Some thoughts . . Many people believe #love is this impeccable circumstance or #perfect place that you get to or into & everything becomes alright all of a sudden (thank #disney for that). #Sorry to alarm you but its never going to be like that in my humble #opinion. . #Love is something you have to #work at, love is choosing someone to #lose to & lose with, over & over. You will have to #change yourself & be fearless, because you WILL get #hurt, on more than one occasion too & for those dark days you will need to be #prepared. Many #quit at that point & inevitably those many then live a life of #regret. Life #teaches us all that although all may never be forgotten, #everything passes, good & bad. Think about your first love for example. We never really forget #pain as people in general, we just learn to manage it in time. Furthermore, i believe once we #learn to love through the pain we will stop losing those we love the most in #moments of #anger, etc. . In closing, i personally believe that how you recognise who really loves you is not on Fridays, anniversaries or birthdays. Its when it feels like everything is against #you & #you are both equally #committed to putting each other back again. Wrote this in my notes on the train home. RIP Uncle Chris, im in so much turmoil internally on some days, as a man i really admire who kept me going in some dark times recently in my own life did the one thing he told me nobody must ever do to their loved ones, commit suic.. Figure it out.. anyway it has got me overthinking about it all so i wrote another “ForThe Hearts” .. Called it - Love letter to my nokia 3310 & simpler times.. We hold our phones more than we hold each other, we stalk & assume rather than simply asking questions & we sadly also fear losing what we have a lot more than we fear losing who we have in our lives, we don’t cherish people anymore until they’re going or gone. These New Phones are the devil i swear, the more they do for us, the worse we become as people in my opinion. Everyone swears they’re so busy & important but trump has the time to run & ruin a whole country but we cant check on family or friends. We all look better than ever “insta 50 likes & that” and we are so career focused & tough, but truth is mental health and loneliness is at an all time high, especially in men under 45, suicide is the biggest killer but society will tell u its ISIS. No we kill each other internally with our coldness & egos etc, i think its a lot easier to be shot than a slow painful internal death, i know what i would rather. My uncle was a gay man in africa (now thats tough) with two grown older siblings who hated his orientation so much they made spreading his ashes so difficult for everyone but they always accepted his money when they needed it, imagine his older brothers gave him the love & approval he felt he needed. Anyway i could go on but we are all in need, ladies & gents. Can you believe women & men still don’t get paid the same but organisations want to celebrate women lol a flipping joke. Speaking to your neighbour now is for weirdos, it was the f&cking norm. What are we as people anymore? Like I said previously, I lost my uncle recently in an unfortunate way & i dont know how to get over it, so i am questioning alot of what has become the norm & its a bit sad really. The only way most people get attention now is girls posting when dressed up for nights out & fellas when they post their new car or watch. Signs are there we need a little more from the people around us but vanity isnt the answer. Pick up the phone & talk or better yet, go & see each other. Holidays, Travelling, Nights Out, A New Relationship those are not the answers they may deliver a few moments for life but those internal issues will remain. Don’t even get me started on cheating. Its gone viral, even the girls are it & they are crying over it more than ever before. We need a reset button, so we can start to value people and their imperfections first. If we don’t, lord knows where we all end up. We might actually Purge & think its acceptable! Love. And real love needs to make a comeback along with understanding & 3310s lol. We need to remember simple things like another mans pain is not a reason to smile. Life is tough for everyone, so lets hold each other up & support each other more. We feel all the same things just at different times for different reasons & we all have regrets & have done things that people wouldn’t believe that we aint proud of. Foreign or not etc people are people. More love than negative opinions please, share more of your kindness & not selfies of you or your breakfast lol. The world needs you & the world needs that right now. Especially At a time like this when we are attacking & raping most of the 3rd world, flushing innocents like us onto our own shores & vilifying them for wanting to live. We all need love & we can refuse that responsibility because its easier but if thats the case, please remember that the fact you wont even open your heart & show love, 1 is unnatural & 2 its not even your idea, society has just moulded you into what it needs a constant user & consumer. Society has actually tricked us into thinking all i need is me & if i show love im weak, actually the truth is the opposite, nothing you have in life can ever be that special without people. Money is important yes for survival but we all need to find that balance before its too late, because the real commodity is people. You can always make money but people? People are special 1 of 1s. The whole reason we tend to feel shit half the time is because you need love & we need it often NOT SEX, i said love. We need to be giving & recieving it to function well but society has succesfully raised a “im just doing me & its cool” crowd. Pray for us … :( just my 2 cents, show love you sexy goats. Please i beg! I am not a life coach.. Just a lil niglet thats had his fair share of pain & drama like you but im voicing it because i am finding it therapeutic. Please check on your loved ones, neighbours & friends. I love & miss my uncle, but we need less of these tragedies if at all

So here we are the quietly enormous, I just want someone to love club. All claiming that we want a real love but all we do is beg for likes when we are feeling ourselves, I’m writing this because I care about people & I am no longer afraid to express how I feel publicly now that I have seen my words help a few people around me, also because of the emo music I create (far too regularly lol). I have become popular with the girls & the guys in and around my life when it comes to discussing the ups & downs of trying to love these days, having been through things myself & having paid way too much attention to older relationships around me, the good & bad. So below, I’ve written some words that I hope, might be helpful, if you are going through something or at a crossroads.

