I’m always fixated on finishing task/s at hand and I like thinking of creative ways to make small trinkets as gifts for my friends. I'm a 5'6 straight female and have shoulder length ash brown hair and dress mostly in the acubi or punk style(depends mostly where Im going and how much energy I have lol). Personality wise, Im rather social and talkative, striking up a convo with someone and talking about a wide range of topics isnt a problem for me. I tend to be really bold and confrontational when it comes to someone being rude to me or someone I'm close with and am not afraid to be physical is the situation requires it. Most of the time Im pretty nonchalant and prefer to take things with a calm approach. I would say I'm also really good at comforting people, reading their emotions and knowing what to tell them to make them feel better. I have strong morals and will never do something rude, spiteful or revengeful unless its in a very specific and extreme situation simply because I dont see the point in making anyones life harder than it already is most likely.

As for hobbies, I really enjoy reading(mostly classics and manga) and watching shows or anime which mainly consist of slice of life, shojo or sitcoms. I also enjoy taking walks outside or hiking and exploring nature and I always take my dog with me.

Summary: Deuce wants to do something special for you, so he comes up with baking a cake to show his feelings for you.

Word count: 2111

I had to research how to mess up a cake to write this properly. I really hope this isn't too long or out of character.

Gentleness wasn't the word Deuce would use to describe himself. Being a gentleman? Treating a girl right? None of those things. He was as good at them as he was good at studying. He didn't mind it that much at first, he wanted to focus on bettering himself and excelling at his school work, dating would come later and he would figure it out along the way. Surely by the time he did, he would finally become the person he wanted to be, dating would be a breeze.

He didn't keep in mind that he would be lovesick too soon. Now his plan was turned upside down because of his constant need to impress the prefect at Ramshackle. That was almost all he could think of. At first it had been really easy to get close to you, both of you were friends and that meant spending most of his time with you without making it look weird. The problem came when he started to get a  flutter in his chest each time you two were too close, or at every moment you proved to be a nice person. How was he supposed to deal with this? Do honor students get perfect marks in courting? 

So he researched subtly about the subject. Reading books, looking it up online, but nothing was clicking to him. Confessing his feelings, dates, touching, everything made him too nervous and he knew he was going to ruin it the second he tried. 

He thought he was doomed, but then finally an idea came around when he figured he could use gift giving. Not any gift could be given, it had to be meaningful but subtle enough to not give away how badly he wanted to be by your side. So he settled with baking. It was perfect, not too obvious but filled with his hard work. And he also had Trey to help him out on this, surely he would have no problem at all. He would bake a wonderful cake, give it to the prefect, and everything would be just fine. 

The problem came by when Riddle told Deuce that Trey was out for the day as soon as he asked him about the vice housewarden. 

He could not wait for Trey to come back, not when he already had bought everything. Of course, delaying the cake could be an idea, but exams were around the corner and he would not have enough time to fully prepare it. 

So now he was stuck at Heartslabyul’s kitchen, with a cookbook in his hand and no guidance whatsoever. Surely it would be simple, just baking a cake. He had made tarts before, although he had a helping hand with Trey. Now he was all on his own, although not entirely. 

“You are saying this cake is for the prefect? Why don't you just say you are head over heels?” Ace asked while glancing at the ingredients on the counter. 

“Easier said than done! You talk as if I had not thought about it! Just help me with this, okay?” Deuce replied, annoyed. “Trey isn't here today, so we have to try our best”

He stared at the cookbook in front of him, it was simple, all they had to do was follow the recipe and that's it. No problem. Anyone could do that. 

First, making the batter. He added milk, flour, butter and sugar. That's when the problems started, because there were butter lumps in the batter. 

“Is that normal?” Deuce asked, to which Ace just shrugged. 

“Probably, surely it will melt once it's inside the oven” He said nonchalantly. 

Deuce tried to ignore the issue and glanced at the cookbook, that's when he noticed they did not have enough sugar. 

“Great, another issue. I thought we would have enough here with how many tarts Riddle asks” Deuce said worriedly. Ace decided to help his friend out and rummaged through the cabinets, eventually he grinned and placed honey on the counter. 

