[guy who is aromantic voice] sexual attraction just makes more sense than romantic attraction. like ok, you want to fuck someone. this is quantifiable. it is quite easy to grasp what "i want to fuck someone" looks like, even if you have no idea what it feels like. romantic attraction, though? this is a nebulous construct which seems to largely be "glorified friendship with sex" in the popular imagination. what even is the difference between friendship and romance? the line between friendship and sexual attraction, though both can coexist, is that when there's sexual attraction present, you want to fuck someone. the line between friendship and romantic attraction, so far as i can perceive it within a heteronormative, amatonormative framework, is that it is... friendship where you want to fuck someone. what?

Aromantic NPD culture is feeling like I never fit into "yume circles" because my "love" is a fragarian attraction and centers directly around me and my fs/os devotion to me instead of the other way around. (Also being Romance Repulsed but that's a whole other topic).

Struggling with Madalaptive Daydreaming genuinely makes me want to jump off a cliff. I haven't paced around in days - I'm stuck living with people who don't leave - i feel anxious, jittery, and unsatisfied with everything. I'm in a closet rocking back and forth listening to music and edit audios imagining everything. I want to do something else - i wanted to make a post on a diffrent blog of mine, I wanted to play roblox, go and eat - but I need to move. I need to daydream. My body won't let me go. The music is drowning my ears. I'm sad my dream world isn't real. I want to disappear into my head. I need to be alone. I need to daydream. It's an itch that can't go away. Man.

asexuality is a lack of sexual attraction towards other people, not a lack of sexual desire people can be asexual and still want to be in sexual relationships or have sex with others, they just dont feel sexually attracted to other people but also sex-repulsed asexuals do exist and deserve to have their autonomy respected

also dont forget about loveless people! some aspec people do not feel love, whether thats due to trauma or otherwise. they deserve to be seen and have their identities respected!
