what i ate today:
french tacos kebab (family forced lunch)
praline (dessert)
a little rice and 2 bites of osobucco (dinner)
2 golden oreos
activities:
pointe class 45 mins
12k steps
start of day weight: 51.8
end of day weight: 53.2
i really really hope i dont gain weight because i ate way too much today i literally hate having too much food in my stomach. sleeping early tonight tho so i can wake up skinny.

what i ate today:
bugnes (like a begnet) x2 ~12:20pm
some osobucco but like just a few bites ~8pm
cracker + butter ~8pm
activities:
football at school 1:30
tennis asa 1h
running 5 then 5min
16k steps
start of day weight: 52.4
end of day weight: 52.5
im really tired so im not gonna write too much. im sleeping early which is good for weight loss and hopefully i loose like .5kg tomorrow so im 52kg.

omg im so angry because i ate so much dinner and i feel so bloated rn i hope i loose a whole ass kilo when i go to bed because i was so hungry all day just for me to ruin it all with dinner.
plus im sick this totally sucks i hipe i dont eat too much tomorrow
anyway im exhausted

what i ate today:
pistachio muffin
3 mars bars

activites:
not a lot of steps i didnt wear my watch today lol
start of day weight: 52.7
end of day weight: 53.3
ok so basically i didnt blog since like forever becauz my phone broke lmao but i got a new one thats totally better. ive lost like 1.3kg since my last blog which is pretty good. on saturday morning i was 52.2kg cuz i was sick and skipped dinner by directly going to bed but i went back up to 52.7 cuz like i need food if i dont wanna keep on being sick right?
anyway there are only 2 weeks left until school vacations start and i am stressed the fuck out because omg im so sure im gonna gain weight like i have to eat 3 meals and rn i only eat like 1.
my strategy is just to like ask for fruits when my parents ask me what i want from the supermarket and hopefully they have like some low cal shit.
anyway tomorrow i have badminton and i fucking love badminton because i play tennis so im really good at it and like im really invested. at the start we run for 5 minutes which is a god’s blessing and my opponents are rlly good so ill be burning calories super duper fast.
plus i have ballet too so ill b burning twice the amount of calories.

what i ate today:

weight loss: ❌
yesterday i didnt do a blog cyz i fell asleep but i faster for 48 hours and lost soo much weight but today i ate way too much. my mom is sick which means she wont make us food tomorrow which is good cuz i can just fast all day hopefully lol.
i hope by then end of tomorrow im back at 53-53.5 so i have to work hard not to give in to the temptation. thankfully there are only ingredients in the fridge and no snacks. worse case ill just have to eat an egg for lunch and thats it.

what i ate today:
coke zero 500ml
activities:
6.5k steps (317 cals)
pointe class 1hour (idk how many cals lol)
start of day weight: 54.5
end of day weight: 54.0
weight lost: 0.5kg
okay so today basically i didn’t eat breakfast or lunch obvi like always cuz i can get away with it since i wake up early and can just skip canteen, then when i went home i went directly to distract myself from going in the kitchen and played some piano then got ready for pointe.
im so happy my mom didn’t cook any dinner because usually dinner is like the worst meal like if ur doing omad best meal is breakfast-lunch (i recommend lunch more tho) cuz you can burn off the cals with the activities ur gna do in the day whereas dinner u js eat and go to sleep.
i hope tomorrow ill loose like a lot of weight and hope my mom is tired enough to not cook dinner.
so stressed out cuz my sister’s bday is soon and i dont wanna binge after all my progress.
omg also at school today i felt like dizzy maybe cuz i didn’t sleep much last night plus i havent eaten all day and ut felt so good. i hope i get dizzy tomorrow because the feeling is so satisfying to me.
anyway tomorrow no breakfast or lunch and hopefully no dinner? maybe if i sleep early i can skip ig.

hii
my name is maya and im gonna be posting my wl progress everyday untill i reach my goal (prob never since ill always wanna loose)
sw: 55.5kg
cw: 54.4kg
gw: 45kg (or less🤷‍♀️)
lw: 50.8 in like oct but then i relapsed
i dont eat anything all morning and afternoon at school (luv skipping lunch at school) and for dinner i have to eat with my family but i try to skip.
i do 2h of tennis and 3:15 of ballet/pointe and running when i can with an avg of 9-13k steps a day.
anyway i hope that everyone that is also trying to loose weight reaches their goal and stays motivated. i believe in all of you.

Hiii I was wondering if u have any advice on getting away with r3stricting after being hospitalized? My parents have been very invested in my “recovery” since I was hospitalized and it’s so frustrating not being able to have full control/being tricked in to thinking it’s ok to eat or eating when I don’t want to
Ur so goals btw !!

My advice or things i do personally are:
•eat breakfast and then not eat until dinner (because ur away from ur parents- ur at school, them at work and they cant see what u eat or not)
•lying about what I have ate but actually throwing the food away or hiding it
•eating meals in my room with the door closed but actually putting the food in a bag and later throwing it away
•blaming my health as a reason why im not hungry (“I threw up”, “i had diarrhoea”…)
•giving ur school lunch to friends or again throwing it away

- practice an instrument if u play one
- decorate your room / rearrange it
- read a book (preferably outside)
- go on walks
- call with some friends
- go on tumblr ( obvious lol )
- search for some healthy recipes
- bake something for friends / relatives
- try a new hobby ( i absolutely love crocheting )
- make some handmade gifts ( perfect for christmas )
- try out a new makeup style
- put some cute outfits together u wanna wear if you reach your gw
- browse through online shops
- listen to new music
