Here is a list of scenarios that might be a Star Trek episode or has the same vibe as a Star Trek episode:

1. Planet that might be peaceful until you encounter the T-Rex sized Murder Chicken.

2. A Friendly, Lion-sized Kitten that controls a planet’s electrical energy waves.

3. A cavern full of mutated dinosaurs that a colony accidentally wakes up.

4. A planet of giant alien huntsmen spiders that somehow glow in the dark that are also diplomatic.

5. Water planet, and away team gets stranded because storm is interfering with signal waves. Flooding, and have to get to higher ground without getting eaten by a Liopleurodon or a Megalodon.

6. A jungle planet with an abandoned research laboratory where a group of scientists tried to play god and brought dinosaurs back to life (yes, this is a Jurassic Park reference, but in space). Only one survivor, a teen or kid with their pet Dire Wolf.

7. A cat that is also a Q-like entity. FEED IT TREATS FOR MERCY!

8. Ghost possession. Exercised by hitting ghost in the face with a frying pan.

9. Holodeck Malfunctions. Prepare for invasion of screaming goats, singing penguins, and aliens doing the chicken dance.

10. Ensigns using unconventional methods (example: biting) and unconventional tools (frying pan, steel chair, pepper spray, rolling pin, a toaster, etc) to protect their Senior officers from attackers.

This is an incomplete list as I know there might be other scenarios that could happen in Star Trek, but these are the ones I can think of for now. If you want, add yours!
