Stop overcomplicating stuff
When I was six years old, i always said I wanted to have younger siblings.
I was the youngest of two, and i wanted to be like all my other friends who complained about their nagging brothers and sisters.
So I annoyed the hell out of my mom (who was single at the time) and was mad when I realised I didn't get what I want and gave up.
Skip to about 9 years later and now I'm the older sister of 5 little urchins.
Do i regret my decision? Kinda...(jk)
But,
the reason I'm saying this is because people tend to invalidate their own experiences when it comes to manifestation.
Simply because their conditions for achieving their desires weren't completely met.
And i only have 2 things to say to that:
1. Be more specific so the universe (you) can't twist or turn how/when you'll get your desire.
2. This (and it might radicalize you)
For the love of God, or who you believe in: Manifestation is along with change/evolution the only truly constant thing.
There is no on/off switch for manifestation, it's just a thing we can all do.
Putting it on a pedestal by making this community an exclusive thing or saying it's special won't make you automatically better at it.
And if it does, then you're on the right track and you don't even have to read this.
The only thing you're learning by reading all those reddit posts and watching all the damn tutorials is how to consciously manifest. (= becoming aware that you *really* want something)
There isn't a cheat code out there that will help you out because we can all manifest. Those are only tools.
We all manifest unconsciously.
We just wanna fo it consciously; that's our actual goal most of the time: being in control.
Back when I was little and pestering everyone about the fact I felt lonely without younger siblings, I didn't realise that I was manifesting. Which goes to say that anyone is capable of it.
Notice that:
I was going through a rough patch back then
I didn't affirm that I already had my desire, nor did I do any SATS/scripting/...
And I didn't perform any wack-ass rituals sold to me in a manifestation course (I'm not saying they don't work but I'm trying to day you don't need any of that)
I didn't specify what I wanted, or whatever.
I just said I wanted it, and I got it.
The point is, that I still got what I wanted. Even after waiting for almost 10 damn years.
And that doesn't invalidate the fact that I got what I wanted.
And, yes you could argue that my mom just considered my wish from back then; but that doesn't change the fact that I still got what I wanted.
That should be the only thing you should consider when receiving your manifestation: if it aligns with your desire.

A lesson on manifestation
+ Why giving up can be the better solution (sometimes)
Tumblr media
Storytime:
Sometime ago at school I was in my humanities class. Our teacher (bless her) told us to get out our chromebooks to make an online assignment she gave us for the remainder of that period.
I noticed that my wifi wasn't loading, so me being the master manifester that I am, decided that my computer would load so i could get to work.
And then it happened.
Now, you'd think that is the end of the story, But:
All my other classmates still weren't connected to the wifi.
And here's the kicker.
They didn't try to figure out why their internet connection was so bad, or why it suddenly went downhill.
But they just accepted that it happened and moved on, using the teacher's hotspot instead.
Some literally said "Whatever" and just got out their phones to use their hotspots
Right the wifi worked again, almost like clockwork.
This is how i want to introduce two concepts that have kept me going this past period.
Refusing/deciding
This is probably the easiest or hardest thing to do, depending on how easy it is for you to gaslight yourself.
For example: I'm about to board a train but I see that there isn't a lot of space.
So i decide that there is. I decide that there is an entire 4 seater available for just me, and that I'll have it all to myself, just because I can.
Or
You could *mentally* refuse to share a sear with anyone, and demand that you get a spot of your own.
Either way, I let the thought disappear and completely vanish.
I don't *have* to focus on when it will happen because the time will pass anyway.
And low and behold, there it is; my 4 seater spot in the train.
Admitting defeat
They say silence is silver and speech is golden—but they forget silver is still a precious metal. Quiet doesn’t mean powerless.
My classmates, who collectively decided that they'd just stop persisting and 'gave up' manifested way quicker than some of y'all who've been in the game for years.
And that speaks volumes If you ask me.
Now this isn't to talk crap about anyone, but when was the last time you let yourself be 'a loser' and take it with grace?
Maybe accepting that something didn't work out, and being at peace will work out better than just delusioning yourself into thinking you got it when you know that isn't how it works for yourself?
Either way, you'll get your desire, but maybe we as a collective need to stop putting strain on ourselves before we manifest an ex back for the third time, or a whole 40-bedroom mansion, or whatever the fuck you may delude yourself into thinking you want after seeing what other people manifested online.
Think for yourself and remember that time is merely a man-made construct + that resistance is only in your head if you allow it to be.
