A marathi widow appealing to the Maharashtra Navnirman Sena's Unorthodox activist Nitin Nandgaonkar for help . She along with her 2 daughters is sitting on a hunger strike at Kalyan Near Khadakpada since 18th February 2019 She is accusing her in laws of bycotting her because of her being a Marathi . Nitin Nandgaonkar often helps Marathi people in getting quick justice . Her in laws are big builders but still not providing her home to stay and neither accepting her in the house . प्रजासत्ताक दिनाच्या आधी ७४ वर्षीय वृद्ध अनधिकृत बांधकाम विरुद्ध कल्याण डोंबिवली महानगर पालिका मुख्यालयासमोर आमरण उपोषणावर !!. कल्याण शहरात गेले काही काळामध्ये अनधिकृत बांधकाम खूप जलद गतीने होत असल्यामुळे अनेक नागरिक अनधिकृत बांधकाम विरुद्ध तक्रार करूनही कारवाई होत नसल्यामुळे काही अधिकारी हे अनधिकृत बांधकामाला संरक्षण देत असल्याचे आरोप अनेक वेळा करतात . असेच प्रकरण दिनांक : २४ जानेवारी २०१९ रोजी क.डॊ.म.पा , येथे दिसून आले आहे . बेतुरकर पाडा स्थित रस्त्याच्या कड्याला असलेल्या ट्रान्स्फार्मर च्या मागे महानगर पालिकेच्या नजरेसमोर दिलीप जाधव नावाच्या बिल्डरांने मोठे अनधिकृत मंडप टाकून आतमध्ये गाळे बनवले असल्याची तक्रार गेल्या काही महिन्यांपासून श्री.ब्रिजलाल करत होते ,परंतु ३ महिने पूर्वी उपोषण केल्यानंतर महानगर पालिका आयुक्त श्री.गोविंद बोडके यांनी त्वरित कारवाई करण्याचे आश्वासन देत उपोषण मागे घेण्यास लावले होते ,परंतु त्यानंतर देखील काही कारवाई ना झाल्याने त्रस्त होऊन सदर वयोवृद्ध इसमाने आज आयुक्तांच्या कार्यालयावर आमरण उपोषण सुरु केले . मात्र दोन दिवसाने प्रजासत्ताक दिवसाचे कार्यक्रम असून देखील महानगर पालिकेचे अधिकारी एक सर्व साधारण माणसाच्या न्यायपूर्ण हक्क मान्य करत नसल्याचे दिसून येत आहे . हे प्रकरण बघून काही प्रश्न निर्माण होतात १.सडक वर एवढे मोठे अनधिकृत बांधकाम होत असताना संबंधित प्रभाग क्षेत्र अधिकारी कारवाई ना करणे हे संदेहास्पद नाही का ? २.तक्रार केल्यानंतर देखील अधिकाऱयांनी MRTP अंतर्गत कारवाई व गुन्हा दाखल का केला नाही ? ३.उपोषण केल्या नंतर श्री.गोविंद बोडके यांच्या आश्वासन नंतर देखील कारवाई न होणे काय दर्शवते ? ४.या प्रकारे काम करूनच कल्याण डोंबिवली महानगर पालिकेचा "स्मार्ट सिटी " होणार का ? ५.आपल्या मुलांच्या भवितव्यावर अनधिकृत बांधकामामुळे होणारे शहराचे शोषण याचे नकारात्मक परिणाम होणार नाही का ? ६.अधिकाऱयांचे हे अकर्मण्य वर्तन त्यांचे कामचुकार गिरी आहे कि भ्रष्टाचार कि अन्य काही ? सदर विषयावर आमची नजर सतत आहे व तुम्हाला पुन्हा याबद्दल सूचित करू . पण हे ढसाळ कारभार थांबायला हवे . का एका वयोवृद्ध माणसाला आमरण उपोषणाचे मार्ग पत्करण्याची गरज लागते हा एक गंभीर प्रश्न आहे व कल्याण डोंबिवली महानगर पालिकेचे अधिकारी व आयुक्त यांना यांच्या सामोरा जावेच लागणार . @pmo_unofficial @narendramodi @devendra_fadnavis @narendrapawar_mla @unlimitedindia @corruption_in_india @indiatvnews @aamhi_kalyan_dombivalikar (at Thane Jila Maharashtra) https://www.instagram.com/p/BtBfDtAln5T/?utm_source=ig_tumblr_share&igshid=454g9oowvd6q
