yesterday was my first day getting back on my stationary bike since thanksgiving. manifesting my ability to do it again (aka ingesting thc)
#if you have a hard time with exercise because of physical disability and lack of control of muscle tension#obviously do your own research and consult a doctor if you feel the need to before you even try#thc might help you work your way back into (or into for the first time!) a regular exercise routine#the webmd interaction checker does include marijuana as a drug that can be assessed! always check#smoking is processed through your lungs which take damage hard. edibles are processed through your liver#which regenerates faster than thc edibles damage it. in case that matters to anyone#that's why i take edibles anyway. also i hate smoking#anyway! taking an edible and waiting half an hour before you start your workout means that your high will be kicking in about the time#you get finished with your workout - exercise makes you metabolize thc faster#you also get to combine thc high with your after workout happy chemicals and#the dopamine boost will bring your brain to associate physical exertion with feeling Good#which is good! i use thc for muscle tension from ptsd and other unrelated chronic pain#this has been your thc psa of the day#mer rambles

i was watching some carrot cake baking youtube short and had the immense displeasure of having the hitoya living in my head suddenly chime ‘there are two things that i can’t stand; one: vegetables in a dessert—‘
and i’m now terrified that this might actually be a thing hitoya hates LMAO
#this is vee speaking#i felt hitoya hating fruits in his salad in my soul and by that he pissed me tf off LOL#he didn’t get to finish bc i kinda mentally yelled back ‘OMFG 🙄🙄🙄🙄🙄🙄’#it’s all fun and games having character voices just bouncing around in your head until they like start commenting on shit in your life lol#like this one time i had been feeling too much like an unproductive bed rotter so i decided to try a work out like late at night#and wound up pulling a muscle lol and as i writhed in agony#the kuukou living in my head and i fcking guess rio heard exercise and came to visit both starting commenting#‘it’s heavily dissuaded to workout after 8pm your body should be winding down for optimal rest’ said rio#‘the outcome of an experience is dependent on the steps taken beforehand. you should’ve at least stretched beforehand like damn’ said kuuko#AND THEY BOTH NEEDED TO STFU >::::(

#ore no kao#awake enough to squeeze in a nice arm pump#[no head-pumping today]#did talk with this one cutie who'd helped me with a cable exercise a while back that my substitute trainer was trying to have me do#and it turns out he knows the primary trainer i'd worked with who i finally bumped into again lol#i think the convos went well--i was sorta rushing my workout since i was running late but we'd still chat between sets#and could probably have kept on if not for the next sets hmmm#i'd seen him here/there since that help in January but only now did i try to talk to him and introduce myself lol#we'll see how that shakes out 🤔

Do you think Anne is a pilates girlie? I think she'd love it but would hate group fitness classes like Soulcycle (and the hype around them)
I think Anne is a horse girlie who cannot physically make herself sit still for more than five minutes at a stretch
#she still does a lot of actual chores around the farm and I think that and riding is how she gets most of her exercise#she says in RTML that some of the other riders on the national team cross-trained with running but it wasn't for her#she did say she likes tennis so maybe she does/did some of that#not to be base but there's also sex#I'm pretty sure their favorite positions include several where she does most of the work#and that they still - look me in the eyes and know I am serious - STILL do it frequently enough for it to count as a regular workout#and frankly? if I had THAT in my bed? *points at Tim* I would too#it's also been reported that she eats pretty light especially when she's working and I think that more than anything keeps her so slender#I certainly hope she's just a natural light eater and isn't restricting/doing anything unhealthy#anyway I am going to go back to my fantasy of them spotting me in the crowd at the Olympics and taking me back to their hotel#to spit roast me#have a nice day

I am not really sick (yet)!!! I was able to walk INCLUDING UPHILL after my cardiovascular exercise! I was able to hold one squat for about twenty seconds and then went to sit in a jacuzzi (SoCal privilege) to see if it would help with my migraine; I’m thinking that may have been an error that I shouldn’t repeat after exertion; have definitely thrown the arcane body alchemy off. BUT don’t have the anticipatory weight of exhaustion that means getting out of bed is going to feel very dangerous; just feel regular exhausted, like I did a very intense endurance workout and got a stomachache. this is good, I think!!!
#my goal is to lessen my fear so I can start building stamina for strength-building and cardio exercises#I don’t know if I’ll be able to do a workout like I could before#but strengthening my back arm and leg muscles would really help me with everyday tasks#and I asked my doctor about PT and he said No#so I must fake it for myself

finally back to lifting after a neck tumor removal surgery!!! possibly a bad move to start off this ambitious... but im feeling pretty cool to have done 10 unassisted pull-ups right off the bat! B) im a ways off of my past leg press weight but i'll work back up to it in time! (the bakery cant go out of business like this, i wont let her)
#my left arm feels d e a d though lmao#it straight up wont relax all the way#thats ok tho <3 she'll heal#god ive missed actually using muscles :')#'you cant lift more than 20 pounds for the next 2 weeks and no more than 40 for the next 6' ... WELL ITS BEEN 7 AND A HALF...#i did start to feel some pain at the surgery site :/ so i stopped and we'll try again later this week#but still!!!!!!!#glad to be back ive missed using my body#its been miserable just sitting on the internet and loafing for the last 2 months#and prior to that i couldnt workout for like 3 months before the surgery bc id feel the tumor pushing against my neck tendons lol#and exercise strained it#so all in all i havent worked out like this in 5? almost 6 months?#and i wasnt that consistent even before that#so its been a g e s since i really worked out my arms#so grateful to get to move my body again :')
