The only problem was I'd take the time to do a real, dedicated reading, only asking for feedback in return. Nobody knew how to give feedback and usually wouldn't bother.

The other thing about doing free readings online is that I simply can't have the followup conversation I believe needs to happen when I give you your reading. I remember one person told me in pretty good detail how they didn't resonate with a reading I did, and I would have really loved to continue the consult, draw more cards, explore together what other possibilities we see.

And by "free" -- I do not mean money. Honestly, the BEST repayment for a good reading is a good conversation, good follow-up, and good feedback. The amount of time and energy I put into every reading is pretty ridiculous (actually, I need to find someone to talk to about how to be more efficient with my time).

I would still totally consider offering a couple of readings, but I need to plan that out a little first. And... have some followers.

HOW-TO: In your birth chart, look at which planets are VERY close together. I like to consider conjunctions “strong” when the planets are 0-4 degrees apart.  Anything wider than that is a weak aspect.  In the linked example, the Sun and Mars are strongly conjunct.

This too shall pass. 

Remember that when you’re screaming and crying into your pillow, wanting to rip your hair out… express all that in a safe, private place.

You “act like that” because someone really f*cking hurt you. 

The problem is, the original person who created the wound isn’t the person who just accidentally (or carelessly) spilled their drink into it. 

Sometimes when you are “seeing red”, you need to go to the bathroom and rinse your eyes because you’re not seeing things as they are. 

You need to separate yourself from the situation for a SHORT time, come back when you’ve become calm. 

Once you get over that initial adrenaline rush, your rational mind will start to process what’s really going on minus the overwhelming emotion. 

You might realize something you were too heated to notice in the moment when you separate and reflect!

Aries Moon, I know. Sometimes that weird blend of anger, sadness and hurt feels literally like you’re burning alive, doesn’t it? That’s that cardinal fire. Ground yourself, breathe and release… you’ll be back on your feet in no time at all.
