The Time I Got Creeped on By a Cat
Let me tell you the time I got creeped on by a cat. It was in the summer of 2012 my family and me were visiting relatives. I as a person am usually a deep and philosophical thinker. At times I like to be alone maybe at night when the moon is full and some kind of mood setting music. So, one night I was on a balcony like structure looking out down below, looking at the sky, and all round. So, in the middle of my meditation like thinking and gazing around the surrounding. I believe my head was facing right so when I turned my head to the left there was a cat standing there looking at me and caught me by surprise. Now I just like to say I love cats a lot and where my relatives live there are tons of stray cats roaming around. So, there I was previously startled by an unexpected cat who might’ve been looking at me for a few minutes when my head was turned to the other side. So, I just looked at the cat and the cat looked at me, after a minute the cat when ran off to somewhere else. I thought to myself wow I got creeped on by a cat you don’t experience that everyday. I think I look back it was an interesting experience and pretty funny too.

Spring
Spring a season of refreshment, the long cold winter season is over. The temperature rises, it gets warmer, the snow melts away, the sun comes out and shines, the plants regrow or bloom, the trees regrow their leaves, animals come out of hibernation, and people can shed their clothes off as in they could wear less clothing and wear clothing like shorts, t-shirt, and sandals and that is it. I believe once its March it is the beginning of the end of Winter in preparation for Spring. In this point in high school students are already in the second semester in the third quarter. College students are in the second semester and probably taken their midterms just in time for spring break. It is usually the first week of March when college students get a whole week off of school. As for weather in early March or most of March it is still cold and there is still snow but, it eventually goes away either faster of slower at least it is finally warm in April. April and into May the weather again continues to grow warmer. TV shows continue on with their seasons by around the time of May either it is early, middle, or late May TV shows conclude their season for seasonal finale and in some cases their series finale. I might’ve mention that high school basketball is over by spring where as college basketball in March have March Madness in which college basketball teams go into playoffs matches throughout March and usually ends the championship game in late March or early April. NBA basketball regular season continues on until around April the playoffs begin and continue on into May in which in early or middle June Finals happens and ends the NBA basketball season. In April a fresh new MLB baseball season starts and goes on through rest of spring to summer and to early Fall. Same case for high school baseball and then their is also high school Track and Field. Another thing there is a spring Band and Chorus concert. During the months of March, April, and May there are holidays. March has St. Patrick’s Day, a holiday celebrated by Irish people of Christianity or Catholicism which has to do with religion and going to church to pray, it’s about a Saint named Patrick who is important in the religious history of Ireland. But, it seems like the American view is a day to get drunk, party, and celebrate even if your not Irish, Catholic, or a Christian. The usual things I see are green I mean a lot of green. Shamrocks, four leaf clovers, leprechauns, and leprechauns attire as in any type of clothing or accessory that is especially green. In April there is Easter religiously it is celebrated by Christians who honor Jesus for when he was crucified and died and resurrected on the third day of his burial. That is the religious side of it but, there is also some what of a American view with Christmas having Santa Claus delivering presets there is the Easter Bunny who leaves decorated eggs and chocolate. In some cases of celebrating the holiday people like to dye and decorate eggs, eat chocolate shaped like bunnies and pellets, and have easter eggs hunt to gather the most eggs either the dyed and decorated ones or plastic opening eggs containing small prizes like toys or money. Somewhere around March or April the third quarter of high school ends and begins the fourth and last quarter of the year and college is halfway over and midterms are usually taken around this time or before spring break. So, as like other seasons spring has a lot going on the weather gets warmer to enjoy after the long cold winter. March, April, and finally May, now May is a big month for many reasons it is the last month of spring and a lot of things come to an end in May. When May comes many things come to an end tv show seasons end for the season, high school baseball and track and field season come to an end, and the second semester of college and the year of college ends. High school students still have a quarter of school left and the year ends in early to mid June. As for college students by the beginning of May classes wrap up and prepare to study for finals to take around mid May. Once they are done with finals they can pack up their things and leave for home for the summer. That ends the college school year where as high school students have some more work to do. The best thing about around the end of the year of school is Prom or any kind of end of the year dance. Prom is like a party to celebrate all the hard work we do in school whether if its academics, sports, or arts. Its a fun time to dance, hang out with friends, and be with your significant other. Prom is like a reward and is a privilege my advice to anyone if you don’t have a date or friends to hang out, I say just go even if your alone its better than not going. For anyone who doesn’t go I don’t think their a loser I just think there making the biggest mistake in their lives but, if they truly do not care then they are strong to not care. So, just like all the other seasons a lot happens in Spring but, many things come to an end in Spring especially in May but, the end comes it marks the beginning of a new period of time for what could be the best season throughout the whole entire year, the season of sunny warm weather and fun, Summer.