Either way you'll get your desire, it's just up to you how you'll get it
Signing off,
Elle 💋

Yes, this is a new account, I just made this. I don't care if people question the authenticity of my post, my experience as a shifter, or whatever I'm about to say.
I don't know how to use Tumblr, nor do I know how to make my post reach people who need it, nor would I be a narcissist and say "you're lucky if you found my post!" I don't mind if this reaches an audience or not, I'm glad to get everything off my chest.
Yes. I've shifted.
I have shifted realities, more times than I can count on my fingers, and that is for a very specific reason, which I'll explain later.
I'm writing this because I'm about to permashift, and no, I won't hear out any antishifters or people who don't like permashifting in general, I don't care about your opinion so don't waste my time.
Before I start, I'd like to say one thing:
I was irrational minded, I lacked belief in myself and shifting. Shifting often times felt like a chore more than a fun activity, and i have to admit, it became an unhealthy habit.
So? Why did I mention this?
Because I had been lurking around shifting communities and I realised everyone feels like this, a very (mentally) painful feeling where the lack of shifts starts acting as your biggest enemy, and the phrase:
"Shifting needs practice!"
Sounds like poison when it comes from an experienced shifter.
Though, is the phrase actually true?
No, not at all.
Shifting does not need practice!!
Here's why:
(BTW, I will explain my "method", no matter if I have time or not. Also, I don't call this reality "Current Reality", instead I call it Void reality, so don't get confused.)
The "practice" you're doing is only affecting your void reality (taking time out of your day, making you constantly think you're in your learning phase, so it doesn't exactly lead to your desired reality, does it?)
Of course, if you view it as a skill, it will in some way act like that, it'll become a skill for you, and you can never succeed on your first, second, third, hundredth try, because in your brain you have registered the fact that shifting is this grand, universal task, and that it is very difficult (because its common sense that you practice difficult things to get good at them)
Practice is a very humane and earthly act, if people have succeeded doing just practice, then good for then, they're right in their own way, but it didn't work for me, and in my opinion it's the worst way to view shifting, and often times it is demotivating, and you'll mess up you're entire journey.
Shifting is not a skill, shifting is a universal law.
I'll become more clear as I explain my journey:
My journey:
I found shifting from a random YouTube video 3 years ago. I might have only said cool and moved along.
A year later something traumatic happened in my life, which shook me so badly I needed an escape.
First of all, I chose astral projecting, but I realised I was too much of a coward to do so.
Then I came towards shifting, first DR was very typical, it was Hogwarts.
Having no knowledge whatsoever in the topics of spirituality, meditation, I went straight to methods, because they were like guides for me, I was very inexperienced, of course, and looked at other people and what they were doing for guidance.
Alice in wonderland method didn't do much, raven method was too uncomfortable (side note, all this raven method does is make you too focused on your void reality, cmon, in your DR are you laying down like a starfish?) And I was having terrible trouble with my intrusive thoughts (which made the floor disappear from under my feet, made the stairs for the stairs method too short to climb or straight up made them dissappear as well)
I didn't have any luck that year, no mini shifts, no lucid dreams, or sleep paralysis. And my DRs never remained constant. They always changed on a daily basis.
I was big on methods, I couldn't realize they never worked for me.
Although, this year of failure led me to finally figure out where I belonged.
A DR made out of scratch, which I spend much effort in putting the pieces of it together.
The DR, which was called "Home reality" really made me feel settled in my journey.
LOA, and the consciousness theory were the leading factors which made me shift.
And don't worry, it isn't what you're tired of being told, I didn't just apply any orthodox definition of LOA and succeeded.
Background to my first shift:
It was a particularly stressful day, I really missed my home.
I was studying at my college (I still am, but...) and I was dreading giving a chemistry test, I did not prepare. In my mind, one thing was constantly looping in my head.
The scenario of the chemistry teacher coming in, and taking the test, and the next day I get it handed back with a big fat zero.
But then I stopped and wondered, having already known about the consciousness theory, so according to it:
"I am constantly letting this thought run in my mind, and constantly letting this reality dictate what happens next."
Basically, I realized what was about to happen next was indirectly in my control, but with my line of thinking, I was letting this reality control it directly.
I stopped, like actually stopped thinking.
And with a blank mind I thought.
"I won't have to take any test today."
And went around telling my classmates this with a confident tone.
The teacher came in, said we'll instead do some practicals in lab.
So the test got cancelled.
