Pumpkin zombies are BACK! F i n a l l y, even after it was stated that they wouldn’t return :3

Not sure how many of you guys played during this event last year but, it was an absolute blast! If any of you wish to grind for the “Dark Aether” zombies mastery camo then now is the time to do so. The event makes it soooo much easier~

A few things to know for those of you who are new to Cold War zombies and/or the Halloween event, concerning said ‘’pumpkins’’ event:

• For the duration of time (presumably all through this October) the event is here, zombie heads as well as those of the dogs, manglers, and mimics, are replaced (covered) by jack-o-lanterns. 

• Every zombie (of any kind) has a small chance to drop a pumpkin head loot item that, upon being opened has a good chance of dropping valuable loot such as follows: 

 - Either Tool: a legendary wrench that allows you to upgrade your weapons damage tier by one level -without consuming salvage. It is possible to upgrade your weapon tier to legendary very swiftly by farming the pumpkin heads, most easily achieved by killing large hordes of zombies.

 - Chalice: A chalice will allow you to pack any unpacked weapon for free, or depending on the chalice level, let you pack a pre-packed weapon to a higher tier like pack II or III. Chalice levels are determined by name and color: bronze chalice = pack I, silver chalice = pack II, and gold chalice = pack III. 

 - Scorestreaks: All and/or most scorestreaks have a chance at dropping from the pumpkins as well. Most commonly, RC-XD’s, Death Machines, Cruise Missiles, or Napalm Strikes, but you can get others as well. Self revive is also a fairly common drop.

 - Salvage and stuff: On top of the prior mentioned goodies, you can also obtain a lot of extra rewards like salvage (higher levels = better salvage drops + more rare salvage), armor, and various ammo mods (most commonly Cryofreeze and Dead Wire).

• Care packages also drop randomly throughout levels/worlds, containing a larger amount of the loot above + a ton of salvage and more.

These event related changes are present in all / most zombies maps and modes, so there is literally no better time to grind out camos, easter eggs, or simply chill with friends. Enjoy~

cant tell you how bad it feels to constantly tell other artists to come to tumblr, because its the last good website that isn't fucked up by spoonfeeding algorithms and AI bullshit and isn't based around meaningless likes

#please dont delete your accounts because of the AI crap. your art deserves more than being lost like that #if you have a good PC please glaze or nightshade it. if you dont or it doesnt work with your style (like mine) please start watermarking #use a plain-ish font. make it your username. if people can't google what your watermark says and find ur account its not a good watermark #it needs to be central in the image - NOT on the canvas edges - and put it in multiple places if you are compelled #please dont stop posting your art because of this shit. we just have to hope regulations will come slamming down on these shitheads#in the next year or two and you want to have accounts to come back to. the world Needs real art #if we all leave that just makes more room for these scam artists to fill in with their soulless recycled garbage #improvise adapt overcome. it sucks but it is what it is for the moment. safeguard yourself as best you can without making #years of art from thousands of artists lost media. the digital world and art is too temporary to hastily click a Delete button out of spite

When Fergus was at work, Una looked after Astra. She quickly discovered that this little human really liked being read to, so they began working their way through Fergus's bookshelves. Astra seemed to have inherited Fergus's exceptional spacial awareness and, because she quickly figured out which shape fit into which hole on her puzzle toy.
