But I actually have had funky little ideas about a Psychonauts/Miraculous Ladybug crossover!! The Aquatos go on a little European tour, they happen to stop in Paris, Hawkmoth is Hawkmoth, and Dion & Frazie become a joint akuma. Raz and Chat make awful puns to each other. Ladybug is questioning where the hell this child came from and why he keeps trying to get involved in fighting the akuma. Acrobatwix are the most obnoxious brother-sister team you can imagine. Maybe there'd be more akumatizations as the plot continues, idk I haven't thought very far beyond Flipside and Blade Princess. The Miraculous providing a glamour impervious to even the most skilled psychics; and the Butterfly generally overwriting any psychic powers a victim has when they get akumatized. I just. I just. augh

Thank you for letting me know, I didn't think of it but you're right! I knew that he speaks Russian, English, Spanish, some Polish apparently, yet I completely forgot about his french skills.

Like I said in the English skills-ask, Till is, at least for me, the language genius in the band. It's incredible for me how talented he is in everything regarding languages and the usage of words to express himself in poetry and lyrics. 🤍

Ok so basically:

Alexander is a human. He can see yo-kai.

Ends up accidentally stumbling into the Yo-Kai world.

Gets brought before Ancient Enma

Zazel (at the time known as nurarihyon) takes pity on him

Alex is offered a role as head of yo-kai human relations.

Speaking of relations, he starts dating Zaz in secret.

Eventually, the thing that Ancient Enma does happens, and Alexander is executed because “humans bad” or whatever.

Alex becomes a Yo-Kai and gets sent to the infinite inferno.

Alexander (now Azriel) spends the next 40-50 years in the inferno plotting to escape.

Eventually, after receiving a boon from Kat Kraydel, he escapes.

Chaos ensues as Azriel starts stealing other Yo-Kai’s’ powers with the intent to eventually steal Lord Enma’s powers because he hates Enma

He eventually kidnaps Zazel

Zazel, who had completely forgotten about Alex due to a combination of time and brainwashing, falls in love again

Love rekindled

Azriel causes a lockdown to happen at the human high school Enma attends because this is the same AU as the one where Enma goes to human high school for a bit

Enma beats Azri in the ensuing battle and is fully prepared to send him back to the inferno

Zazel vouches for Azri

Enma shows mercy and reinstates Azriel’s role as head of Yo-Kai human relations

There’s still some animosity between Enma and Azri but over time it fades

Zazel and Azriel are now able to be open about their relationship

Are there any videos of guys speaking other languages? They can all speak Russian to some capacity and Till especially is multilingual with Spanish and French and well.

Oh yes, Till i think is very interested in languages, and says thank you in the local language language at about every concert (i woildn't be surprised with his cultural background if he is interested in the various countries' literature/history as well, but maybe that's for another post 😊)

And he sings in various languages as well, apart from the Rammstein songs like TQP we have his duet with Zaz in french

and his rendition of Lubimiy Gorod in Russian

I couldn't at the moment find a good vid of Till talking Russian, but i'm sure he can, he has many friends who are originally from Russia and i'm sure with his interest in languages he can manage quite well in that language.

Experience is wildly individual and varies widely from person to person but I cannot begin to explain how fucking weird temporal lobe epilepsy is. Earlier today my field of vision was awash in a "filter" where everything was out of focus, ever-so-slightly shifted out of frame, "colored out of the lines" so to speak, and also saturated in the sickly mad-scientist-concoction acid green and pimp-suit royal purple hues you associate with "a mardi gras king cake themed plastic beaded curtain in a 70s soft porn flick, if you were watching it high." Then I smelled fire and potpourri and my brain played a cacophonous, atonal remix of Nanne (Swedish) and Zaz (French) louder and louder until it sang through my nerves (I still have NO language for this sensation) and I had a Jacksonian march and then threw up. Whole thing ~5 mins

Solomon’s Adversaries

Adversaries prosecute the guilty and the innocent on behalf of the God of Israel. Normally they are demonic forces, but this time, in the case of King Solomon's 3,000 Vaginas the Lord sends those of the Angelic.

14 Then the Lord raised up against Solomon an adversary, Hadad the Edomite, from the royal line of Edom. 

Hadad means "thunder" and he represents Edom, the place of silence in which men cease their ignorant, selfish pursuits and become upright. Edom also means "arable soil."

Jewish Royalty comes from this kind of soil, as explained below:

"A Jewish king is the embodiment of the sefira of malchut and therefore very different than the autocratic king of the nations of the world. In contrast to King Ahasuerus, for example (or Saddam Hussein, in our day and age), whose authority was not subject to any guidelines or legal standards, a Jewish king serves as a living example to the nation (and thus, to the world) of total commitment to the service of G‑d, with total subservience and self-nullification to G‑d's will."

God told Hadad to speak, and Solomon to be silent so he could resolve the complications associated with his bizarre conduct. David, as we know, had issues as well:

15 Earlier when David was fighting with Edom, Joab the commander of the army, who had gone up to bury the dead, had struck down all the men in Edom. 

16 Joab and all the Israelites stayed there for six months, until they had destroyed all the men in Edom.

Joab=God's authority must be central to anyone in a leadership position.

Ya-ab=

The noun אב ('ab) means father, but describes primarily a social relationship rather than a biological one. That social fatherhood was the defining quality of the community's alpha male, the one around whom all economy revolved and from whom emanated all instructions by which the 'sons' (בן, ben) operated. It's unclear where this word אב ('ab) comes from but the verb abu means to decide.

Decisions contrary to the Decrees or the Torah are not risked by a man who calls himself a king In this case, Solomon got jealous of someone and started taking wives from nations God said were forbidden. The result of his unrestrained lust caused great complications for the Court and Kingdom of Israel. He was within his rights to do so as a secular leader, not at all within boundaries as a King of Israel.

