I am here to send my regards to one of the most unhinged yet loving and impactful YouTubers out there that made my generation who they are.
So many of them are leaving their channels for the better of their health and personal lives, and I can for sure respect that to the core,I should know as I take very long break these days.
However it’s still devastating to see the ones I genuinely looked up to as a father and mother figure saying goodbye soon is heartbreaking, but I will cherish what experiences I had with him and Steph, and the whole crew.
Though his channel is not over, I will most definitely love to see what it will become in the hands of his successors. Just as funny, entertaining, informative like the one who created it all. And I better not see any of you bozos insult and tear down the new channel holders form not being like Matt. They’re not meant to be an exact copy to replace the guy, but to shed new feels to the channel, all the while respecting the foundation.
The truth is I didn't plan to make any drawings, but I had the opportunity to do this. It's no a big deal, but it's made with love.
I haven't seen the final episode of AOT yet, because I wanted to finish this drawing first, I know that the tears and swollen eyes weren't going to leave me.
Thank all the people in the fandom with whom I was able to make a small virtual friendship.
I thank God for having met them and I thank everyone who likes my AOT art (even if it's not much, because of my job I don't have much time to draw). I still have many ideas behind that I will upload over time, I hope you continue to like them.
Thanks to SNK to existing and to Isayama for creating it.
There is something so cosmically beautiful about Betty calling Simon an experience. Not only does it show that they have flipped in their morals and understandings but, it also highlights there regrets. Both of them flipping to and from passive to obsessive to magic users abusing their power.
Betty understands she loves Simon and would do (and did) anything for him. She got to experience a wonderful life because she experienced it with Simon. Even if a part of that is the fact that she’s an all powerful being that understands life differently from us humans.
Simon understands that he didn’t love Betty the way she deserved. He was her everything, and he wanted her to know at the very end that she was his everything, even when he didn’t show it.
When Simon asks where she’s going, the sign on the bus turning to the comet symbolizes Betty, has reincarnated in the next life, her next experience. While Simon stays behind to live this one and make the most of it because he deserves to live and honor the sacrifice she made. They needed that closure that despite what they became they both had experienced love and life and that’s all they could of done. Choices were made and so were regrets but you make the most of what you have. That’s what makes us alive. Experiences and everything.
