I had my second ever therapy session the other day. I've already been diagnosed with anxiety, depression, PTSD, and C-PTSD. All things I expected. And that's just the beginning. We will be doing a test for autism and panic disorder next session. It's funny because that full second session was me pretty much me telling her my lore (aka my traumatic ass life) and her jaw was on the FLOOR lmfaooooo. At the end of the session, i was like "so what's that c-ptsd diagnosis looking like?" and she was like "oh you DEFINITELY have it, matter of fact, next session we'll go ahead and begin talking about the beginning stages of EMDR therapy," which originally was supposed to not happen until quite a few sessions in lmfao. She must have been like "damn i need to get her in this quick" hahah

but no, honestly... it's such a breath of fresh air and such a sigh of relief to finally be getting official diagnosis. I feel so much validation and finally feel a foundation on where to start with my continuing my healing journey with a professional because i am so used to healing on my own since i didn't have access to it until recently. Anyway, just a lil journal entry here