David was vain, he made unethical decsisions based on race and beauty, he also consequently killed anyone that so much as looked at him cross-eyed. He was legally allowed to do these things as the king, but as the progenitor of Israel, God suggested he do things differently.

The authority that comes with Israeli Kingship, called Joab was in David's court for six months before David used it against the Edomites, the sons of Esau.

Verse 16 calls the war, the conflict one of 4912, דטאב‎‎ ‎dat-ab, "the authority of the Decrees" which makes sense. Six months refers to 717, זאז‎‎, zaz or "things that are in motion" meaning there was a movement to elevate the status of the decrees in David's kingdom.

The movement spread instead to Egypt, where Edomite "official commitments" allied with Hadad's father Bedad, "signature linen". Linen is the choicest fabric for priests because it represents the self that is "retted" free of all traces of adolescence and propaganda.

The Decrees cannot be propagandized. They were designed to be resistant to the whims and wierdnesses of faith and politics, to be understandable and enforceable on their own.

God was disappointed David used murder as an instrument of the state, and this drove the principal Edoms out of the territory. Without integrity surrounding the Decrees, the Edomites are pointless.

Solomon did not violate the decrees. He was shagging every vagina on the continent but he was legally married to all of them. So now we have to talk more in depth about his interaction with the Hadad of the Edomites.

Cast out of Israel, Hadad went to Egypt, Midian and Paran.

Egypt= Temple of Ptah, the Temple of Profanity, the place of tragedy.

Midian=Place of Strife

דין

The verb דין (din) means to judge or govern. It's an old verb that mostly describes the authority of a naturally superior (because that person is wiser, stronger, older, etcetera) in contrast to the governing done by a formal government (by politically favored and appointed officials).

The noun דין (dayyan) describes one such a leader, and noun דין (din) describes anything pertaining to primitive governing: a judgment, plea, complaint, contention. Noun מדון (madon) literally describes a "place or judging" and is synonymous with the contending that goes on in such a place. Noun מדונה (medina) described the jurisdiction of one judge, and became the word for province.

Paran=Place of Glory

פאר

The verb פאר (pa'ar) means to glorify. Noun פאר (pe'er) refers to an ornate headdress, like a turban. The more abstract noun ת��ארה (tip'ara) means beauty or glory.

It seems that our verb's most essential meaning is that of branching out or even to diversify into a spectrum of glorious nuances. Noun פארה (po'ra) means branch (of a tree or vine). The denominative verb פאר (pa'ar) would literally mean to branch but in practice describes a progression in the direction in which a branch grows (rather than the reverse). 

Hadad moved from strife to glory, from exile to a place where he continued to become versed in the Law, and later return to Israel to prosecute Solomon for gluttony.

Crap-- they weren't paying attention! They didn't seem to find anything at least...

When the collective reels on him, Nicholas looks surprised- Having not realized he'd been interrupting... whatever they were doing. It's kind of unclear (from his vantage point being not an enormous hivemind of different insects, anyway).

He squints in confusion as Zazie glares, then seems to be fitfully wringing their hands over what they're about to say... Which turns out to be nothing, because-

"Mrphglmr???" Wolfwood manages to exclaim with his mouth decidedly preoccupied. He seems to just freeze in place, dumbfounded, until the hivemind releases him from their (surprisingly) strong grip.

"-and why would we tell him anything, anyway?"

"Uh," he replies eloquently, sunglasses askew. "Y'know, that actually works. If we look like we're making out, he'll probably get grossed out and leave..."

Barring the obvious, he scratches at the stubble peppered across the angle of his jawline.

"Good thinking, Zaz!"

He thinks the collective deserves a head pat.

"You..." Smart move, Zaz, or he'd be strangling you right now! Snarling under his breath, Wolfwood was contemplating on whether or not it would be worth it to try and shoot the fucker, their last little jab interrupted him.

They... Weren't wrong. He knew without Vash he wouldn't have been able to stop that cannon, let alone the ship, and Legato would have gotten whatever the hell he wanted.

Same arc, another psychological trauma

As I promised last month, today we will talk about the next trauma that Ghost-Hunt left me, but before starting, please note that if you haven’t seen Ghost-Hunt, this post may be considered a spoiler. 

The trauma I mentioned in the title of this post is related to the chapter 19 of Ghost-Hunt (“FILE 7: Blood-Soaked Labyrinth #2”), being specific, is related to Mai’s dream at the end of this chapter. It all started when Mai and the other girls of Shibuya Psychic Research (SPR) went to sleep, it should be noticed that I didn’t know that it was a dream, there were probably signs of that, but I didn't notice anything. When Mai was on her bed she noted that she couldn't move or speak and the door was opened for two guys, at that moment I was thinking “no mames”. 

These guys held Mai by her arms and she was taken to a room, then they went through a garden in direction to a door, where she could smell the blood.  Then they went through the door and upstairs, at this point I was really desperate thinking “nopuedeser, ya no la van a encontrar”. When they reached the last room, they took off Mai’s kimono, I really don’t know how I couldn’t noticed anything at that point, because Mai’s didn't wear a kimono before she went to sleep, she wore normal pajamas, well, I was 15 and I was too scared to noticed the details. After that, they took Mai by her hair and strapped her to a stretcher, then one of the guys put a knife to her throat and zaz! the chapter ended and my poor heart stopped beating. 

In the next chapter I discovered it was a dream and it all made sense, but the trauma remained, not for Mai’s supposed death in her dream, but because the dream was horrible, it shows you the inevitable death of someone who couldn’t fight back because she was immobilized for the effect of some drug, it is really desperate to see that. 

In the end, even though this arc left me traumatized, I actually think it is the best arc in the anime and the reason why you should watch it.
