Accidentally made an AU while drawing these two oops lol.

Idea where MK changes masters and end ups staying with Macaque as his apprentice. Not very original, but I can’t resist the villain/hero dynamic. The dialogues are in Valencian because I wanted to indulge myself a bit lol.

By the way: ‘SWK’ means ‘Sun Wukong’ and ‘LEMH’ means ‘Liu’er Mihou’, aka Six-Eared Macaque.

SO here is a stack of all of the Leos (from comics, at least) that inspired me to make my own comic. They are actually stacked in the order I found them! Cass Apocalyptic series by @somerandomdudelmao For being the comic artist that got me into tmnt in the first place. Your AU is not only the base of my love of TMNT, but also one of the biggest supports for this entire fandom- so, naturally, he is the base of this stack!

OKAY SO I ACTUALLY HAVE SO MANY THINGS TO SAY ABOUT THIS UPDATE, IT WAS BY FAR MY FAVOURITE UPDATE SO FAR THAT WE HAVE GOTTEN. before I start however if you guys don’t know how to Access the secret website here is the link if you need it!

FIRST OFF, THESE IMAGESSSSS, THEY’RE ACTUALLY SO CUTE I LOVE JULIE’S CHRISTMAS TREE HAIR SO MUCH 😭 AND THE THIRD PHOTO IS SO CUTE?? LOOK AT THEM ALL TOGETHER, THEY’RE ALL LIKE A LITTLE FAMILY IT’S ADORABLE ☹️

AND THE ARTSTYLE IS SO PRETTY, LITERALLY I LOVE CLOWNS STYLE SO MUCH.

I CAN ONLY SHARE ONE CLIP BC TUMBLR WONT LET ME ADD MORE 😢 BUT OUT OF ALL THE CLIPS WE GOT THIS WAS BY FAR MY FAVOURITE, I WAS HONESTLY SO SHOCKED TO SEE THAT WE GOT FULLY ANIMATED SCENES OF THE CHARACTERS, AND THIS ONE WAS MY FAVOURITE OUT OF ALL OF THEM.

I’M GENUINELY SO HAPPY THAT WE GOT TO SEE MORE OF HIM THIS UPDATE.

AND THIS ANIMATION, THIS ONE WAS ONE OF MY FAVOURITES TOO, THE SCENERY WAS SO PRETTY AND IT REALLY MATCHED THE ADVERT AS IT HAD A VERY COSY FEEL TO IT, I LOVED IT SO MUCH.

WALLY LOOKS SO CUTE IN THIS STYLE, I LOVED THE WAY HE SMILED IN THIS ANIMATION TOO, HE LOOKED SO SILLY, I DIDNT ACTUALLY LIKE WALLY BEFORE BUT NOW HE IS STARTING TO GROW ON ME A LITTLE AFTER THIS, I DIDNT TRUST HIM IN THE FIRST FEW UPDATES AS I THOUGHT IT WAS IMPLIED THAT HE WAS GONNA BE THE BAD CHARACTER BUT AS OF NOW HE SEEMS PRETTY SILLY TOO 😭

but anyways, literally loved this animation too, it was so smooth and pretty, whoever animated these scenes did an amazing job because I loved each one so much

BEAGLE TOO, I REALLY WAS NOT EXPECTING TO SEE HER ANYTIME SOON SO I WAS VERY SURPRISED WHEN I SAW HER APPEAR, I WAS LITERALLY SAYING A BIT BEFORE THIS UPDATE THAT I WOULD LOVE TO SEE BARNABY AND MS. BEAGLE TOGETHER, AND IN THIS UPDATE I WAS SURPRISED TO SEE I ACTUALLY GOT WHAT I WANTED.

they’re my favourite mother and son guys. ☹️

THEY WERE LITERALLY SO CUTE, WHEN MS. BEAGLE GAVE BARNABY A PECK ON THE CHEEK AND YOU CAN ALSO TELL HOW MUCH BARNABY CARES FOR HER, IT’S SO SWEET AND I LOVE THEM SO MUCH 😭 I also really loved the fact we got to see more artwork of ms. beagle, she is literally so pretty and her voice is so pretty too, I LOVE HERRR

AND 11 NEW CHARACTERS?? I WAS COMPLETELY SHOCKED BY THIS TOO, I DIDNT EXPECT TO SEE SO MANY NEW FACES IN THIS UPDATE ALSO.

it was really nice to hear more about howdy’s family, AND THERE IS SO MANY OF THEM, HIS FAMILY IS ACTUALLY MASSIVE, I loved all their voices and character designs so much, they were all great, I WAS SURPRISED WE GOT TO HEAR ALL THEIR VOICES TOO, I was completely blown away from this update

THE LORE WE GOT ON EDDIE TOO WAS ACTUALLY CRAZY.

I felt so bad for the guy he was so stressed and exhausted from everything, it was also really sad to see how he was getting frustrated / upset when nobody was coming to visit him 😕 FRANK KEEP YOUR BOYFRIEND COMPANY PLEASE…

It was also really nice to see how worried Frank was for Eddie when Eddie was zoning out, THEY WERE SO WORRIED FOR HIM, I ACTUALLY STARTED CRYING NEAR THE END OF THE 22 MINUTE VIDEO, THE ANGST FOR EDDIE WAS SO SAD, ESPECIALLY THE PART WHERE FRANK STARTED TO WORRY.

anyways, that’s all I have to say for this update, I literally loved it so much and this is definitely my favourite update so far, the voice actors, animators and clown did such a good job with this update and it was definitely worth the extra wait 🩷

Sorry about the non-rotom question (ily rotom!!!) But I was wondering how you figured out your style for drawing pokemon? It's very cute and I've been trying something similar!

