Before 2025 Ends Vision Board
We are more than halfway through 2025, which means it’s time to do a mid year vision board! Your goals for January may have changed. Life’s circumstances may be different. Who says you can only do one vision board for the whole year.
What to add to your mid year vision board:
▫️Goals for the rest of the year.
Do you want to find your SP? Are you trying to get good grades? Do you want a new job? Are you wanting to achieve your dream body?
Whatever your goal may be, add it to your vision board. These goals can be big or small. Get specific!
▫️ Affirmations
Add affirmations that speak to you. This can be anything that feels right and relates to you. If you need to practice more self-love, add affirmations that combat your negative thoughts.
▫️ Add some personal touches
Add in images of things that you have already accomplished. This will allow you to embrace gratitude and it feels good to see things you have already achieved.
