JJK x S/O who can't sleep

A/n: I have been having troubles with falling asleep recently. It doesn't matter if I'm exhausted or if I haven't slept the previous night with the intent of going to bed early and hopefully fixing my nonexistent sleeping schedule (which works only for that night) I almost always greet the sunrise. So I felt inspired to write a little something for the boys and Nobara. It's 5:30 am send help

GOJO SATURO

If Gojo is your partner and you can't sleep, guess what, he's not sleeping either.

Even though the man needs his beauty sleep he will not hesitate to join your sleepless endeavour!

Of course he might throw in a whiny complaint that both of your skin will look absolutely dreadful in the morning, rest assured that that will be only in the beginning. As in, the first ten minutes.

After that he will have a thousand and one ideas on what to do. He will suggest you two watch a movie! Don't feel like it? That's fine. How about you play a card game? Not a fan of those? It's alright! A video game then? You're not in the mood? Maybe another time! Stargazing? Oh, it's cloudy? Would you like a midnight snack? You're on a diet? Say no more! What about a nice conversation? You have a sore throat? No worries, Gojo can talk for the both of you!

He might seem like he's just being hyper energetic like always but his plan is to secretly tire you out with all those activities.

However, if you still can't fall asleep he will definitely stay up with you. Even going as far as greeting the sunrise together!

Will definitely take lots of pictures of you and the sunrise in the background. He might even make one of them his lock screen! You looked so adorable with how obviously sleepy you were, you had your eyes closed and were smiling so softly that with the rays of light turning the morning sky into liquid gold behind you, you looked like an angel. He simply couldn't not save that one. The fact that you're wearing his jacket is an added bonus.

NANAMI KENTO

Nanami is a man who follows a strict schedule.

So the fact that you can't sleep is silently killing him on the inside, if only because he knows it's not healthy for you.

The moment he finds out you have trouble falling asleep he will do his research and will note down anything and everything that might help you. He is a very caring partner so this won't be anything out of the ordinary for him.

He will gently encourage you to try and sleep. When that doesn't work he will put the things he read about to good use.

Nanami will make you a cup of tea and run his fingers through your hair while you drink it. After you're done he will gently guide you so you lay your head on his lap and read to you from your favourite book.

If the warmth from the tea and the blanket around you combined with his soothing voice don't lull you to sleep you needn't worry because he is prepared.

If it's a reoccurring problem he will suggest that you take medication. There's plenty of sleeping pills out there and he's ready to explain to you why X is better than Y. And in case you're not a fan of pills- Mint, Hawthorn and Valerian drops are perfectly fine.

If you don't want any form of medication then Nanami will get you to try some exercises. He thinks that if you perhaps get tired enough you might fall asleep.

Pre-bedtime yoga is what he has prepared for you but the way he guides you through different poses leaves you feeling like it's high intensity cardio at the end.

But don't worry, he makes sure to apologize with a warm bath and lots of cuddles afterwards!

YUJI ITADORI

When Yuji notices you have trouble sleeping he nearly gives himself worry lines.

The poor boy wouldn't know how to help you but the fact that he's trying so hard melts your heart.

He would definitely want to stay up with you to keep you company but would inevitably fall asleep sooner or later.

If you're not in the same room/house/establishment you'd better have changed your phone because Yuji will spend the majority of the time he's awake either texting you or he will call you so you can talk. He will send you memes and cute pictures of baby animals, specifically baby ducks and kittens.

If he calls you, you can definitely hear how much more tired he sounds by the end of the conversation compared to his cheerful greeting at the beginning. You end up feeling guilty and even though he refuses at first, you convince him to hang up and go to bed. The next day he makes sure to apologize with your favourite food! Be it sweet or salty, this boy will buy you as much as you want!

If you two happen to be close/in the same place then it's pretty much the same ordeal but this time with a lot more cuddles involved.

Run your finger through his hair. It will help relax you enough to get you to fall asleep and I bet it's extremely soft and smells wonderful. He steals your shampoo so why wouldn't it?

MEGUMI FUSHIGURO

Good luck trying to wake him up if you want company.

Megumi cares about you but at the same time he sleeps like a log. The possibility of you waking him up is very slim.

But if he finds out that you have trouble sleeping then every night after that he will make sure that you have fallen asleep before him and considering his incredible endurance that won't be a problem for him at all.

He won't really know how to help you so instead he will ask you what you want to do and most of the time you just end up talking.

Megumi is another one who will assume that you probably just need to be more tired to fall asleep so he will try to get you to do some exercises. And if you still can't sleep afterwards he'll make sure to refrain from suggesting that again. After all, tired and unable to sleep are not a good combination.

Ask him to summon his shikigami. The puppy is big and warm and soft and makes the perfect cuddle buddy. But don't forget about Megumi or he will get jealous.

It would be very hard to stay awake when you're sandwiched between Megumi who is pressed to your back and keeps talking in your ear and the very soft and warm shikigami.

NOBARA KUGISAKI

Another one who needs their beauty sleep.

Even though you tell Nobara to go to bed she makes no move to get under the covers as she complains about how you'll be at fault if she looks like a dried up potato in the morning. However, her words hold no actual hostility.

She finds a way to pull you in a conversation as she rummages through her bags. Before you can ask her what she's looking for she pulls out a sheet mask, fancy looking tools, creams, brushes and a hairband.

