Wrists can be a sensitive area, especially in poses like Plank, Downward Dog or Side Plank. If you’ve ever felt strain or discomfort, it doesn’t mean you’re doing it wrong; it means your body is asking for support.
Tip:
-Spread your fingers wide and press evenly through all parts of the hand, especially the knuckles of the index finger and thumb.
-Use props like folded towels or wedge blocks under the heels of the hands to reduce angle pressure.
-Strengthen forearms and work on grip strength off the mat to build wrist resilience over time.