Going home, I got excited, i felt powerful.
I decided to apply this to shifting.
Before shifting, I took a nap during the day, (if you're tired your body insists on sleeping, so your mind will get hazy and you will start acting lazy towards your goal)
And after living how I normally would, before bedtime, I listened to some songs, and look at a Pinterest board which reminded me of my home reality.
My method and what happened next:
First phase of shifting:
When I laid down on the bed to start shifting, I first got comfy (for me, if I feel sleepy for some reason, I laid on my back, I can't fall asleep in that position, but if I think ill stay awake until I reach a "detached state" then I sleep on my side, it's comfortable)
I obviously wasn't checking the time, but I spent about 10 minutes getting relaxed, all I do to relax is:
a) look at the blackness (closed eyes, looks like starry skies) and try to believe I'm looking at the milky way.
b) think about my home reality, just faces of my loved ones, and nostalgia inducing images.
c) Affirm, but don't focus entirely on affirming, usually in the back of my mind I'm repeating "I have shifted to my home reality" "I have shifted my senses to my home reality" "I have stopped sensing the void reality" "I am smelling, tasting, feeling, hearing and seeing my home reality" no other fancy affirmations required. (Now that I think about it, you need to affirm NOW because this method has two phases, one where you are shifting, and one where you have shifted, and you are in the 3D, where you are occupying your DR self, their thoughts, and memories, and popular method usually only have one phase, either you are shifting, or have shifted. So my point is if you affirm later and you'll be affirming when you're supposed to be in your DR, and obviously, your DR self won't be spouting out affirmations about shifting to a random reality for no reason.)
During this time, you'll feel tingly all over. It's a good sign.
And you'll feel a certain detachment, like you aren't exactly here, you have no idea what position you're lying in, and where your feet are. (Please, for the love of God do not start counting your feet or get freaked out that you can't feel your leg, you'll come back to the void reality.)
So you can start the next phase.
Middle phase (optional):
To prepare for the next and last phase, you can do this to get ready, or don't (First read the third phase)
This is all about connection to your DR.
Think about memories from your DR, focus on the faces of your loved ones, the way you act, talk, your mannerisms in your DR, or you can simply say affirmations like these one:
My name is ___.
I work as a ___.
My age is ___.
Don't try to imagine vividly or anything, lightly touch upon the basic details of your DR, the construction and foundation of any reality and the person, who has existed there for their entire life.
(That's you!)
Phase three:
Take a sudden, abrupt stop from your stream of thoughts. (Yes intrusive thoughts will still pop up but don't give any importance to them) when you're in a blank state of mind, not longer than 30 seconds, you need to build up to the last step of your shifting method, and journey.
a) start imagining hearing the voices of your loved ones or just any voice, calling your DR name, your nicknames, with different tones. (For example, i heard my name in an angry tone from my father when he was scolding me, I heard my name followed by a laughter when my S/O teased me.)
OK, for me, I started feeling intense, groundshaking symptoms at this moment. Sudden flashing of lights, extreme feeling of floating, and ofcourse, feeling tingliness so much that it felt like pins and needle on my entire body. (I did ignore the symptoms)
b) plan the rest of your day in your DR, which you will be spending.
AGAIN, PLEASE DON'T SAY IT LIKE THIS.
❌️When I reach my DR ❌️ I will have to go to that eye specialist for that appointment.
Instead: (and the more you personalize it, the better)
Ughhh, I have to go to that appointment- this day will suck.
(Don't mind my example, that was the only thing I could think of at the moment)
c) in this reality, you are constantly thinking of something, your thoughts are definitely what constructs this reality, and your current thoughts are affecting your subconscious. (By this point, your subconscious is grounded in your DR, so don't worry about that bastard.)
Now, you're going to start thinking, thoughts which are going on in your DR self's mind, start with one sentence, with which you'll be able to start consciously thinking like your DR self.
And think in the style, tone, and mood of your DR self, and keep the thoughts strictly related to your DR.
Thats it, but what happens afterwards? And what happened to me?
So for me, I started feeling weird while I was thinking.
And I remember I thought this:
"Ugh, I don't want eggs for breakfast."
(I'm not saying this is the key to shifting, at this point, I had covered various topics, including, weather, my upcoming work assignment, and praised my S/O for a good 5 minutes.)
