Right now I am not comfortable with showing my weight but the last year was a lot for me and I gained 50lbs, now a have relapsed because this is the highest I have ever been
Last year all I thought about was food, all I need was food, but now I’m on a calorie deficit and I have been clean from binging for a whole week and lost 10lbs. So this is the number one tip that helped me.
TAKE YOUR VITAMINS!
If you are craving a food your usually low on a certain macronutrient
Chocolate -> Magnesium
Bread -> Nitrogen
Oily Foods or Carbonated Drinks -> Calcium
Cheese -> Fatty Acids
Pasta -> Chromium
Ice -> Iron
Alcohol -> Protein
Sugary Sweets -> Sulfur
Coffee -> Sodium
Salty Snacks -> Chloride
There are also lipids which are the main source of our vitamins and second source of energy
Avocado, Oily Fish, Chia Seeds, Flaxseeds, Peanut, Tree-nuts, Olives, Eggs, Dark Chocolate, Full-Fat Yogurt, Seeds, Tofu, Soybeans, Rapeseeds, Edamame, Low-Fat Dairy.
