Hey everyone so I've never posted anything that reveals my character, but here I am. I wanted to share this photo colored diagram of my "body" it's a image I struggled with for years, but I've given up changing it. For years I struggled with self harm and slowly I got passed it myself with no ones help. I have many scars that I still have from years ago that are visible. I often am ashamed of them and wish they'd go away, but I am thankful with the amount they have faded. Anyway I just want to say no one should make you feel ashamed of your body, because it is yours and I promise you one day you will be okay. Stay strong everyone. I’m 4 years clean.
