A wild Hua Cheng has appeared

A wild Xie Lian has appeared.

I'm trying more art stuff...

So I used Xie Lian and Hua Cheng as practice for my art.

Hua Cheng is solely done in the digital art program I use

Xie Lian is sketched in my sketchbook first. I'm also using him as a way to stylize my hands.

I know I got rid of his smile in the final art piece. Please forgive.

I started this as a different drawing of Mo Xuanyu but then remembered a Hans Christian Anderson Fairytale that I really loved when I was younger.

It's called the Rose Elf.

Recommend reading it. It's short, dark, and sad but poetic. It's why the flowers in the skull are jasmines in this drawing.

So I took a picture of a scene in the untamed to use as a reference when I drew Lan Wangji, and the photo came out blue.... I loved the idea of only using blues, and so here this is.
