New Story!: The Forest Bride: Veikko and Aina

This is a story I wrote for one of my college classes. I decided to post it on here since it seemed like a good fit for fanfiction since it is a retelling of a fairytale/folktale from the book Nordic Tales Folktales from Norway, Sweden, Finland, Iceland, and Denmark and the tale I am retelling is The Forest Bride: The Story of a Little Mouse Who Was a Princess.

Since italics will not show up on Archive of our Own, I would recommend reading this on Fanfiction.Net or Wattpad. since some parts of the story have them and it looks best with them.
