Important Update

CaptiVerse’s Official Lore Series will have its Intro episode posted to YT sometime this month

CaptiVerse’s format will be adjusted to mostly videos and animations but keep the blog for people to still ask questions. Just needs to get a rework done

Important Update:

There’s a lot to do for this series but here’s what’s going on so far:

Ch.1 Pt.7 of the @captiverse-thesolution ask blog should be out sometime tomorrow (July 31st, CST)

AO3 Ch.1 of “Era of Dust” is being rewritten again for the last 2/3rds before it’ll be in beta reading. (Plans to be posted mid August)

Working on a google site to handle itself like a Wiki & Homepage of sorts for CaptiVerse & it’s content for the series (Should be finished sometime next month)

Intro Video to the Lore stuff on YT should be posted sometime next month (3rd or 4th Week)

On another note as well,

In less than a month I will be resuming college, which means I will have less time to focus on the blog or the multiverse itself. Juggling that, college, work, and my personal life & other hobbies can be a bit difficult. I plan to still post something every week or bi-weekly at latest on the blog when I can once college starts though. This will only not happen probably around finals. (Which isn’t till December.)

If you wanna stay tuned tho and get some early sneak peeks at CaptiVerse lore, I recommend stopping by the discord server I talk about it most in & help to mod for. I’ll attach a link for it to it at the very end of this post for anyone who wants to join.

It’s honestly my favorite cause there’s so many UT creators that share their content. So I really do recommend it! :] It’s also run by @hexgleph who is an awesome person y’all should also check out 100%!

Anyways, I will also be working on a proper calendar for when things will be posted so you guys know what to expect and when to expect it all.!

OOC Pt.4:

CaptiVerse Error

Some notes about his design for this post :]

His “ecto” is just code.

The reason his head is kinda goopy is because Ink repaired it after a bad fight on one of their missions. (It needs maintenance often.)

The extra eye like thing on his forehead actually allows JJE to see what he’s doing and where he is at ALL times.

His outfit is inspired by Ink, who is technically also his teacher (he’s the second balance keeper and Ink is the first).

The purple on the outfit was a choice by JJE to make further claim over Error as a person.

Error only glitches with extreme emotions or after being hurt badly. That’s why there isn’t any in the shown design.

[Note: JJE is the equivalent to King Multiverse in captiverse but much crueler and manipulative.]

Nightmare

One of the two rulers of the Eclipse Kingdoms and The God of Negativity & War + One of the Dual Gods of Family

(Note: Nightmare and Dream aren’t skeletons but they mimic them. This is mostly seen in the face as the rest of the body is just humanoid in shape.)

Ink & his son Shade

Ink, one of the two keepers of balance and honorary sibling of Dream and Nightmare

Shade, the current crown prince of the Eclipse Kingdoms and a balance keeper in training

(The discord server voted for ink to have a kid by himself so he made Shade, a currently soulless being but Ink is working to fix that.)

The ref pose was by melon_soup on insta cause I couldn’t figure out a pose to draw by myself 🥲