You've heard of spa day. Well, get ready for spa night!

Throughout the whole process she's talking to you. Her voice is gentle and soothing and she doesn't push you to answer her.

When she's done you want to ask her why she didn't do the same for herself but the words are quickly lost on their way to your mouth, your eyelids feel heavy and you barely have the energy to roll over before you succumb to the sweet embrace of sleep.

Nobara smiles in silent victory as she quietly puts her things away before joining you in the land of dreams.

But if you ask her in the morning why she did it she will swiftly change the topic.

Random Demon Slayer Headcanons! (Vampires)

A/N: I'm typing this on my phone as we're driving to the seaside. Seems like most of the things I write will be written on my phone haha. Also have in mind that I have only watched the first season and the movie so I have no idea if some of these contradict what is said in the manga. Btw I definitely plan on making more content for this au

All demons are technically humans. The only difference is that they have been infected with a disease which changes them into what we see in the anime.

Muzan is patient zero and is the only one who can spread the disease.

As more and more people got infected the disease mutated and thus vampires were created.

They aren't as strongly affected by wisteria as demons, sunlight simply tingles, worst case scenario it might sting, but it definitely won't kill them, they don't need to devour people, just drink their blood occasionally, strength depends on the individual but generally they aren't as strong as demons.

It's a common practice among vampires to have a "pet" human who is basically a servant/butler of sorts but with the added bonus of being a walking snack. Of course most vampires have two or three servants and make sure to take care of them and not drink too much of their blood so they last longer.

Due to all that they believe themselves to be higher class than demons. And to be completely honest they kind of are.

Of course some vampires behave more like demons in the fact that they change their "pets" very frequently.

On the other side of the spectrum there are vampires who refuse to drink human blood under any circumstances, opting for animal blood instead and some even go as far as to drink only coconut water since in emergencies it can be used as a replacement for blood plasma. However, since coconuts are very hard to come by only few can afford this lifestyle.

And to be as cliché as possible The higher class vampires regularly organise galas where they get to show off their "pets". Occasionally a demon or two will be invited to them. It doesn't happen often since most demons can't stand vampires, 9/10 times the feelings are reciprocated.

It's not certain whether or not the Demon Slayer Corps know of their existence. There have definitely been rumours going around but as vampires can easily pass for humans they haven't really been caught. That's among the lower rank of the Demon Slayer Corps. The Hashira and Ubuyashiki definitely know about vampires but I believe that they have an agreement which states that as long as they don't harm any humans they won't bother them. And since the majority of "pets" have willingly become such(*) the demon slayers can't do much.

* some vampires have made contracts with families where they will be under their protection and in exchange they have to serve the vampire and each generation will have to give a set number of servants to the vampire to become their "pets".

Some vampires have even been unwillingly recruited by the Hashira as informants and will send letters to the Demon Slayer Corps whenever there is any unusual demon/vampire activity.

Okay, listen. This was meant to be a lot shorter. Like a lot. But I started writing and I couldn't stop. Might turn some of my other ideas into actual fics one day but my internet is about to betray me so this is all for now.

You're friends with Childe's family. You often spend dinners with them and the opposite. His siblings love you. You're basically an honourary member of the family. You even have a key to their house and they have one to yours.

So imagine Childe's surprise when he comes home and everyone is asleep, because he wanted to surprise his family, except one person whom he doesn't know. He's this close to pulling out his bow but what makes him freeze is the fact that you're making breakfast, which by the way smells absolutely divine?? And you look so comfortable?? You're even softly humming an unknown to him tune?? And, dear archons, you look so good with the barely risen sun illuminating your silhouette, almost giving you a halo?? Why isn't he pushing you against a wall with one of his waterblades to your throat demanding to know who you are and what are you doing?? Oh dear you noticed him. And now you're greeting him with such a genuine and soft smile that his breath hitches. Your mouth is moving but his mind is empty and he can't hear anything. He snaps out of it when you furrow your brows in confusion and worry.

"Hello?" is the first thing he actually hears and, gods, he thinks that you could talk about anything and he'd still drink up your every word as if it was the Tsaritsa talking to him.

And then, like lightning on a clear day, he remembers all the letters from his family talking about the new neighbor and how lovely you are. He decides right then that those letters don't do you justice. In a single moment Childe's composure snaps back. His usual smile graces his lips as he makes sure you really are who he thinks you are. However, unlike most of the time, this smile manages to reach his eyes.

Childe absolutely melts when he hears your gentle laugh as you turn back to continue making breakfast. The mighty 11. Harbinger is grateful that he reached out to the table to steady himself because his legs are shaking like a leaf on the wind. You ask him to set the table and as an easy conversation starts Childe thinks that maybe, just maybe, he should visit a little more often. If not for you, then for his siblings. It isn't easy being a Harbinger, after all.

Being Venti's friend and having supported him and the boys through it all but like even tho you're friends with the rest you're not as close as with Venti and one of them is crushing on you but like whatever that's not important, what I was thinking about is that Venti often hangs out at your place and one time when you're not expecting him he comes over but you're with headphones blasting music into your ears so you don't hear him but before he can do anything to catch your attention he's frozen in his place cuz he hears you sing but like you're super good and he records your voice and sends it in the group chat and the rest of the boys just freak the fuck out