And I started panting, like suddenly I was trying to catch my breath, the room felt bright, so I opened my eyes, and well, I was in my home reality :)
I was delirious for a few second, my S/O was looking at me worriedly, but surprisingly, it didn't even take me a minute to adjust, it felt all so natural and I wasn't scared.
I didn't even feel emotional, at all, and didn't hug my S/O with tears in my eyes, I straight up asked to be served breakfast, incase anyone was wondering.
So that's it.
Although i have much to say, I'm tired of writing, but I'm more than willing to answer each and every one of your questions, although I only have 7 hours left till I permashift, I'll remain mostly active till then.
And no, I'm not rereading this to fix my grammar, so just ask if anything confused you.
Ask away.
I'm still not sure if this'll reach anyone or not.

Things i manifested this week
A.K.A past manifestations that I nearly forgot about! ❤️
Tumblr media
My laptop to charge since it wasn't working properly earlier
Disclaimer: I'm only sharing this info for educational purposes, this goes to show that we manifest things on the daily without even realizing it!
My toilet unclogging itself after I put in too much toilet paper (and with just the snap of a finger)
For some bitch in my boardingschool to get exposed for her misdeeds because it was about damn time 🙃
The downfall of some pest that annoyed me and my friends last year in our first year in high-school 🎀 (he moved schools because he couldn't keep up with ours and dropped down to one of the lowest courses possible in our country's school system and like no hate to people who do this course cause we need those people in society too but he deserved it 😭)
Good grades for my maths quiz
Getting closer to my desired person (she is an amazing friend and we had a heart-to-heart yesterday after some shit event 😭)
Also my desired friendgroup in general because 2 years ago I was friendless and low-key depressed 😃🫶🏾
Seeing an old classmate from primary school again because I wanted to see what she'd been up to
Perfect grades (so far!!!)
Alr, signing out!
Xoxo

Maybe the next time you're moaning about how you didn't get your desire, or how it didn't arrive fast enough remember that you could have had it by now if you didn't overcomplicate everything.
You want something so you get it; is all.
So the next time you manifest assume you have it and by the law, it will happen.
Now get to work.

My fav manifesting methods
Tumblr media Tumblr media
For the girlies who enjoy variation in their manifestation process
Scripting
Supplies: pen, paper (pref a notebook or js ur notes app)
Scripting is basically when you write out your manifestations in the past tense, e.g.: "I recently went shopping with my mom" or "my dad recently gave me 100 € to go shopping!" While also trying to describe how you feel in that described moment. So it'd be something like "I'm so happy, today I went to the beach with my friends, we went thrifting, picked shells and got ice cream together, I am so grateful to spend time with them."
An important sidenote is to be grateful, seeing that gratitude is an important aspect of manifestation (at least it is in my manifestation process) because the universe can't deny a grateful person. (in my personal belief)
And to expand on this, here's a method I've been using these past days (I dont know where I got this idea from though)
Writing letters
Another cool method is to write texts/letters in your SP's name or to get a specific desire.
For example: Dear Elle (my name) we of so and so are glad to let you know that you have been admitted to our [desire]!
And you can vary on this! Say I want someone to apologise to me, I can just write something out in my notes or a physical sheet of paper and either get rid of it (or keep it, you do you!) And boom! You just manifested your desire!!
Pretending to be a narrator in a story
This method basically entails that you pretend to be e.g. an all-knowing narrator of a story that draws out a scene of a character(s) and adds a description. (Like the one from Eah!)
(Maybe add a twist and pretend to be a sassy side character in an early 2000s TV show that just saw the two MCs kiss and is ab to spread rumors— just get creative.)
So it's pretty much a fanfic on crack except it actually comes to life because we're all master manifesters ✨️
Oh and if you can't draw just manifest that you can draw‐
And if you don't wanna put too much effort into this, just draw stick men or items to represent your desires/specific people :P
This also relates to scripting
Vision boards
Supplies: use either Pinterest or an in-person scrapbook with magazine cutouts and drawings
I feel like this mostly speaks for itself, after all: an image says more than a thousand words.
Seeing your desire in an image can help your brain kinda 'target' your desire.
Your brain doesn't know the difference between reality and imagination so essentially you're gaslighting yourself into a specific idea/mindset/etc.
Also here's an example of one of my personal vision boards which i used to manifest all As for my finals last year.
Simonesquared and Fernanda Ramirez both have amazing videos and explanations on these topics, i suggest watching them to get a better idea on making vision boards. (Tho i might just make a masterlist with different links/explanations/deets sometime!)