“Let's just use this. Surely it will sweeten the cake or something” He said grinning. Deuce didn't look too certain about it.

“Well, the cookbook does say we could replace it. Let's just be careful”

Ace nodded and started to pour the remaining required sugar amount using the honey as a replacement. 

Then they needed to do the mixing, but those butter lumps were not disappearing. Deuce had to mix the batter for about five minutes until they finally disappeared, or at least weren't as obvious as before. 

Once the batter was done, they poured it inside of the pan and placed it in the oven, which he luckily preheated since that was mentioned in the recipe. Now all they had to do was wait. He would have the perfect cake and the prefect would finally see how he feels!

“Why does it look like that?” Ace said, containing a snort while staring at it. 

The cake looked nothing like the picture in the book. The edges were burnt, it didn't look fluffy at all and for some reason it was uneven, since the middle was sunk. How did that even happen? It used to be flat and perfect. 

“Maybe we can cut the bad edges” Deuce suggested, using a knife to remove all of the burnt parts. That made them end with a cake with weird uneven cuts.

“We really need to cover whatever that is” Ace said, passing the frosting to his friend. So they got to frosting immediately. 

“Now it's melting!” Deuce panicked, the perfect solid icing was now all runny and sliding down all the way to the tray. Ace tried to fix this adding more, but it was just sliding down. 

The cake looked partially covered in frosting and bare in some spots. It didn't look pretty in the slightest, but perhaps it tasted good. Ace grabbed one of the cut parts and bit on the unburnt side.

“Y-yeah it's pretty good” He said, but judging by the look on his face it wasn't too good. Deuce sighed and took a bite himself. Oh it wasn't good. 

“It's too sweet. And it feels so weird in my mouth. We really should not have used that much honey” He said, scrunching his nose. 

This was an utter failure. Now how the hell was he going to impress his beloved prefect? He could not give this as a present. If that cake ever came outside of the kitchen and you were to see it, he knew that it would be a disaster. 

Deuce is starting to panic again. This cake is a disaster! How can he even give this to you to show his love?

“Are you two baking?” A familiar voice said behind them, startling the pair. 

“W-what are you doing here?!” Deuce replied to the prefect. He was panicking, he needed to hide that failure as soon as possible. 

“Riddle said you two were baking. I was going to leave but when he said Trey wasn't here I grew a little concerned about you two” You said with a worried look on your face. That only made him feel more ashamed at the result. 

“It's fine, we can just leave this!” He said frantically, but you already moved past his body trying to cover the cake and stared at it.

Now he wanted to hide. To dig a hole for himself and never show his face again. All because he made an awful cake for you. You almost wanted to laugh, but you also looked like you pitied them, in a sweet way. 

“Oh my…Hey it isn't so bad! Maybe it tastes good!” You said trying to cheer them up, but Ace was already shaking his head. It didn't taste good. Your face faltered and Deuce wanted to punch himself in the face. 

“Look, we can still fix this. We can try again! I can help you two!” You suggested, but Deuce clenched his fists. 

This was not how it was supposed to go. He was meant to impress you, not cause you more trouble. He wanted to be someone you could rely on, not another mess to clean up. Deuce felt embarrassed, looking down at the ground in shame.

"I-I just wanted to make a nice special cake for you, but we failed royally... This is my fault for agreeing to be the one to bake it."

Deuce is blaming himself for this situation, which Ace notices and he shakes his head, patting his shoulder. 

"Hey man, don't beat yourself up about this. It's not your fault the cake turned out like crap. Maybe we bit more than we could chew” 

"It is my fault though! We should've just stuck to something easier instead of making a mess like this without Trey!” 

Deuce is frustrated with himself for screwing this up. He really wanted to impress you with a cake, but now you've seen the disaster he's responsible for making.

“Deuce…” You wanted to reach out to him, but he didn't even feel like he deserved that. 

