings on not just aromanticism but also asexuality. It treats my label something not worthy of taking up space in the aro community, in the aspec community, in the queer community.

Stop using 'aroace' or as the umbrella word to cover the aspec community.

What is Atlas’s not Hels counterpart like?

ahhh yes, i talk a bit about him here, mostly regarding how he’s involved in doc and stress’s backstories, but i can give a lil summary!

atlas’s counterpart is named axis (full username AxisCo). i don’t really have an appearance locked down yet, i just know he’s a human like atlas is and prob not red-eyed or cheshire-smiled. he’s a scientist who shares atlas’s desire to change the universe, though for much less selfish reasons. he’s a hard worker who can get tunnel vision sometimes when it comes to his projects but he isn’t nearly as obsessive- he knows when to throw in the towel. and he’s charismatic, but not a slimy underhanded manipulative piece of shit.

the worst thing he ever did was unintentionally create artificial sentient players (doc and stress) to be used as test subjects, but more info about that can be found in the link above.

Really hooked by Slay the Princess, done two of the main endings, and had a lot of thoughts like

Hero and Princess are the only ones who remember each other in each world. The changes each choice makes on the Princess are obvious but we do change too. Apart from the body's evolutions, we got the Voices, each representing our own experience in the last iteration, and memories of last time always come back until the very end.

It appears obvious this is a love story. But between who and who exactly ? The Hero and the Princess, who always end up destroying each other or never can be truly happy because each time the Princess gets out, she gets brought to Her ? Between Her and Us, the gods put against each other by the Narrator, always finding each other, building each other, destroying each other ? Or between what I call, having done two endings where the Hero comes back at the very end, the "real" Hero and Princess ?

This is after all only at that moment when I was able to say "I love you" and mean it.

Or maybe it's all of them

Maybe love is found in that bloody purpose, in battle and changes and hate and devotion and evolution and eternal renewal

Maybe every path leads to love because no matter what happens, we always find love at the end

We are destined to love the Princess as much as we are to slay her

it's what you'd expect from him. this dude is like the living embodiment of the phrase "scaredy cat". so him not being prepared for the landing and his hat going in the air- tracks really well.

firstly, shes holding her hat down; unlike jack. and she's also more prepared to fall. her pose emmits her charisma as well as also being decently practical. her arm is out and her knees are tucked (which isn't a good choice for the landing but its eh when you're falling.), arm being useful for balance and knees.. i don't have any clue there's a lot here that i want to say but i cant put into words it looks erina, feels erina, and is erina is the base of that. her pose is just.. her. you can tell. which says a lot on its own honestly.

she probably has the most practical pose, as her legs are out for the landing (toes pointed may i add, which is good because landing on your feet flat is going to be way worse so land on your toes kiddos), arms out for good balance, she's ready. she's prepared. which i think says a lot. Physically, she's prepared. ready, she's the leader, she's the fighter, she's got this.. but then you cut to later episodes and she's having to go through her friend trying to commit a genocide, her other friend losing control of himself and helping that genocide, meeting her people and learning they're trying to improve but that's not going to stop xanu, and meeting the emperor of the foreclaimers who turns out to be the grandson of the same person who yoinked her face way back when. all of this you can't be prepared for.. you can't anticipate and yet. she's trying.. Physically, she's got this. Mentally.... looking at her- i.. don't know dude that's a lot- everyone needs therapy here-

saved him for last because i knew i woudl talk about him the most- Sips has always had the same falling pose; weightless, compact, and facing upwards. Not at the fall itself. instead looking at where he fell from. Yes this is accidently turning into a personality analysis i cant help it- but firstly i just wanna say: THIS IS NOT PRACTICAL BRO YOU'RE GONNA BREAK SOMETHING! but that honestly tracks- as sips has never really cared much for physical health in that.. state- cough cough t-rex death cough- he falls as though he got pushed off the edge, as though thats the end and honestly it fits him like a glove. he's always been on the edge of danger- of loosing it all. of loosing his control- his life- those he cares about. everything.. so falling off the deep end is just a constant. something that happens frequently for him.. It also shows in his body language that as he's falling he's more in his head than in his body.. since his pose is definitely not practical for the impact of a physical fall. but a mental space. He's thinking or contemplating about something as he's falling instead of thinking about the fall. which. tracks
