oatmeal pancakes to start this lazy sunday off馃槍
i literally just dumped some sprouted rolled oats into a blender, sprinkled some cinnamon & nutmeg, added a dash of vanilla, and enough hot water to soak the oats. i let em soak for like 5-10 minutes then blended it altogether before making the pancakes. you can add a sweetner of your choice to the batter, but i drizzled some honey on top once the pancakes were all cooked.

steel cut oats topped with some berries & pb! also added pumpkin seeds & chia seeds to my oats, but it鈥檚 not visible in the picture lol. no dairy, no added sugars!
i made these on the stove top & it took me about 5-7 minutes in total! def recommend cooking steel cut oats this way if you鈥檙e able take the time in the morning.