Winter
Winter the coldest time of the year that last 3 months. Like I have said about Fall being a transition from warm to cold, well at this point the transition has been completed. It is officially cold and winter, with that comes snow. Winter goes through December, January, and February. When winter comes by then all the leaves have completely fallen off the branches of the trees. In the first month of winter is December, when it’s December it’s all about the holidays. I mean you can see it everywhere, on TV they show movies, specials, and TV episodes with holiday themes, decorations everywhere especially outside with holiday lights, and so much more. I should mention some previous things about Fall, for the most part football season ends in high school usually in November or late Fall, Marching Band season ends, while cheerleaders continue for basketball season, the 1st quarter in high school is over, and half the 1st semester is over with midterms been taken. With winter comes as I said before its starting snowing and becomes cold. For me and almost everybody we have to change our clothes in our closets. So no more short socks, sandals, shorts, short sleeve shirts or sleeveless undershirts. Clothing in winter time can bug me a bit because you have to wear a coat or jacket, a winter hat like a beanie or knit hat, have gloves, a scarf, wear long pants, t-shirt undershirts, long socks, anything long sleeve like hoodie, you can wear a a short sleeve t-shirt but you have to put on a hoodie or a long sleeve shirt, and sneakers or boots. The point is you have to wear a crap load of things during winter but, in summer in warm weather you can just wear sandals, shorts, and a t-shirt and you’re done simple as that. But, it’s winter so I do wanna stay warm so I can deal with that. Now other things begin in winter like basketball season or other sport seasons begin in high school and there is the performances of concert band, jazz band, chorus, and the school play with practices beginning in the Fall. During this time like I have said holidays are big most TV shows have the same of new holiday themed episode and during the holidays TV shows seem to take a break for the holidays and come back on after the holidays in early January. For college it marks the end of the semester first half of the year is over and with finals to end it all. College football is quite a long story like high school football season ends in late November college football regular season ends also in late November. In early December there is the conference championships where the best teams in the two divisions in the conference compete for number one standing in the conference. Other college football teams have a playoffs that go on during December and have the championship in early January. For most college football teams they have bowl games postseason exhibition games that are important. The bowl games take place from late December to early January, depending on the standings where a team is at with wins and losses and conference they are in determining if they are eligible for any of the 40 bowl games to play in. There is a top 25 ranking that is released weekly on college football teams, the top 4 teams play in the playoffs first they have semi-finals games during the time of all the other bowl games and the championship is held in early January ending the college football season. Now with winter, December, and the holidays comes with many many things. People enjoy the sight of seeing it snow when it stops snowing people like to go outside while wearing their winter clothes obviously, to lay down and make snow angels, make snowballs and throw at each other and create snow forts play like a war game, and finally people like to make a snowman. Now with holidays comes many things like I said before about holidays themed specials, movies, and tv episodes. There comes decorations, food, and parties. The things I see are presents, wrapping paper, snow, snowflakes, snowmen, Frosty the Snowman, Santa Claus, reindeers, Rudolf the Red-Nosed Reindeer, Christmas trees with Christmas tree decorations or ordinates, holiday lights outside around the house, stockings, candy canes, Christmas cookies, eggnog, gingerbread cookies, gingerbread houses, holiday reefs, hot cocoa, mistletoes, holiday chocolates or candy, bows, bells, candle lights, snow globes, stars, angels, the Nutcracker, Jack Frost, elves, Christmas or Santa Claus hats, reindeer antlers, fruitcakes, cards, Christmas or Holiday parties, and finally holiday themed music or songs traditional or modern there are so many of them. Now I should mention about holidays in December, I think the