“You deserve great things! You always do so much for us and everyone!” He said, almost in a slight frustrated outburst. Ace realized this was getting into more intense territory, specially knowing his feelings for the prefect. So he subtly left the pair alone

“Why is this so important? We can try again anytime” You said, looking at him with those sweet eyes he dreamed a lot about. 

“I know we can bake another one. With help or even buy it but I wanted to make it myself. I wanted to make it because…” his voice lowered almost to a whisper, his fingers touching the counter shyly. “... because I wanted to do something special for you”

His heart was pounding hard against his chest, would you hate him now that he was saying this? He wasn't good at cheesy stuff, let alone telling the person he loves about his feelings. 

“Was this all for me?” You asked, and his heart was about to burst out of his chest. He needed to spit it out or he would die. 

"Well, yeah, of course it's all for you. Anyone would think you're special."

No, that wasn't the full truth. This kind of feeling was not the one anyone would have. He fidgets, trying to think of the next thing to say.

“No, this isn't just like everyone thinks. You… are the most special to me” he said, his eyes finally making contact with yours. Saying this out on the open was more difficult than that stupid cake. 

He was almost frozen. Was his confession that bad? Did it even sound like one at all? Maybe he should actually clarify it. He didn't have time to think about it, because you turned around, grabbed a fork, took a piece of the bad cake and ate it. Deuce is in awe at how quickly you shoved it into your mouth.

"Y-You are eating that?! After seeing how bad it looks?"

He just stood there dumbfounded as you chewed and swallowed. Sure, it was edible but the taste and texture left a lot to be desired. He was certain children out there would be better at baking a cake. 

"Doesn't it taste bad? I mean, it can't possibly be that good, right?"

He is shocked at how quickly you're devouring a piece of this monstrosity. You swallowed and stared at him. 

“It is good, because you made it for me” You said, with the most sincerity he could ever find. 

Deuce felt as if he had been struck by an arrow to his heart. He had to hold a hand to his chest to calm his poor heart down. He was  speechless. You actually think that the cake is good, despite how terrible it looks and tastes. All because he made it for you He blushes at your words and looks at you, trying not to mess up saying whatever was about to come out of his mouth. 

"You are too much sometimes, you know that?" 

He said, laughing before stepping closer to you, now with a face full of resolve. 

“Just you wait prefect. I'll make you a cake that you can deserve! I promise it will be a lot better than this!”

He wasn't sure if this was a successful confession or even if you understood his feelings properly, but what he was certain of is that he would bake you an even better cake, and when he did he would finally tell you just how much he loves you and just how special you are exactly. 

And that cake would be even sweeter than whatever cheesy confession he could come up with.

Malleus wasn't a stranger of people feeling uneasy around him. Everyone thought and expected too much out of him. He was used to such thing, even if he wasn't too fond of it. Not many could just approach him casually and make small talk. They either treated him too formally, too artificially or they ran because Sebek scared them off. He could count with his fingers all of the people that genuinely appreciated him and he still would have some space left. He had his friends sure, but he never quite had something true. Of course that was until a particular human came along. 

Oh how he cherished you. You would wave, talk to him and even invite him to anything you had the chance to. No one else treated him in that way. That’s why whenever your familiar head would pop up, when your voice reached his ears or when your eyes stared at him, he knew he was about to have a good day. 

“Tsunotaro!”

A familiar voice said, and the smile that appeared on his face was almost automatic. When you walked towards him, the normally unapproachable fae housewarden looked over your direction with small fondness in his eyes. That little pet name, he had grown fond of it too. It always caused that fuzzy feeling in his chest. You ran all the way to where he stood, and you seemed to be holding something between your palms. 

“Child of man, what a pleasant surprise. Is there anything you need from me?” He asked, curious green eyes peering at your shorter figure.

“Take a look at what I found!” You replied excitedly. After that, you showed him. 

There was a small rock on your palm, a black one. It looked smooth but it had some sharp edges here and there. Upon closer inspection, it looked like black obsidian. Is that why you acted so excited? How charming.

“Look! It's a shiny polished rock! I found it near Ramshackle and it reminded me of you right away!" You beamed with joy. 