Subliminals/affirmation tapes
Supplies:earbuds/headphones (optional), any device
If you've been in this community for long enough I'm sure you know what they are and if not here's a brief explanation.
Then there are affirmation tapes, these are the same as subliminal except the affirmations are meant to be heard to be get picked up by your conscious mind as well.
If you haven't used any before, here are some subliminal creators that put out amazing content and deserve each snd every ounce of support!
Slade (all pronouns) they practice Indian folk and also make subs that are shifting-related (for my shifters out there), though their subs don't contain any witchcraft unless specifically mentioned.
Moza morph is a medical student who makes subs, the benefits of her subliminals are thought out very well and quite descriptive. She makes great content regarding manifestation and the workings of subliminals too.
Baejin cafe and mii! both make a wide variety of subliminals but their school and grade related subliminals are popular for very good reasons!
Guided meditations
Supplies: a device, earbuds/headphones (I recommend using these for a better immersive experience)
A brief explanation on meditation can be found here.
Even though i dont use this method as often, i notice that it helps my focus and gives me clarity therefore I highly suggest it to others new in the game.
Here are some favs (YouTube links)
Guided meditation for meeting your future self
Guided meditation for self love
Also this one by Joe dispenza just because he's the goat
Visualization
Supplies: just you and your brain
I consider this by far the easiest manifestation method since you can do it literally anywhere.
It's pretty much just daydreaming about your desires, and if you're particularly into it you can listen to some music with lyrics that is aligned with your goals. (For example: I listen to Lucky girl by Carlina to enhance my lucky girl syndrome while daydreaming)
And it doesn't necessarily have to be based on your sight, if you can delusion yourself into hearing your SP's heartbeat, or condition yourself into smelling your fav flowers in the living room, then you're good!
(Sometimes when I'm watching a TV show that's one of my DRs I also visualize my highest self randomly chiming in or saying or doing something I'd say)
That's all for today!
And remember
If you have it in your imagination, it's already yours.
Stay educated and hot
With love

the chatgpt manifesting method!
Tumblr media
get ready, babe, because this is about to be your new fave manifesting tool.
using chatgpt to manifest is so fun!! if you love to visualize like me, you can even ask chatgpt to create a detailed story of you getting your desire. the more info you give it, the more real it’ll feel!
here’s how to use this ai to start bending reality in your favor:
Tumblr media Tumblr media
♡ step one: be detailed af. tell chatgpt exactly what you want. no vague “i want to be happy” stuff—paint a whole picture.
ex: “i want to wake up in my dream apartment with floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking the city skyline, feeling financially free.”
♡ step two: create a story you can vibe with. ask chatgpt to turn your dreams into a 5-minute story you can read daily. make it feel real. think of it as a mini script for the life you’re manifesting.
♡ prompt inspo: “i would like you to act as an expert in manifestation and law of assumption. i am going to give you a list of my dream life, and i want you to write a 5-minute story of the day that i can read every day to help me manifest my desires in a week.”
♡ step three: repeat, repeat, repeat. read that story every day like it’s your morning mantra. visualize it, feel it, let that energy marinate.

Succes story #001
To motivate you all 🤍
Earlier this week, I noticed my favourite lotion got finished as I was about to use it. It didn't necessarily upset me, but in that moment I was feeling too lazy to get some at the store. (So I was ashy for the entire week, not so fun lemme tell you 😭)
I didn't think about it any more because i didnt care, but either way the intention was set: and I was bound to receive it one way or another.
And guess who's stepmom got them something without asking?
This girl did.
Tumblr media Tumblr media
(And it's pink too, omg)
And once more, the universe proved to me that whatever I want I get, be it one way or another.
And now it's your turn.
With love,
Elle

how to induce pure consciousness/the "I AM state" — neville's way
(according to neville goddard; credits to @nevillegoddardteachings on ig, and forget everytime i called my way the traditional way 😭🙏🏽)
Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media
find a place where you can sit or lay down comfortably and quietly.
close your eyes or keep them open, it's up to you, just do nothing for a minute
inhale slowly and deeply for 3 counts and hold it for 3 counts
exhale slowly for 3 counts and again hold it for 3 counts
repeat this 10 times
simply repeat mentally yourself "I AM"
don't try to force yourself to empty your mind and just let yourself be
don't try to condition "I AM"
become I AMness
don't try to ignore your thoughts. if any thought comes in just take your attention from it and pay attention to I AMness by repeating mentally "I AM, I AM"