most holiday that represented in December is Christmas which influences music, tv shows, specials, movies, parties, food, and decorations. A lot of people say Merry Christmas and think of Santa Claus. One thing I should mention similar to where stores put up Halloween decorations early as September or August same thing with Christmas. Late October maybe a few days before Halloween Christmas stuff is put up stores even during November, seems like when Halloween is over people think about Christmas next even though they are skipping over Thanksgiving but still put importance in the holiday of Thanksgiving. Like Halloween where I want to put up decorations I also like to put up decorations for the holidays in December like lights, now I use to call them Christmas lights but, nowadays I call them holiday or seasonal lights and same goes for the decorations. I even use to say Merry Christmas but, nowadays I say Happy Holidays. In December there are many holidays celebrated by people of religions and nationality there is Bodhi Day celebrated by Buddhists, Pancha Ganapati celebrated by Hindus, Kwanzaa celebrated by Africans, Yule Celebrated by Pagans, Hanukkah celebrated by Jewish people, and finally there is Christmas celebrated by Christians. I should mention there are some holidays that can be celebrated in December depending on their religious calendar like Muslims have a holiday called Eid, and like I said depending on the religious calendar it can be celebrated in anytime of the year which means it can be celebrated in December and it can be celebrated in December again just maybe after ten years. Christmas is a religious holiday celebrated by Christians the holiday is the commemorate the birth of Jesus but, for non-Christians they could celebrate it non-religiously maybe think of it as another or second Thanksgiving celebrated in December. I just mention above is something I just like to share and what I believe in. In the end no matter what religion, nationality, where you live, or who you are the point of the holidays in December is to enjoy life, spend time with family, and be happy and thankful. The last holiday celebrated in December is New Years which is a universal holiday celebrated by everybody. For this holiday people would look back at the moments and memories throughout the year the good and bad and look forward to the new year and maybe make changes for the new year like a restart those are usually called New Years Resolutions. After December is over the new year begins after some time students go back to school. For high school students their finishing up the rest of the 1st semester and 2nd quarter but, for college students they are starting their second semester. For the rest of winter in January and February some things happen like it would snow periodically and might at times create delays or snow days. TV shows continue after the holiday break with their TV seasons and NBA basketball season continues on including high school and college. In January the NFL football regular season ends and begins playoffs which leads to the Super Bowl in late January and early February ending the NFL football season. By the time of late January and early February the first semester is over and the second semester begins with the third quarter for high school students. I feel like nothing much happens in the rest of winter but, I should include these holidays too because they’re just as important. First is Martin Luther King, Jr. Day a holiday to honor him on his birthday on the third Monday in January. Martin Luther King, Jr. was an African-American who fought for civil rights for black people in America, he did this non-violently he helped improved race relations in America. Today every American of any race, religion, nationality, gender, age, and disability have equal rights in America and treated respectfully and equally in America. Martin Luther King, Jr. should be remembered for all the work and sacrifice he did to improve race relations, equality, and spreading the power of love over hate. There is also no school on Martin Luther King, Jr. Day too. St. Valentine’s Day or Valentine’s Day. As we all know there’s candy themed for Valentine’s Day decorations, cards, and parties. Just a holiday celebrating the ones you love in your life. So, by end of February three months of the season of winter has passed and not to mention high school starts to wrap up. At the end of February comes something everybody waits for since winter break. Spring break a one whole week off of school in the first week of March. This marks the beginning of the end of the cold winter season into the warm refreshing spring season.

