32. stay hydrated
Woke up in my bed, it was past nine Did my morning routine, felt all fine victory coming, it is all mine waiting for my results to come through the phone line
Then phone rings, my mum has a smile had to wait a lil bit, it took a lil while I graduate high school, damn it was a long mile should be happy now, yet i’m in denial
what the fuck man, did I fall back teacher says im moving forward, but I carry a whack crack texting a friend, we both seem to lack the dopamine suppose to fill the holes of black
skipping forward to the night time on a party with some fine wine laying on the grass to grasp star signs it’s beautiful to see star light align (oh damn)
in front of my was a small crowd saw someone staring at me, no doubt the only thing I hear, is her sound notice my inner silence gone all loud
minutes pass by, her glimpse appears making me just right, removing all the fears she sat beside me and she said hi we drank some booze and then ate pie
we smoked some weed, we now dry better get hydrated, get tongues tied she and I remembered our old vibes we were really comfy and on our second try
a second try to forget ~x enfp.pptx

34. playtoy
walking to the store with my two dollar bill looking for some legos to build in a thrill bought a new star wars set, i was up for chill had stormtroopers in it, with blaster set on kill
came home to build me a shuttle took it along me, in the garden near a puddle weather so autumn, leaves colour orange flew around with my boys right to the storage
in my fantasy land, had so much fun kept doing this till I hit my ages of puns dry humor, slik style of clothes was a teen, felt mature, but I wore a red nose
my fantasy around, but this time im the greatest. imagining glory in my head, it felt overrated everyone a stormtrooper and wore the same white mask but I was a tie pilot, being in space was my task
so I flew away from the capital along with some bombers they had different dreams as well in formation up and under
squads went on an exploration we observe our galactic nation everyone just played their part doing things on repeat, their end was their start
just wanna go all pink sugar glaciers feeding my eyes still kinda boyish but this time I need a different kind of play toy
back to reality, I use lots of metaphors prefer analogies, to hold off the black doors ain’t a kid anymore, I notice hard truths wish my youth had a love booth
never had a young dock or a person I could call home just my ship in space i’m promoted to admiral now____

Me: ENFP
Hey everyone,
It's been a long time now since I've been in the mbti community. I've read lots of articles, posts, possible theories and other ideas about enfp, but there are a few things that I don't see very often.
ENFP have been described as loud, energetic, positive unicorns that tend to procrastinate and never finish a project. I know this is just a stereotype, but it still bothers me to see that only ''this side'' is mostly represented in our mbti community.
As a kid, I've indeed been the loud type, but this has changed the more older I became.
So what else is different?
This enfp:
is quiet
is realistic (and only uses optimism to inspire myself or others)
finishes projects and procrastinate much less than is being depicted on the media
doesn't have many friends or doesn't have everyone to like the enfp (because I don't want many friends, nor do I like all that attention)
is not a unicorn
is not always an emotional butterfly
can create his own schedule and has somewhat decent task management
is not always happy nor doesn't he show he's happy when he is.
is quite lonesome, as in, I pass social events to spend more alone time.
So all in all, there are things in which I think some ENFPs differ from the image it has. As I said before, I know it's just a stereotype, but stereotypes tend to put pressure on someone's shoulder to confirm the image it has.
Stop it, let those ENFP be themselves without constantly posting happy ''ENFP'' rainbows on their feed

Nice speech, nice speech!
I guess that happens if people become close-minded and especially if something that they love get damaged.
But like you said I condemned mbti (on purpose) and I expected most of those kind of reactions, but that ain’t a problem :)
It feelts cool (or hot actually) to start a discussion, ‘cause this ‘‘opinion’‘ or way of thinking is probably not big inside the active mbti community. The heat is fun!
(should I tag all the commenters and rebloggers, because they are somewhat interested and felt like saying something, so they can read the full thing or nah? @chochote-sijali )
Anyways, have a great day everyone!

