I know this blog has very little traction, but I'll make lists sometimes. Just to help a few people feel seen. Even if it's like 4 it's all good, I just won't post super frequently

Shoutout to dissociative folks: random/vague edition
Shoutout to:
People whose derealization is so severe it almost reaches into delusion territory
People who have both derealization and delusions
People who have dprd caused by trauma
People who have learned to live comfortably with their dprd
Systems with no internal communication
System with a good memory if it weren't for blackouts / greyouts
Systems who bearly show symptoms because they mask a lot
System who got / are getting worse with therapy because it uncovers ptsd symptoms (dont worry it's temporary)
People whose dissociation is caused by a neurodivergency
Systems who were high functioning before discovery
You deserve to be seen, and you're not alone <3

Intro post, TLDR at the end!
Hey! This is a chill blog where I do shout out lists for people with complex dissociation (p-did, did, osdd, ddnos, etc) and even other types of dissociation or mental illness/neurodivergency if it's requested.
So shoutout to:
people who need to know their experiences are not unique in order to feel valid
people who struggle to feel understood
people with rare variations/presentations of their mental illness or neurodivergency
people with dissociation that's ignored because it's not "bad enough" (depersonalization, derealization, etc)
I hope you'll feel at home here! Shoot me an ask with a vague (or even precise) theme in mind and I'll get to it 😊
Im endo neutral and will delete any syscourse. This blog is for people to feel seen. There are spaces online specifically for debates and arguments, use them if you need them.
TLDR: ask for a mental health / dissociation shoutout list and I'll make it <3 People deserve to feel seen.