But yeah, in all seriousness, thank you and no worries! I don't mind just regular asks that are for me ^^ TBH my artstyle has evolved over time, most of the time I see cool art and am like 'I wanna draw like that' and go in my art program and mess around. It is how got my current brush! It originally was a shading brush lol My artstyle is a patchwork of me taking inspiration of a lot of different artists over the years! I love to look at the Pokemon TCG cards and look at all the different artstyles. If you want to figure out how to draw a Pokemon, most of the time I get the official art and am like 'How would I draw this easier' and the best way to do that is to, just take a glance and then try to draw it from memory!

I know I am not the best at explaining things, but I hope this helps a little!

anyone who gives you hate for drawing chubby mike is stupid. chubby mike is so real and huggable. they just can't handle his chubby autistic swag. (In all seriousness, you're probably one of my favourite fnaf artist because of how unique your designs are. you're the first person i have ever seen draw the afton siblings chubby and they all look so cute like that. your artstyle is so good i just want to eat it. the way you color is so nice and the way you draw hair makes me want to explode. it's so so good)

I really do appreciate this + all of the other love I’ve gotten for my Aftons (and other chubbies!) in my asks + elsewhere. It does mean so much that people find them all appealing and beautiful. And some can even feel represented.

I get a VERY excessive amount of hate, for all of the Aftons being chunky but especially Michael. Other characters too, but the Aftons and Michael get the worst of it. I think it’s because they don’t find it attractive, but that doesn’t really matter to me. I think chubby children are normal, and fat men are normal & attractive.

I mean, he’s really.. average fat anyway? Like normal average body type so I dunno why people rant about me making Mike “obese”. My William is actually obese, which isn’t an insult. That’s just how big he is. And there’s nothing wrong with that, but I do find it strange how they think an average body type is so massive? Like really, what is midsize to them if they think that is obese.

Fat is normal, all bodies are normal in fact. And they are just drawings after all, so the amount of disgust & hate I receive for it— specifically on Tik Tok of course— is so laughable. All the support and love really is so encouraging though and overpowers any discomfort the fatphobia causes, so thank you everyone!!!!

OK heres zeno coloring tutorial 2.0 !!!! i'm gonna do it kind of in chapters i guess?

chapter 1: choosing base colors

when i'm choosing base colors i always pick everything based on a specific off-white! my 'default' off-white is this kind of very light cyan color but i change it regularly based on character designs/environment/lighting whatever,, examples here!

for callie in this piece, i based everything off of this pinkish color! her skin tone, tentacles, outfit etc are all chosen to harmonise/contrast with the pink color

and with this piece, i used a slightly darker blueish color as they're in space but there's still a lot of light... and the lighter colors in the background (the explosion) make a sense of depth i guess? i used that blue color and chose similar cool colors to harmonise with it!

so i more or less base the tone of the colors in the piece off the off-white! warm off-white = warmer colors (like the nova valentine's day art) and cold off white = cooler colors (like the explosion nova and paro art). but i switch up this formula often !!

chapter 2: coloring specific things

here i'll go over some specific textures and stuff like skin and hair ... skin first !!

for skin, i like to use a variety of tones! there are different ways to draw cooler and warmer skintones that other people have gone over way better than i have but basically for skin i use this part of the color wheel and pick the darker tones of oranges/reds/pinks etc. (for darker skintones, i go to the middle of the color square thingy, and for lighter tones, i usually slide down the upper-right side)

when it comes to shading skintones, it's pretty straightforward, just a darkish-purple and a pinkish color on 100% multiply, and i always add a little shadow on the nose and blush becuz i think it's cute

(also i like to add reflective spots on darker skin tones sometimes because 1. darker skin tones reflect in real life and 2. it's fun)

next up is hair... this is very specific to my artstyle but i like to add 3-6 long oval line thingies to the hair to mimic reflection ! it looks cool, it's a good way to show off different colors in the design and i like to switch it up sometimes based on a character's personality!! (like how the frye pic above has a lighting bolt shaped hair thing, or how my teto design has a wing shaped hair thing to mimic her wings in her chimera form!) (note: it doesn't always need to be lighter than the actually hair color and it usually isn't)

for other materials like metal, screens, etc etc... i just add random X marks lol... and reflections!!!

(also, just a general thing, but adding little saturated lines to shading really adds depth and color imo!!)

i would put more tips with refs but tumbles only allows 10 images per post ;w; so i will simply close off by saying don't be afraid to add overlays and filters to your art!! overlays can really help harmonise colors and filters like brightness and contrast can help colors pop... try not to completely rely on them for color choice tho!!

and that's basically it !!! this is not a definitive 'how to draw/color' post... i am not a color theorist... i just wanted to show people how i choose colors cuz a lot of people say they like my color choices! honestly i don't know much myself but i hope that this and the philosophy of 'do what looks good' will help you all o_ob thank you and goodbye

Their dynamics is tired emo mom and a gremlin, I swear M/C is more chill and normal when she's sober, the entire University probably consider her the same weird type like Sol, nobody takes you that seriously when you wear that kinda stuff y'know. But one of the thing I consider funny with their dynamics is that both are leaning on submissive side, but M/C is a more depraved kind that she's masochistic due to being conditioned to it from her past, if she said she have seen shits, she meant it. So it would be funny to just think she got confused with Sol because he might be an obsessive, delusional yandere, but have 0 intention of being risky for his own enjoyment, his only goal is to get his soulmate.

She will definately enjoy riling Sol up very often just so that he might get her to walk funny the next day though
