Probably someone of the team chose her to speak and show emotion for the crowd, she's very cute.

So random ideas on that:

If we get a prequel it be hilarious if we just saw glimpses of rd (rumi dad) in the background trying to not be seen by the group

Like maybe you have a scene of one of the girls walking by & hearing rm (rumi mom) talking to someone in her room but when they open the door just see rm by herself (where she can be like I was watching tv or something like that) or maybe the girls go to her room & see maybe a nice dinner ready (like maybe rm & rd where going to have a nice romantic dinner together but rd quickly teleporting away in time so the group just sees rm) & rm just randomly saying ya she set it up for her friends because she loves them so much & the group can go aww thanks & eat the food & can have poor rm & maybe rd making funny faces about the situation

Or it be funny if the whole time we never get a good look at rd until close to the end where we see him looking more human maybe at rm concert or maybe in line to get a autograph from rm

It could be sweet if we maybe get a scene of rm & rd together maybe singing a song together or it be interesting if rd inspires a a song idea for rm to make to sing with her group of friends

Or can make it depressing & go with these options :

Rd somehow keep his being a demon a secret from rm but when she finds out she gets angry at him

Rd has a demon friend killed by one of the other girls in the group or rd has a friend who ends up killing the other person in the hunter group & then he gets killed because it & drama (I think it be interesting if you see him hanging out with a friend to interact with & maybe the friend is in the dark about who rd likes like rm friends are & could have comedic potential )

Rd might be responsible for the death of the other girl in the group whose name we don’t know in the hunter group with Celine & rm. This might cause them to break up or maybe he gets killed by Celine (or maybe rm gets accidentally killed by Celine by her trying to save rd so that’s how she dies)

Endless possibilities

I'm very curious to know the story of Rumi's mom, How he met Rumi's father, how they fell in love, and how she died. I need a prequel and a sequel.
