Assignment: Create a sweded trailer of a chosen movie. –> Sweded trailers are amateur recreations of famous trailers using limited resources and technology.

Personal Project : Tardis Wardrobe and Darren Criss Silhouette

Back when Darren starred in Glee, I decided to create my own “cardboard cutout” of him. If i’m right he is as tall as he would be in real life, and has his old signature pink sunglasses.

A few years later I decided to have the TARDIS as my wardrobe doors. I bought some blue cardboard, used chalk on it, glued it on. Fun fact is that i painted the windows over with glow in the dark paint, so it stands out at night!

Assignment: Create a sweded trailer of a chosen movie.

My team, Eszti, Johanna and I decided to recreate the Harry Potter and the Philosopher's Stone trailer for the class, and we had a blast shooting it. Here are some of the behind the scenes photos of the props we created.

School Project : Classical Animation Studies III. - IV.

Assignment: Create your own puppet, from scratch, building it’s base, and also sewing their dresses. Team up with your classmate (optional), and create a set for the puppets, with a functional door, desk, sofa and armchair. Animate them walking in, using the door and sitting down.

My character is the male character. He was inspired by the 60s, yellow submarine era. Me and my classmate created their house accordingly. I created a xylophone coffee table, the red sofa with the donut pillow, the plant and the door, while my teammate created the blue armchair, the paintings and the wall’s brick-like design. We animated our own characters.

And yes. Their names are Tony King and Ginny King... or for short, Gin and Tony K.

There can’t be a project for me without a pun.

School Project : KAFF ID - Animation Design IV.

Assignment: Create an ID for the Hungarian Animation Festival of Kecskemét (KAFF). Best projects will be sent to the festival, who would choose the best five to actually be shown at the festival, in 2017.

I loved creating this project with my classmate Eszti. We sat down and had the idea figured out within an hour. She designed the characters on paper, I designed them in Moho Pro 12. While she made a handdrawn animatic, I created the backgrounds, tried to find the best way to animate the water.

We had the luck for the judges to choose our ID to be depicted at the festival, which I consider to be my biggest professional achievement so far.

Personal Project : Darren Criss and Kermit

I made these so long ago... I just wanted to have this moment as a drawing. I remember hearing that Darren will be singing with kermit before the oscars... So i stayed up until 4-5am to see him... Turned out it was some behind the scenes event, that wasn’t broadcasted internationally. Hahaha.

Good luck to Darren tomorrow, he deserves it!

I’m quite proud of this work of mine, considering this is my very first project I did in Maya!

2018 Gish : Item 162

A painting of Castiel alive in the time of dinosaurs. (You may do this with traditional media or digitally.)

It took me the first one and half days to finish this painting. But I’m really proud of the composition, took me quite a lot of research to get it right.