Fall (Autumn)
There are four seasons in a year that occur on the planet Earth. I believe that each season last three months. Right now it is September means its officially Fall, as I said before I believe each season last three months. So, I believe Fall occurs in the months of September, October, and November. I like to talk about what happens in Fall and what I think about. There is Summer the warmest time of the year and then there is Winter the coldest time of the year. Between those seasons is Fall, I view Fall as a transition from warm to cold because in the beginning of September it is warm and in the end of November it is cold. Spring is a similar season with transitioning from Winter to Summer as in cold to warm. Let me tell you about happens during Fall. When Fall arrives it means the weather and nature will change. Leaves change colors from Green to either Orange, Red, Yellow, or even Brown and they fall off the branches of the trees. When the leaves fall to the ground then we have to rake them up in piles put them in trash bags and throw them out. We could also put them in piles and and jump on the piles of leaves, that’s just a fun option usually kids do that. As mentioned before temperature drops and warm turns cold. Many other things happen too. I see a lot of decorations of hay and pumpkins probably including scarecrows. I look forward to foods like pumpkin pie with whip cream and candy apples either covered in caramel or chocolate and sprinkled with pieces of nuts and small chocolate chips. September and Fall means going back to school whether it is elementary, middle school, high school, or college. You get that feeling of going back to school for the enjoyment of learning and having education or seeing people and friends again or getting to do fun school activities like the club your in or the sports team your on and playing in games or attending games like football or basketball games. Others have a negative feeling of going back to school generally they don’t like school because of the dislike of doing work, waking up, feeling tired, and going to school. I think they prefer to relax and have no worries but, they seem to deal with it. But, people like me enjoy for the reasons of learning, friends, and other stuff. Along with a returning and new school year comes the return of a new NFL football season including for high school and college. Football I think is a good and okay sport and I kind of like it, football does seem to associate a lot with Fall. Same for college football has a new season every Fall just like the NFL, college football is also big just like the NFL or local high school football season. All NFL, college, and high school football season start in early September or late August. Along with football season also comes the Marching Band especially in high school and college. The Marching Band is pretty big they practice and train over the Summer they march, play, play for parades, events, and halftime for the football team during football season. They do seem to work very hard and it seems like a lot of work to do and practice which I totally agree. The Marching Band is just as hard working, tough, and important as the football team. I have read that Marching Band is not only considered a form of Art but, also a sport too, I think I might be able to see that. Along the way the MLB baseball regular season ends at the end of September, the playoffs begin in October and the World Series or the championship ends in late October that ends the MLB baseball season. Also the NBA basketball season begins in October and college basketball begins in November. Along with new seasons of sports there are new seasons for TV shows premiere in the Fall, usually I guess it would be exciting to see a season finale in the end of Spring and wait all Summer for Fall to come for a new season of your favorite TV shows. Along with the seasonal themes like leaves changing colors and weather changing like from warm to cold or sunny to cloudy there is also the holidays. September only has Labor Day it usually means no school, sometimes it’s considered the last day of Summer. But, Labor Day is an important holiday it is celebrated on the first Monday in September and it is a day to celebrate and commemorate the American Labor Movement all the people and individuals who fought to improve workers conditions in jobs in America, that seems like a good holiday to observe and remember. To some people they like to think when it’s September it means Halloween, lately this trend has been doing the same with the month of August too. Even before October arrives stores put up Halloween stuff as early as August or September. Now we come to October which is dominated by Halloween and all the other things associated with Halloween. Things like black and orange, horror, scary, dark nights, black cats, pumpkins, Jack-O-Lanterns, candy, costumes, trick