So you try to avoid him but he still found out and like he is scolding you very harshly and you start responding back because like he is not your dad and you think for a second he'll let you drown in the shitty situation you had put yourself in but like your not a kid anymore and you didn't need his help to begin with , but he still end up helping you, but still your relationship became extremely strained because of it.

So it's extremely awkward when you sneak inside his house to make out with his daughter.

But actually your dad and him don't know shit about each other that well they just bump into each other a few time when he crashed galas to rob and stuff.

Its crazy how i started to read comics for red hood but ended up so lost ive only been reading batman comics for 2 years straight so i could build up my lore knowledge and only now am i starting to read things about characters i was interested in for at least a year. And i still didn't read more than 10issues of redhood content, but at least i discovered my love for jaybin.

I see a lot of jokes about how clark was so deep trying to save Krypto because other than his enormous love for life, he is scared of Kara.

But i wonder if it's not more him trying to protect her from more mental damages?

Because the after effects of let imagine krypto dying or at least armed wouldn't only be her bitting clark ass ,putting the fault on him and probably killing lex, it would also be her having to grief/the remorse of not protecting her only friend that survived kryptone with her .

Being already in a unstable state she would probably have spiralled deeper into depression and alcoholism.
