I mutilated a map and I don’t know how I feel about this. But this month’s bullet journal theme -inspired by the work of the amazing @rem.bujo 🌸- is so colorful and pretty!! 😁

I tried to recreate -at least, to a certain point- a wonderful artwork by the incredible @kelogsloops.

I’ve been a fan of his work for years and I’ve always found his style to be so inspiring, beautifully flowy yet balanced. So I decided to try and practice on skin tones and gradients, with a certain level of success. 😝

He supports experimentation with art and that piece of advice has helped me a lot to overcome the anxiety of a self-taught artist (not that I claim to be one). I highly recommend you check out Hieu’s beautiful work! And experiment with art yourself!

A looong time ago, I made a few video game posters with watercolor. They were meant to be a gift, but I decided to make a few more. Here’s a Fallout one, there were meant to be holes where the yellow splashes are, but I was afraid I’d ruin the paper and I changed my mind. 😋

I am a big fan of lists and cleaning, so I made a list about cleaning. 😋 I blurred out what I wrote, as I didn’t think to relevant when I changed bedsheets. But I still wish to share this idea and hope it’ll help others stay on track with their chores too!

Tiny update

I decided to post all pictures here, instead of just sharing things from Instagram and missing the rest of the photos of projects. Mostly to make it easier for you to see the entire project and not go back and forth to Instagram.

February is here!

This month I decided to try a butterfly theme. Exhausting as it was and difficult (mistakes here and there, especially bleeding of the colors around other pages >.

Final product! I’m so glad this turned out so cute! My only regret is painting the foam and then having to wipe/wash the paint, but I still love it!

The printer also ruined the quality of the photo but I still love it, despite the small imperfections! 😁 Hope you guys got inspired by this tiny tutorial! Have a great day!

Of course I didn’t forget to post he plays part, because I was gaming. 😝 - Part 3 -

Part three is basically the finished product, after assembly and perhaps painting or decorating the box. BUT! I was really disappointed with the black foam, so I washed it and it’s back at it’s white-ish look. Will post the final product in a short video. It’s a one-day built but it was a lot of fun and I will definitely make more as gifts. 😁

I dressed the inside of the metal box with felt, to make sure the dices won’t scratch the metal and get damaged as well.

But then I made a mistake. I painted the foam, which didn’t come out as I wanted it. But I tried it anyway, just to see how it looks like when the whole thing is black.
