There's so many people around the world dealing with mental health issues, it's astounding to me to think of what it was like for me before I went to therapy... Like, how many people are struggling with something and don't have any support or help...

The thing is, they (or you if that's the case) aren't alone... Think about it really, a lot of people think that they're alone, they're the only one who knows this feeling they feel, but that in itself proves that you have people like you that you can relate to, to some degree....
