It was the happiest day of my life.

They walked down the streets of Birmingham alone and in the rain, there outfit drenched from the rain. Distant shouting of their spouse echoing along the walls but they kept walking. They were going straight to their childhood friends house.

The Shelby brothers house looks almost exactly the way it did 6 months ago.

They knocked on the door tears still streaming.

The door was open by Polly who brought you in quickly, 'are you ok [Name]?' Polly said. They took there coat off at the door, they looked at Polly and shaked there head. Polly took them through to the kitchen, the 2 of them sat down then Polly asked 'will you stay with us for tea atleast' the hesitated to respond and finally with 'well actually I was wondering if I could stay here for a cupple of days, I am having some problems with my spouse', Polly looked at the and then looked over there shoulder it was obvious there was someone behind them. 'I wasn't aware we were having a guest over Polly' it was Tommy standing in the doorway. They turned around to look at him.

Its raining outside and its late, looking at my phone its 9:37pm sherlock isn't back yet, he went out to solve a case, I am the only one here I haven't received any messages so no one is coming home anytime soon, I might make myself a cupper.

He gets up off the long sofa and looks out the window

the rain is getting heavy it looks like its going to be a storm, non the less there is food in the fridge, atleast its not a head.

He gets to the kettle and turns it on taking out a cup and putting tea and sugar into it. 'Its getting worse, I hope it doesn't stop Sherlock and John from getting back.' The kettle comes to a boil, he pored some of the boiled water into the cup and adds some milk. He then turns to take his cup back to his seat and continue his work on his laptop. He sits down opens his laptop and boots it up as he waits he takes a drink of his tea.

Its starting to rain really heavy its almost a Rainstorm.

He placed his cup down and puts his laptop on his lap. 'Its a nice time to get some work done, the sound of heavy fast rain hitting the window its strangely soothing. He looked back down to his laptop and starts working again,

its now 9:58pm.

There was a faint sound of the door shutting downstairs, it was to gentle to be sherlock.

Its now a rainstorm with the light sound of thunder and lightning.

The person was now half way up the stairs. He turned to look at the door.

They had now moved to behind the door, the door handle twisted.

A man walked in and looked around,

he fits Sherlocks description of Moriarty to a tea, sherlock however didn't say how tall he was he only seems to be around 5.6 foot, I thought such a menacing man would be taller, although shorter people tend to be more aggressive and evil anyway.

'Sherlocks not here'

The man turned to look at him.

'You must be one of Sherlocks little friends like Wattson' he paused he seemed to be analysing him 'I don't think I know your name'

'[Name], you must be Moriarty'

'In the flesh' he smiles but its menacing and unnatural he walks over to Sherlocks chair and sits down in it 'well [name] seem as sherlock isn't here because I sent him on a goose chase I thought he wouldn't let any of his friends stay here alone, I was going to look around his home maybe even leave a taunting message.' He sighs although it seemed exaggerated 'buuut your here, so my plan has gone completely out of the water, so why not do something else.' His voice sounded sinister.

Jim looked [name] dead in the eyes.

'If I can't take something of value to him i will just take someone of value.' The room was silent the only noise were from the rainstorm outside.

It felt like hours had passed by he was just staring at me. I didn't want to say anything, I couldn't say anything I was frozen more in shock than fear.

'Your not very talkative you know, or are you just surprised to see me? I am sure sherlock has said alot about me.' His smile was still there but it was not as menacing he had relaxed himself into the chair.

'You already know who I am'

He did a strange head tilt thing 'oh honey I have known about you for a while, you are a strange character indeed' he lead forward in the chair 'I am sure sherlock has told you alot about me.' Yet I still don't know alot about you'

T.S -' how the bloody hell do you remember these things.'

Y/N -' I just do you know it's just in there, it stays there.'

He thinks that you are lucky because you can remember things in a lot more detail then him he also thinks that it would be impossible to win an argument against you because you can't twist the truth because you have a vivid memory of the event.

He knows it has it's downfalls like having a vivid memory of trumma. Especially memorys of the war.

This man is protective as it is because of what he does, and now he is even more protective and he is worried about you constantly I mean again he would be anyway with the things he dose.

Constantly ask if you are ok and if you are carrying something if you need a hand even if it's just a book.

If you do go to the Garrison and he isn't there with you then he would ask his brothers to keep an eye on you to make sure you are not hurt or get hurt.

Polly has to tell Tommy to relax because he is getting to worried about you and how you are strong enough and how if you weren't you wouldn't have survived this long.

If anyone said anything about you and using a walking stick / cane he would first give them a death stare then kindly ask them to leave the area before any violence ensues.

If you are self-conscious of it he would be the type of person to hold you or your hand and tell you how amazing and great you are and hold you untill you feel better about yourself. Not as overprotective as Tommy but is still slightly worried about you and will rush to you if it looks like you are struggling and help you. He asks if you are ok if it's a long distance to walk and how he would happily carry you no matter your B/T.

If someone is being rude or harsh on you he would start shouting at them which would then normally lead to a fight, so you might want to calm him down before it escalates.

Sometimes he might get a little too ruff with you and Tommy or Polly has to tell him to not be as ruff with you.

If you are self-conscious about it then he could be either the one to sit and cry with you and you both talk about your insucuritys until you both feel better or he snuggles up against you and smuthers your face and neck in kisses saying how beautiful you are and how he's lucky to have you as a partner.

This man would act an absolute guff ball and cause most of you injuries. He would get told of alot by both Tommy and Polly for being so boysterus and causing you to get hurt. He would definitely still help you if you are in trouble and would freaten to beat anyone up and how would do it if he had too like if someone said something rude about you or if someone is tryna beat you up or make you feel uncomfortable.

John doesn't care if you use a walking stick he still thinks that you are hot and attractive.

If you are going through problems with self worth and how you view your self he would sit in the pub and drink with you until you are ever found out or you are that drunk you have gone giddy. Alcohol and walking problems don't go very well togever you most likely ended up falling over a lot or passing out from the amount you have drank.

He would definitely get you things to cover your scar if you're self-conscious about it. Let's just say when Thomas walked in most people whent silent but a little group in the corner including you. You cought his eye almost instantly with your thick accent and your stunning B/T, he kept his stone cold face walking up to you. He introduces himself because you were clearly new around Birmingham, as he does so he offers you a drink as a get to know him gift. You end up taking to eachother for almost the hole night.
