If I had a nickel for every time Peter pulls someone's arm off in my fic, I'd have two nickels...

which isn't a lot, but it's one more traumatic amputation than I had planned on writing and I'm not sure how I got here. Hehe, oops...

I love going to plan out a plot point in my fic and then two hours later I'm looking a new family tree that I had no plans on making and suddenly two of my characters have a half sibling, a new ethnicity and a mob connection.

So number 1 was the clear winner! I'm so happy I have soooo many ideas for this one!! Here are some ideas of different fandoms that I could pull some poor children from and dump them in the DC universe for a mini vacation. - Fullmetal Alchemist - Avatar the Last Airbender - Harry Potter - Danny Phantom - Naruto - BNHA - The Hunger Games - Marvel - Star Wars

A Batman, crack-treated-semi-seriously multi-crossover fic where Wayne Manor is located on a dimensional/multiversal weakspot and every so often someone falls through... and for some reason it always seems to be a kid (or multiple kids) in trouble. The multiversal visitors always get pulled back to their home universe after 12-24hrs, and sometimes the Wanyes have repeat visitors. (Protective Batfam, Slight Hurt/Mostly Comfort, Crackish)

A Hunger Games reincarnation/isekai fic following Enobaria, the female tribute for District 2 (and winner) of the 62nd Hunger Games. Having already died once in her past life, with knowledge of this story's end and knowing she wasn't the main character, she decides to insert herself into the heart of capitol life in the hopes of saving the one boy who she remembered had been the one to draw the short straw over and over until he had been left with nothing and left to die. Finnick Odair. (Mentor/Mentee/sibling relationship, Heavy fic, exploring the dark side of the Capitol, the literal trafficking of Victors, sociopathic tendencies from MC, Hunger Games canon level of violence etc.)

3. A Danny Phantom x DC crossover fic where Dani has been using the infinite realms to travel and check out Earths from different dimensions. She appears in the middle of a Super-Sons mission gone wrong and helps Robin and Superboy out. The three become fast friends and Dani decides she is going to stay in this dimension a little while longer than usual until word of trouble in her home dimension reaches her, and her new friends won't let her go into danger alone. (technically-a-princess!Dani, Next Gen Trinity, Super-powered hijinks, Protective Kents & Batfam, humour as a coping mechanism)

I don’t understand did Peter like change too much, even if he is bald and grown a little but did his face changed too?

There are a multitude of reasons why the Bats aren't going to recognize Peter as the the same kid right away but I'll explain a couple that isn't too spoilery (Don't read more if you haven't finished chapter 16!!! Very much spoilers for chapter 16!)

The Bats think Peter is dead Batman and Co were under the assumption that there are two new metas in Gotham. Peter, and the spider-meta that attacked Jason. All the evidence in the warehouse points to the spider-meta killing Peter, so the Bats first thought when they see another boy (Act 2 Peter) who looks so much like the boy they just failed to save (Act 1 Peter) but that couldn't be the same kid is going to be caution and confusion.

Physical Changes The chapter didnt go into detail about just how much Peter has grown, but the next time he interacts with one of the bats, he'll be almost a foot taller than he was when Bruce first met him. Hair and eyebrows are also a huge unique identifiers and without them, its actually crazy how different a person can look. Plus a couple of other changes I'm not going to reveal just yet.

Detetive work Batman is a detective, but even the worlds best detective will come to the wrong conclusion if given false or incomplete clues. Bruce has very little concrete information on the spider-meta, Peter and the organization who experimented on him. He's been working off of mostly deductions and assumptions, and new information he's going to find in the warehouse will cause the Bats to initially come to some incorrect conclusions before they realise things aren't adding up.

STOP WHAT DO U MEAN ITS GOING TO BE HARDER FOR PETER TO WIN THEM OVER

Grief can harden the heart and the next time the batfam and Peter meet, they'll be strangers. With the bats thinking they failed little Peter, they're not going to be eager to let another stranger close so soon... plus some more misunderstandings along the way that wont paint Peter in the best light hehe