Malleus focused on the last sentence. You found a rock and you immediately brought it to him because it had reminded you of him? What simple way of thinking, and yet he was delighted to know that was the reason and not casual love for minerals. 

“You thought of me from a rock?” He questioned, cocking his head to his left just slightly. 

"Oh not because it's a rock, but because it's so black and shiny. It reminded me of your horns or your hair. So I thought 'Malleus would like it' and I cleaned it up and brought it. Do you like it?" You replied right away, as if your logic made absolute sense. 

That made him even more delighted to hear. It was actually very adorable of you. Malleus carefully took the shiny rock  into his hand to look closely at it, examining the obsidian for a moment. 

“I do, I like it very much” He answered, his voice sounding almost as soft as the way he stared at you. 

"I am glad, I thought it would be silly, you know? It's just a rock, why would a fae prince be impressed when he can have thousands of rocks? But I went for it anyway” You said, and he could see where you were coming from. 

He had received thousands of gifts in the past. Lustrous jewelry, expensive treasure, accessories, trinkets, food, and more. All of that was true, and yet this one was different. It was a gift meant for him. Not because of its price or value, but because it was given from the memory of him. He was kept in your mind. What else could he ask for?

Just being in someone's mind, not because of his power or his position. Not at all, just him. Oh he wanted to do anything for you now. If you asked for all the gold in the world he would hand you even more somehow.

“It is not just a rock. It is special” He said, still touching the rock with his gloved fingers. 

"Oh you really think so? Thank you so much. I hope you treasure it. I would too if you gave me a rock" You said before suddenly looking as if you remembered something. "Oh I have to go back to Ramshackle, I will see you later!” You replied and immediately bolted through the halls. 

He only smiled politely and waved you away, since you ran off so fast. Once he lost your figure his gaze went back to the rock. He touched it close to his chest, as if it was the most valuable treasure ever. He would never lose it. He kept thinking about you. The way you showed it to him so happily and the happy look on your face when you said you liked it. It was priceless. His heart almost skipped a beat. How could you be that adorable? It was like magic. 

“So endearing…” He muttered fondly to himself before placing it in his pocket to avoid losing it. 

Since that day, he had been carrying it around with him. Everywhere. It didn’t matter where he went, the little rock was coming with him. Occasionally he would take it out and stare at it, with the most adoring look one could give to something. And he definitely wanted to give you something back, but he hadn’t found yet what could possibly summarize how much he felt for you. He could only hope that when he found it, you would be just as happy as how he feels right now.

I feel like at first you may not get along with him at first. Since you said you were hard to approach at first and since he is also quite difficult. Probably avoiding each other until both of you realize you have more in common than what you think.

Since you love books and poetry I feel like no one else could understand and enjoy that better than Satan. Riddle Rosehearts x Reader

Summary: You studied with Riddle and decided to draw a heart on the back of his hand.

It was another quiet studying session. Exams were coming soon and Riddle had to study to get the best grades possible. Anything below perfection would be a disgrace to him. He had started to be more gentle on himself and took breaks once in a while, but his focus was always set on perfect academic results. 

He usually studied on his own, but when you had asked him to do a study session together he didn't say no. Usually he didn't mind. He was used to giving help to others, although many couldn't withstand his tough studying regime. Many would already be done with him. It was thanks to you that he had tried to be more flexible with his studying plans. At first he was very strict and had to follow a specific schedule and amount of subjects, but when he started to notice the tired look on your face or hearing those soft yawns he realized maybe he had chosen the wrong approach. Thanks to that, now he saw actual progress in your grades. 

He knew he relished studying with you more than he would admit out loud. Sure, if he was asked about it he would say this was just a small favor for the sake of studying. After all, what kind of prefect had bad grades? He couldn't allow it. 

But if he had to be honest, he would say that he liked to spend time with you. These quiet moments without your chaotic duo of friends, or without that cat. Just the two of you in a quiet setting with the right flavor of tea at the right time. That was utter bliss. Not a singular noise aside from the occasional question. He loved it. Riddle knew it wasn't the most efficient way of studying, because more often than not, he was staring at you. Looking at your eyes and how sometimes your brows furrowed when you didn't understand something, or how your leg would bounce under the table occasionally, which he usually would find annoying on others but on you it was surprisingly endearing. 