or treating, and many other things. There are halloween costume parties and Films and TV focusing on themes of Halloween even in horror or scary genre. Last but not least is November another month dominated by a major holiday, Thanksgiving. Before I talk about Thanksgiving I should talk about another important holiday Veterans Day. Veterans Day is always celebrated on November 11 that is the day World War I ended but, mainly this holiday is honor veterans people who serve or severed in the armed forces or military. Giving thanks and gratitude to those people who work hard in protecting us and our country from harm and enemies at the risk of their own lives, Veterans Day is also a day with no school. So now onto the other big major holiday Thanksgiving. For the most part people think of Turkeys when they hear the name Thanksgiving but, technically Thanksgiving is about being thankful for the things people have in their lives. Family comes together and spend time together and have a good big feast which one of the food is a roasted Turkey. Other foods include Pumpkin Pie with whip cream, cornbread, steamed vegetables, bean or veggie casserole, mashed potatoes with gravy, sweet potatoes, baked bread rolls with butter, and cranberry sauce used for dipping with pieces of Turkey. Also what happens on Thanksgiving is the Macy’s Thanksgiving Day Parade with floats, musicians, costumes, and large balloons all televised to watch on TV. But, there is something ironic about Thanksgiving happening around this time in November because Thanksgiving is on Thursday which means tomorrow is Friday in which that Friday is Black Friday. Black Friday marks the beginning of the Christmas shopping season with things like discounts and sales. Usually on Black Friday happens early in the morning and sometimes people camp out like premiere for a movie, attending a music concert, attending a sports game, a convention, or a product being finally shelved and ready to be purchased. The traffic and parking on that day is crazy all jammed packed and full and lines are really long and stores being crowded. The stores are sometimes a mess or a wreck and things can get crazy on that day some people like to call Black Friday Shoppageddon I know I do. So, Thursday on Thanksgiving people come together and be thankful and on the next day on Friday of Black Friday people go crazy and maybe selfishly fight for items they want to buy. That is very ironic one day we are thankful and the next day we go crazy to buy things we want.  By the time Thanksgiving and Black Friday are over and it is late November all the leaves have fallen off the trees, all the animals have collected their food in preparation for hibernation, some animals like ducks migrate to the south during Winter and wait for warm weather to come back in the spring, and finally the temperature drops and it becomes quite cold. As soon as November is over then begins December marks the beginning of the season of Winter. So, that is what happens on a seasonal basis during Fall and it seems like the same thing I see every year and it is like a recurring pattern but, I don’t mind it. Fall is a good season and I kind of like it. But, once Fall is over Winter begins and that is going to be another story I will save for later in December.

The Shaggy and Scooby Eating and Weight Theory
I have thought of an idea of a theory about Shaggy and Scooby. As we all know is that Shaggy and Scooby eat a lot and I mean a lot but, they seem to never get fat and seem to stay skinny and slim. Also to note that they don’t seem like the kind of guys who like to workout. But, I have thought about this and this could explain everything. When the gang comes across a mystery they do the usual procedure of splitting up and looking for clues. Fred, Daphne, and Velma are usually the ones who actually do the job in finding clues while Shaggy and Scooby instead either fool around or go find a place to eat food. So, when they eat in which they eat so much they gain some weight and sometimes in these scenarios after eating and feeling full or even fooling around and having fun they come across the monster or ghost. As we all know Shaggy and Scooby are big scaredy cats so they run away. But, here is the thing they are so scared that they run very super fast with all their energy and strength so in a way they are exercising and they lose all the weight they gained. With the monster or ghost chasing them it motivates them to run which leads them in a way of exercising. Once they escape the monster or ghost they meet and see Fred, Daphne, and Velma and they seem sweaty and tired. Later, they tell them they saw the monster or ghost and Fred, Daphne, or Velma tell them about the clues they found and sometimes the suspects. So, there you have it that is my theory to how Shaggy and Scooby probably exercise and stay skinny.
