Shirataki noodles 🩵
They are made of Glucomannan and most brands have around 10 kcal per 100 g. This is how I prepare them, on YouTube etc. there are also several tutorials. You probably need to try out what really works best for your brand. But for the most products the above steps should work fine. This way they turn out soft, not too flabby and neutral in taste. This preparation rly turned me from hater to lover 🤍 In my experience, they then taste best with slightly more viscous sauces. Don't just put them out of the package and cook them in your noodle sauce 🥴
