How is your 2020 starting off? It is 3:35 am and my body is awake with shock and anxiety! I can't remember ever before not being able to rest! I can only describe this month as one of unexpected bolts of chaos that come crashing out of the blue to take me off my usual optimism! Sometimes we don't have a risk time to step away but have to dig deep within ourselves to push forward and walk through 'change' with steadfastness! I'm going to try to go back to sleep!
