Sometime during the pilot Sam accidentally uses this power to tell Dean "Go back home!" fully meaning the Impala or John but Dean... Dean just clings to Sam. His arms are all around his little brother and he won't let him go, ever again.

It takes Sam a few minutes to realise that he is Dean's home and he will always be, even if Sam run away to college, Dean still sees him as home.

It takes Sam a few more hours to realise that Dean was Sam's home too. Because when others in college got homesick, Sam only ever got Deansick. No wonder. His brother was his home since before he could remember. The only constant in his life. The only place of warmth and love and safe.
