I adore Ravio from A Link Between Worlds. This weird purple bunny wizard literally just shows up one day, takes over Link's house to use as a store, where he slowly rents (and eventually sells) all of Link's belongings back to him, thus single handedly acquiring the finances to restart an entire economy. Then he dips off, only to reappear right as our heroes are about to lose and be like "Hey, babe, how about we don't be evil, and instead just hold eachother through the apocalypse. And if we somehow survive, we'll find a different way to save our kingdom!" And it works.

!!! MAJOR TOTK ENDING SPOILERS !!!

(Zelda's perspective of the TOTK ending, what she felt and when she dedraconified. Some scenes that I added myself and are therefore canon because I said so.)

This is far and away my most popular fanfic- a silly little thing!

Zelda has realized that one of her royal responsibilities is to continue the bloodline. She wants to marry Link, but is unsure on how to bring up the subject. Link, meanwhile, is under the impression that they have been married for years.

Zelda paced back and forth in her little room in the well, her thoughts racing as she recalled some advice Queen Sonia had given her during her stay in the past.

“Zelda, dear. Your affection for Link is written clear upon your face. We really MUST get you back so you and your dear husband can continue our Royal Line!” Sonia had laughed, gently teasing her.

She assumed Link was my HUSBAND. I mean, yes, I do LIVE with him… and YES, I do adore him… and of course, there’s also the fact that we’ve been intimate before. But I never married him! Oh dear… I’ve been living a completely improper sort of life, haven’t I? It IS among my duties to continue the bloodline of the Hyrulean Royal Family, but it’s also expected that I take someone as my official consort before doing so… oh, but I don’t know how Link feels about this! Would he prefer that he remain unshackled to me? But…

Meanwhile across town, Link was picking up some food. “Hey Pruce. How’s business been?” He asked, cheerfully.

“Pretty good, ever since Princess Zelda and her Knight stopped the upheaval! You ever get jealous of that guy, Link?” Pruce responded. Link chuckled. He’d long since given up on convincing people he was the Legendary Hero. No one seemed to believe it unless Zelda herself confirmed it, anyway. They probably didn’t expect their savior to be five foot six and have to stand on his toes to kiss Zelda on the lips. “Nah, and you know why? At the end of the day, she married me!” Pruce and Link laughed and fist bumped each other, then Link went on his merry way, over to the fabric shop. Read the rest on AO3!

The real reason the Sheikah shrines are missing from TOTK is because the dev team didn't want to reuse them or have them taking up space in the new game. That's all there is to it. But of course they had to come up with a lore-based reason to please The Fandom.

Here she is, everybody, my long-awaited BotW Zelda cosplay for the 2022 Renaissance Festival!

I had to take a lot of liberties, but now that it's all come together, I think those liberties worked out pretty well!

At this point, you might notice something's off.

...I couldn't find my Hyrule emblem buckle at the time of taking these photos, I'm still looking for it, and I'll update you when I find it, but I used my Sailor Moon compact mirror in place of it for the sake of the photos, so...

I for one really enjoy the fact that Master Kohga's battle music was updated for Tears of the Kingdom with more instruments to evoke the fact that he is now trying to kill you with spiky vehicles, not just spiky magic balls.

You hear an electric guitar and you just know this guy thinks he's gonna run you over in his sweet spike car. He is trying so hard to be badass. His music now has techno elements, how could he possibly los--whoops he fell off the car and now Link is smacking his ass with a big stick with a mushroom attached to it.
