The real adult Hibiki is already a perfect puppet, so she is almost like Kanade's puppet with almost no self. Kanade stops killing because there is no need to continue killing more for Hibiki who is completely under her control.

However, because the fans might find it strange if she suddenly quits, Kanade makes Hibiki act as "normal Hibiki" as much as possible, and volunteers to do things that Hibiki would do. Kanade just assists...

As a result, she did a lot of volunteer work and charity work, and when the greatest and worst despairing incident in human history occurred, she went to charity performances for free, and did only the "things a good Hibiki would do."
