Reworking Light and Dark skills in Persona
As much as the basic damage skills of Kouha and Eiga are nice enough so you don't have to rely solely on instakills from those categories, it's still bloat
Instead, i would have the Hama and Mudo skills be reworked to just do basic damage if the instakills don't go through, however there would be a tradeoff, you would not be able to select your target with it, and have to rely on random selection like it is in SMT, so you'd have to pray it doesn't hit an enemy that absorbs or reflects Light or Dark [since there is no Light or Dark Break skill], and the multi-target spells would only select an ascending number of enemies based on it's tier, so Mahama/Mamudo select 2 enemies, Mahamaon/Mamudoon select 3, and so on
I would also incorporate a more legitimate third tier of these spells, Hamadyne and Mudodyne, dealing heavy Light/Dark damage with a 40% chance of instakill, and their multi-target variants Mahamadyne/Mamudodyne striking 4 targets
The fourth tier of these spells would be more special, Divine Judgement/Demonic Decree would deal severe Light/Dark damage to one SELECT enemy with a 50% chance of instakill, and Daisoujou's Samasara and Alice's Die For Me would target ALL enemies with the same damage and instakill values as their single target versions

Possible opening concept for a Sly 4
Sly and Carmelita trace an SOS signal leading to the detached ruins of Connor's hideout There it is revealed the producer of said signal is actually an owl, more specifically, a descendant of Clockwerk in hiding from a cult that reveres the very king of thieves [unlike the Klaww Gang, which were just fanatics], of whom want to capture him so they can incorporate Clockwerk's soul into him, which in my mind, would be how Clockwerk stayed alive in the past before settling on a body of Krak-Karov alloy, but since that was destroyed with The Hate Chip, it's back to taking hold of a compatible living host for him And knowing that Clockwerk should stay dead, the 3 of them proceed to make contact with Bentley, Murray and Penelope to ensure that the cult of Krak-Karov do not get their master's way
I could be nuanced with this, but anything's better than the hot mess that is Thieves in Time

Unlike all other members of the A1 session, Lucy would be the only troll among them to be born naturally, therefore resulting in her having no post-scratch presence in A2, at least until the victory door there, in which she attacks Gristol due to visible similarities to Theodore, in which both of them end up crossing the door, and accidentally getting it destroyed in the process, locking the interns out of Universe B, and along the way they both end up using a stolen time device to jump ahead into a time where Lucy ends up meeting Marona, and is thus adopted as a Galochio, where she would effectively saw off her horns, apply white-sclera contacts, and paint her skin in human tones to fit in for several years, until the unfortunate day in which Marona and Lazarus are crushed by a meteor, of which would have been carrying Augustus, whom is then raised by Lucy for several years, only for her to end up being captured and tormented by Gristol while Augustus was growing up, resulting in Lucy relapsing into her darker self that ruined the A1 session

Sonic Adventure: The Fractured Divinity
My rationale for that choice:
1: The gameplay takes cues from SA1 with adventure fields and multiple stories including a finale for completing the previous ones
2: The subtitle refers to Solaris, and it being divided into it's dark [Mephiles] and light [Iblis] halves

Spell Punks if i remade Skylanders Spyro's Adventure
Air: The speed buffs from Swap Force
Water: Remains the same unless someone has a better idea
Earth: Remains the same, but only increases defense for enemies on difficulties below Nightmare, otherwise making them invincible
Life: Also the same, but on Nightmare Difficulty, instead of healing by a flat amount, applies Regen to enemies in range
Tech: Constructs up to 3 turrets whenever it can, which can be destroyed directly, waiting for them to collapse, or by taking out the Punk, causing all turrets built by that punk to fall apart
Undead: Summons Skele-Trolls [Rhu-Babies would instead grow by feasting on other enemies]
Fire: Applies strength buffs to other enemies, possibly up to instadowning if you're careless on nightmare difficulty
Magic: Makes other enemies invisible unless you have a better idea
Bonus
Light: Gains the Tech Punk's old skybeam attack, but is instead one wide beam focused on the skylander instead of 3 scattered beams. Beam fires longer and tracks you even when firing on Nightmare difficulty
Dark: Envelops your vision in a dark haze, obscuring anything up to both enemies and environmental hazards

Honestly there was really nothing important for the Wayward Vagabond to do beyond Cascade, which is why he should be dead from that point on, with his corpse left behind to be destroyed by the Miles, and this would actually add on to the weight of PM's story from there

The boss missions in NiGHTS, if i were to remake NID and/or JOD, would be in two parts
The first would be a lengthy enough course within the midborn Nightmaren's domain
The second consisting of the actual fight, which would be presented in a more cinematic matter than the originals [though for the sake of ease, the midfight cutscenes would stop the timer and render the player invincible as it plays]
Also, there would be no first fight after the first mission in a dreamworld where you free nights from their cage, making the boss be fought exactly once at the end of that dreamworld's mission line
Btw, some of those fights need reworking like Chamelan and Bomamba