Whenever he noticed he was starting to get distracted, he had to snap out of it and return his focus to his history notes. At this rate he would forget anything he read if he kept thinking about that errant hair strand of yours that he itched to fix with his own hands. Riddle’s focus went back to the papers, he was good at focusing and this was a piece of cake, nothing he couldn't handle. 

Perhaps he had focused too much on his notes, because by the time he felt something on the back of his hand, it was already too late. There was a heart, painted with black ink.

“What did you just do?” Riddle inquired, eyes squinting in displeasure at the sight of a small doodle on his skin. 

“It's a heart. You were so focused on your notes you didn't even feel me peel your glove” You replied with a grin on your face. 

How could he be so careless? He didn't even feel the ink with how focused his eyes were on the paper. Riddle didn't look pleased, having drawings on someone's body was extremely distasteful and inappropriate. 

“I don't recall giving you permission for such a childish thing” Riddle said, his eyes returning to the notes on his desk. 

“I thought you would like it, hearts are your thing aren't they? Sorry, I won't do it next time” You sheepishly apologized and went back to read. 

“It's fine. I won't collar you for this, I am not that savage. Just try to ask next time” He gently scolded you trying not to sound too harsh. It wasn't a terrible thing, of course he wasn't going to get mad. He also had his gloves. It would only take pulling them up to hide the silly heart doodle. 

The rest of the evening was uneventful and the studying session ended not so long after. You thanked him and left. Riddle went back to his usual schedule but his mind was elsewhere. 

He couldn't stop looking at the heart on his hand. It was just a heart made out of ink, nothing more. It didn't even look symmetrical, was it really that difficult to draw an even heart? He would need to correct your pulse because that was terrible. 

Even with those petty mistakes, the drawing was so endearing. He had never allowed someone to touch his skin in that way, he would nag at anyone who even dared to try. He still remembered the happy look on your face and your reply. You thought he would like it. It was dumb, such dumb thinking to even consider he would enjoy a foreign drawing of something as simple as a heart. The worst part was that he did! It felt special, as if you thought about him specifically to give him that. You even went through the effort of moving his glove. 

It was a shared secret between you two now. No one else would know the heart was under his dark gloves, just you and him, and that simple thought filled him with delight. A temporary gift from the prefect to him. 

Days went on and he attempted to make the inked heart stay intact there for as long as possible. He was careful every time he washed his hands, but no matter how careful he was, the heart would fade. It only lasted three days. He felt distraught when it was gone. 

Now how could he ask for another one? It would be mortifying to even request for such a thing. He was above childish drawings on his skin! He didn't even need one. Why would he ask again? 

“Today we are studying again. Don't be late, prefect” Riddle said to you one day, and he made a mental note to forget his gloves and bring red ink this time and keep it as close as possible. He hoped you would get the hint.

Vil Schoenheit x Reader

Summary: You saved Vil from getting his looks messed up from a failed potion and now he feels conflicted about it.

I loved how I wrote this one. I may write a part 2 with Vil pampering the reader perhaps. I will see later on -w-

Looking absolutely divine was second nature to Vil. An art cultivated by him across the years to attract as many looks as possible. It could be described as a talent, but Vil also liked to think of it as his passion. Presentation was always the most important part, he always thought that way. 

If you presented yourself with good looks, everyone would listen to you and be at your whim, and even if they weren’t, your beauty would stand out more than anything else. That’s how he always thought. 

That day he was passing through the halls at NRC, it was no different than any other regular day. He had a book under his arm, heading outside from his history lesson. Usually his mind was focused, but that particular time he was thinking of something else. Thinking about his next possible photo shoot or if the beauty product he started to try was an improvement from the previous one. He could only hear faint muffled voices from some first years. 

“You messed it up! This is your fault! Now Crewel will fail us for real” 

“My fault? That furball poured the wrong quantities!” 