fuck mbti, it’s becoming an concerning ISSUE
Hey everyone,
Recently, more and more people dive in typology, like mbti for example, and today I’ll tell you why the fuck you must stop.
Most of them, including you, have considered to use that typology to “get to you yourself” better or “improve yourself”. But the actually fuck does that even mean. Like c’mon, can we be for real for once. Online gurus talking about certain personalities, labels that people like to put on themselves and others and too vague and too general descriptions of “themselves” that heavily influence their choices the deeper they get sucked into that.
But when I look at those people, who are consumed by all sorts of typology to identify themselves, I ask myself “are they actually making progress or are they just giving themselves the illusion that they improve?”
The short answer: no.
Based on my experience, people are only busy with their self image and compare them with certain types. Parts of the community get butthurt really easily. Being the butthurt people they are in combination with their insecurities can only lead to more anxiety and them being obsessively busy with labeling.
Ask yourself, if you are one of those people, who seek to improve themselves. Did it actually helped you improve? Did you need mbti to discover yourself? Did you feel since you joined mbti (or any other typology) more insecure if you “fit in”?
Probably not and as a person who likes to improve himself, it really irritates me to see people wasting time not doing the things they love.
This is a HUGE PROBLEM in the mbti community and it needs to STOP!
If you actually wanna get to know yourself, go and DO IT. Chase your dreams, work on something you somewhat love doing, reflect and think for yourself. You learn SO MUCH MORE. Work hard in the things in what you love doing, get better at it, know what you need and you’ll see how you “Think” or “Feel” about choices. Stop with all the stereotyping, let it fucking go and GO OUT AND LIVE.
I f   y o u   t h i n k   d i f f e r e n t l y  ,   t h e n   t r y   m e
(translation: what are your thoughts?)
So fuck mbti and “If you focus on you, you can never go and unfelt”

Get enough sleep and respect your body’s sleep cycle (This means avoiding alarm clocks and trying to wake up end the end of a cycle)
Get outside and into the sunlight for a little bit each day.
Do some type of exercise (From twenty minutes of walking to going to the gym).
Drink enough water.
Use caffeine sparingly, use it as a tool, don’t make it a habit / become dependent of it.

functions.
Hey everyone,
If you had to describe the functions, how would you describe them?
This is my basic concept of the functions:
Ne - seeks new ideas and inspiration
Se - seeks new experiences and change
Si  - seeks stability and past experiences
Ni  - seeks abstract meaning
Te - seeks effectiveness and goal completion
Fe - seeks social norms, unity and harmony
Ti  - seeks precision and inner logic
Fi  - seeks inner harmony
Are there things that need to be added or removed?
Anyways, have a nice day,
~x Z.

did you pay attention?
Hello everyone,
Hearing is involuntary, whereas listening is a skill. Besides improving your listening skills, it’s also great to recognize if someone is actually listening to you.
It’s worth to take a few moments to different types of listening:
Superficial listening - you are pretending to listen and you are thinking too much of what to say next
Selective listening - you may only listen to certain things that are interesting to you, but lack the ability to listen what doesn’t interest you so much.
Attentive listening - you are able to read body language, their tone of voice, as well as the words they use and the reasons why they tell and do certain things.
To listen attentively to others is key to being able to understand them, help them, to trade effectively and to control the conversation.
Happy communicating, ~x Z.

optimism.
Hi everyone!
When you feel quite pessimistic, it’s easier to fall into a downward spiral of negative thoughts. In extreme cases, people start catastrophizing by imagining worst-case scenarios. By rewiring yourself to become more optimistic, you’ll see the positives in certain situations to increase the likelihood to achieve your desired outcome. So here five ways to become more optimistic:
Turn negatives into positives - believing in the good aspects make you more determined to keep on going.
Do not be a perfectionist - it is okay to make mistakes. Failure can be a great teacher too and sometimes you need to start off small, you can’t expect to get the best results immediately
Be proud - own your successes. Do not say it was just luck, but instead own your skill and expertise.
Use positive body language - using a positive body language feels really empowering, it keeps you going on strongly.
Believe in your abilities - being plagued by self-doubt is a buzzkiller. Whenever you feel like falling, write a list of your skills, strengths and the good things in life; this can to help boost your confidence.
Hope y’all have a great time!

Communication is key
Hello everyone!
Almost 90% of your communication is non-verbal; people notice your posture and your voice more than the actual information. Eventhough you may or may not like communication, it’s always nice to have someones attention when you need it. If you want to increase someone’s attention to you, you may want to:
Have an open posture, this is more inviting
Ensure eyecontact, so they are more likely to listen
Use gesture, envision what you are telling
Check the distance between you and your target, notice how comfortable they are with you
Look at where their feet is pointed to, if both feet point to you, they are more focussed
Have a nice day and happy communicating