The Prescription: When you love someone or really care about them you don’t treat them bad or make them feel insecure, ever. It’s as simple as that, but now we live in a generation of excuses, people mess up, I know that very well myself, but when you mess up you move mountains or you leave people the fuck alone, if you don’t it says a lot about you. If you’ve been hurt and allow how you’ve been treated to affect how you treat others, it says a lot about you too, I’m sorry I am not here to lie to you, guys and girls are just as bad out here on these cold streets. It used to be so simple, either/or. Love me or leave me alone. We now live in a time where people want all the benefits of a relationship but not the relationship, they usually feel the need to keep themselves open incase, something better comes along, they change their mind or they get caught out, so they can always say “but we weren’t together” if they want another chance, making you feel silly for not seeking that clarification before. Be wary of anyone who over compensates & gives you almost everything but commitment, that is a dangerous person, almost as dangerous as someone nursing a broken heart(might explain this later if this bangs lol). That person can leave whenever they feel like it & they are not to blame, you are, you’ve allowed it. That said, there’s always a getting to know you + us period! but with the pace of most things these days I think after 3 months or definitely four months someone should know whether they want to try with you (be official etc). If they don’t “lol”. Ways to combat that, refuse to do anything out of the norm, you shouldn’t be the perfect partner without commitment makes no sense. N&ggers(men) lie & b&tches (women) do too. Our generation literally has men spending money they don’t have on women who will never really love them for the right reasons & it has women treating men like kings who will do everything but commit to them. In the words of Childish Gambino (in Redbone) “Stay Woke”, love & life is hard anyway but it isn’t as hard when you are doing it with people who have the best intentions for you, I have seen that first hand, my grandparents survived a lot of things, my parents didn’t, just imagine facing the world with a smile on your face every morning because you know no matter what, the person I share a bed with, is down for me, rain or sunshine, nice ain’t it? Part of growing up is realising that the chances of finding somebody that turns you on instantly beyond belief & has the best intentions for you is slim to none, it’s highly unlikely the pengest thing you’ve ever seen will feel the same (because they are usually pornstars lol) but if they do BRAVO, anyway, on the surface that’s a bad thing but in reality, it really isn’t, after all in the long run, you will always find other humans attractive, but overtime the sexual satisfaction you will get from the person who wants the best for you & does the best for you has no comparison. But understanding that needs maturity and experience. Besides a life long relationship has never been about peng, it’s about understanding another human being who has contrasting emotions & feelings, if you get an extra peng one, you’re buzzing. Drake/Rihanna might give you the best night ever, to brag to your mates, but Dave/Sharon the 6/10 probably has the love/heart that you have never experienced and won’t ever want to give back.

The Contradiction: That said, above is just a guideline to protect yourself & your heart, but essentially these are feelings so I have to be realistic because a lot more people are in the situation I am about to explain but tend to deny it, if you really love a piece of sh&t that’s stressing you & you only want him/her and can’t see no one else stick with them, do your best to help them, evolve if you can. I say that because, another lover can take you Maldives 5 star everything, bare pics for insta & that, but I guarantee a week in Benidorm with that piece of shit will mean a lot more. It’s difficult, because when you do it right it’s worth the stress because even with the “right” person there will be ups & downs. If your heart beats for them it’s pointless to walk away & walk into a pure soul’s life and mess it up with all your baggage, you will only hurt another person. Call that monkey bar love. Holding onto the next and the last. You cant substitute one addiction for another, walking into a better situation, changes very little when you are torn internally. You will either end up alone and in pain or deserve 775 oscar awards for faking a life time of love. As we all know, when you are not where you genuinely want to be, you will probably cheat. Save yourself the stress & exhaust your current situation before moving on. Easier to build again if you can look back & tell yourself i did all i can. No Regrets *dappy voice*

In Closing: Respect yourself, protect yourself, everybody has a story & everybody has a pain, but don’t let them make that experience your problem if you are offering a new beginning & an open heart, because no matter the experience, open, pure & positive hearts and minds can overcome a lot . Pure people always get along just fine. Mandela & Ghandi never beefed & they changed the world for the better, politicians always beef 👀 & they… Um I don’t know what they are doing lol. You get the drift.

Stay safe you sexy goats & be patient. Every example is a reasonable realistic guideline, circumstances like distance, illness & death may tamper these guidelines. That, said no matter the situation love & respect has to be a constant. If it’s not, run. Run as fast as you can. Be nice to people always, but stay on your toes, kindness allows an environment where people can hang themselves, making decisions clearer (not easier).