“Hey stop tugging it, you guys will drop it!” 

“How is ‘more’ a bad thing?! More is always better!”

Those were the rambles he blocked in his mind. Stuff he didn’t even want to get involved in. That was until he heard a warning that he didn’t pay attention to, and by the time he noticed he was being shoved to the side. He stumbled back at the unexpected motion, staring in surprise as his book fell out of his hands, the noise of glass shattering into pieces filled his ears. He fixed the strands of hair that went out of place and he stared back up. 

“What is the meaning of this?!” He snapped until he stared at the scene in front of him.

“Deuce, Ace, of course this involves you both, I can’t believe I am caught in the middle of—” He was about to rant until he saw the state of the last person in the trio. 

From head to toe, your body was covered in a weird substance. It looked like a potion gone wrong. From the texture to the color. A familiar potato covered in disgusting potion gunk. How could a potion be so runny and sticky at the same time?! It was like bubblegum mixed with water. Your usually plain looking face looked completely ruined, and if it was wearing any makeup before, he couldn’t even notice it anymore. 

"Lovely..."  You said sarcastically as the other two fools apologized over and over again when they stared at you. You told them it wasn't a big deal and then you looked at Vil

"You okay, housewarden?" You asked him, face still stained. Those eyes looking relieved to know it didn't get all over him, since instead you took the hit.

"I...What did you do that for? You just—" Vil didn’t even know how to feel. He seemed surprised, dumbfounded, and even angry, especially because he had been so careless not to notice the potion drop in the first place. It was the first time someone had jumped in front of him like this to avoid something bad happening to his looks. He was usually the one to be taking care of them, no one else did. 

"Ah, you are okay. It would have been a shame if it fell on you. I know how much you care about your looks” 

Now that truly shocked him, it felt as if the potion had fallen on him. No, it felt as if ten potions combined had just splashed onto his face. 

He felt a warm cozy feeling into his chest. Gratitude? Fondness? He couldn’t put his thoughts into words. Not only that but, since when did your face look so pretty? It didn’t make any sense. To any standard the way you looked was absolutely messy. Your usually clean hair looked sticky and the strands were stuck together. Your cheeks were covered in that slimy substance. That perfect uniform was stained and would probably need more than a singular wash. And yet with all of those things combined, he had never seen such a cute face before. No makeup needed, no fancy clothes or the most amazing hair. None of that. It only took a little kind potato protecting him to feel that way. 

Your eyes looking happily at him had never seemed so shiny and adorable. He snapped out of his thoughts and he took out a handkerchief from his pocket and started to walk up to you. 

"Yes, I am alright. I am more worried about you, that concoction looked like it was probably poorly made. Just look at what it did to your poor appearance” Vil softly wiped the sticky potion from your face. The last thing he wanted was for that cute skin to be left with any nasty spots, or your complexion would be ruined. He was even doing it more tenderly than usual. 

"What are you two doing creating any kind of potions anyway? With the looks of it this could easily be poison…” He said sternly to the first years, to which they only stepped back a little. 

“We were doing an assignment that went a little wrong. No harm done, right?” Ace said until he got elbowed by Deuce. 

“Clearly you guys don’t know how to make one!” Grim added but was promptly ignored.

“We messed it up in the process and then we all started to fight over it. We didn’t mean to drop it” Deuce sheepishly replied. Vil sighed and decided to focus all of his attention on his potato instead. 

“You’re not going to your room like this. You’re going to my dorm” He spoke firmly, already starting to drag you in the direction of Pomefiore’s mirror chamber. You were already trying to argue back, saying it wasn’t a big deal and that you would handle it, but whenever Vil had something in mind it had to be done. 

Right now he had to clean you up, give you a new wardrobe, the best skin and hair routine ever to fix that sticky mess and then maybe even try new makeup. He was going to take care of you just as much as you had taken care of him during that incident. Although deep down he was sure you wouldn't look as cute and beautiful as you had when you first saved him back in the halls. He had to keep that beautiful memory all to himself.
