Andor makes me want to write a Star Wars fanfiction but it's so scary. What if I write "Glup Shitto was sitting on the balcony, drinking coffee and reading his favourite book", but someone comments "didn't you mean he was drinking glop-goppy and reading a holo-journal? 🤨" so I open wookiepedia to check it out and it turns out that they also never invented balconies in the star wars universe and Glup Shitto can't read because of the freak accident he suffered in the episode 10 of the 2024 show "Jar-Jar and Babu Frik". What then.

Warning for blood and medical stuff.

I'd actually been sick I guess for years with my symptoms slowly ramping up before this, but for me the "big event" that led to some actual diagnoses and stuff was passing out repeatedly in the span of a few minutes and throwing up a ton of blood... in class, in high school. I vaguely remember like. People panicking, myself apologizing and trying to clean it up for some reason before passing out again. Also paramedics showing up and questioning me about drugs and having issues with the IVs I think in the ambulance, that part's a blur.

I do remember that my mom was at work and the paramedics couldn't get a hold of her so they had to call my dad even though I really didn't want them to, because they couldn't reach anyone else. So that man shows up at the hospital and the first thing he says is that I should dye my hair red, because it looks good like that. Like that as in. Covered in blood. Like. SIR?!

Oh and then it turned out they had taken me to the wrong fucking hospital because I was still a minor and that one didn't treat minors or something. Then all the hospital drama was its whole own thing oh god.

Luckily this same thing has not happened again but everything's been wild basically ever since then. Eh. So anyway I can say I have had the experience of laying unconscious in a pool of my own blood. Fun times!

So I'm curious. Does everyone remember what they did when they got sick?

Cause despite it being 6 years ago, I can remeber so cleary that I just had spent the day shopping with my mom and then when we started to drive back home I just got this headache. And initially I thought it was a migraine, because I have had one the month before. Little did I know it wouldn't go away for the next 6 months or so...
