【教育職場】寫字評語若精準，孩童習字無疑問：以明確評分規準、學習評量替代模糊教學評價！端正工整凌亂潦草模糊評語對孩子沒實質幫助......｜竹北寫字課、左營寫字課、鳳山寫字課

若聯絡簿上，班導師永遠只有「端正、工整、凌亂��潦草」等評語，對孩子不僅沒幫助，孩子的字跡也不會因此進步！強烈建議丟掉陳腔濫調的萬年評語，以明確的評分規準、學習評量汰除模糊的教學評價。孩子才知道如何有目標地調整不良的字跡！

這是我在2022年改版過的硬筆書法前後測的題目，分別是「家己栽一欉，較贏看別人。」（Ka-kī tsai tsi̍t tsâng, khah iânn khuànn pa̍t-lâng.）和「人情留一線，日後好相看。」（Jîn-tsîng lâu tsi̍t suànn, ji̍t-āu hó sio-khuànn.）

我理想中的雙語教育是「母語」加上「華語」，而我的母語是台灣話（台語）。在前後測的題目設計，我加上台語羅馬拼音、華語意譯、英文意譯，應該也算是多語教育的一環！台語教育推廣，目前的我分身乏術留給其他專業人士吧！

一、前後測的設計思考

推廣母語融入寫字教學設計，我係根據本國教育部十二年國教的「三面九向核心素養」架構：多元文化與國際理解、符號運用與溝通表達面向，以及「聯合國永續發展目標」架構：優質教育、消彌不平等目標。

二、前後測的難易設計

本測驗只取10個字，故需盡量避免重複字詞出現。還有加上字形的難易度、字詞的使用頻率等考量。我將「家己栽一欉，較贏看別人。」作為成人學習者的測驗題目，而「人情留一線，日後好相看。」作為兒童學習者的測驗題目。

三、前後測的內容分析

家己栽一欉，較贏看別人。這句話的意思與「與其欣羨他者穀倉豐滿，不如捲起衣袖戮力耕耘。」相近，這句是我自己寫的，所以Google是找不到原始出處的，因為我就是作者。如圖1所示：

人情留一線，日後好相看。這句話的意思與「忍一時風平浪靜，退一步海闊天空」相近，意即「凡事別做太絕，留點餘地。」如圖2所示：

這兩張前後測的照片是高雄春季集訓的學員，他們是一對母子。前測已是字跡工整，後測則是從工整邁向美感。可以從筆法、結構和布局三大主軸，覺察他們進步的軌跡。學習時數為16小時，學習頻率則為4週次。媽媽當榜樣，孩子字跡就差不到哪裡去。備註：這兩張照片分別花1小時和2小時批閱與分析（浩大工程）！

四、前後測的評量重點

若聯絡簿上，班導師永遠只有「端正、工整、凌亂、潦草」等評語，那麼......孩子的字跡永遠不會進步！強烈建議丟掉陳腔濫調的萬年評語，以明確的評分規準、學習評量汰除模糊的教學評價。孩子才知道如何有目標地調整的不良字跡！此外，學童的字跡要好，在職教師需要有範寫能力。若師培中心不開設寫字課或書法課，師培生（職前教師）就沒有增能培力的機會；若老師自身字醜，就不會重視字跡；若老師自身不會教寫字，就不會花時間幫孩子調整字跡。這都是教育現場正在發生的惡性循環。

寫字潛能開發課程與教學 Writing Potential Development Program

To develop beautiful handwriting, the key entry point lies in enhancing one’s aesthetic perception. Without this foundation, practice can easily become a tedious and ineffective exercise. This course is thoughtfully designed to guide children in exploring the essence of Chinese characters from a fresh perspective, thereby establishing core writing skills and improving both interest and efficiency in character recognition and writing. The program cultivates learners’ sensitivity to the beauty of Chinese script, strengthens mindful focus before and after writing, and emphasizes proper posture and mindset as fundamental practices. Four sets of handouts in regular script (kaishu) are provided, with the summer session using the most beginner-friendly version.

執筆教學要領

正確執筆雖不直接影響字跡美感與章法布局，但對筆法表現與書寫舒適感則有實際影響。錯誤握筆習慣經常導致手部疲勞不堪，若不透過覺察系統投入刻意練習，錯誤書寫習慣將難以戒除。書寫是一種身心統合與眼手協調的活動，透過正念專注、滾動調整促進個人的學習與成長。唯有當妳身心合一時，才能真正體驗書寫的樂趣與心流現象。透過本文能夠幫助妳將字跡改邪歸正，以及將錯誤習慣改邪歸正。

握筆器不是重點，坐姿也不是重點，執筆法才是那個核心。當執筆正確，坐姿就會正確。握筆器僅是學習輔助工具而已，如果沒有正確的執筆觀念主導，任何的輔助工具都會淪於畫蛇添足的白費功夫（林冠傑，20250411）。

🍯 Outline ✅ Mindful calligraphy emphasizes experiencing the present moment through writing. ✅ Mindful stillness is a form of altered consciousness that cannot be directly practiced—but the process of calligraphy provides a setting for mental cultivation. ✅ When one concentrates fully on each stroke, feeling the contact between pen and paper, and tuning into physical and emotional sensations, a heightened state of self-awareness can emerge. This awareness helps writers recognize the roots of bodily, emotional, and spiritual signals. In other words, focused writing can lead to a flow state—marked by loss of time and space perception, joy, and the dissolution of self-awareness. ✅ In a world saturated with information and technology, staying aware of each moment equips teachers with the insight and strategy necessary to respond effectively to diverse learners.
