Bingge takes a break from searching for his version of the “good Shizun” and overhears his children discussing the upcoming coup they are planning “for Yuan Shifu”

Now, this is not the first time that someone is planning a coup, either by themselves or with the hands of his wives. But this is the first time his children have been dragged into this

It doesn't take long for Bingge to find the instigator.

His first husband, whom he took for political gain. This move also gave him bonus points in the eyes of Shen Yuan's sister

The Emperor hasn't met his only husband since then, but he heard that he mostly spent his days reading books and teaching the children

Well, it was time to put an end to the "teaching"

However, the genuine shock at the accusations, which was visible even through the fan, was somewhat of a surprise. But considering how quickly Shen Yuan had pulled himself together, the Emperor assumed it was the shock of his plans being exposed

Shen Yuan bowed deeply and asked for the children to be brought in to "resolve the misunderstanding"

Bingge had seen many attempts to pressure someone into confirming the accused's version of events. After all, he had been in a similar situation in Cangqiong himself. Plus, he was very doubtful of the opponent's intelligence. Usually, his opponents were very limited in mind.

But what awaited him was stunning

All of his children walked in and quickly focused their gaze on their Shifu (if they weren't throwing dirty and indignant glances at their father)

"My imperial husband just told this master that the disciples are plotting a coup."

The children froze and stared in shock at the cold-looking Shen Yuan (this posture reminded him of something. Something that made him want to straighten up himself) until they froze and began to talk at the same time. But as soon as Shen Yuan raised an eyebrow, everyone immediately fell silent.

"Xiao-Lun, explain"

"Shifu! This disciple humbly apologizes! We didn't mean to anger you!"

Shen Yuan sighs

"This master is not angry but extremely disappointed"

The children turned pale and looked on the verge of tears

"What was it in my teachings that made you want to overthrow your father? Don't cry! This master wants an explanation!"

But Shen Yuan's temper visibly softened as soon as the children started crying and apologizing (and wasn't that just like his whiny self?)

But any thoughts the emperor might have had were interrupted by the explanation

They were indeed planning a coup in the future. And it was indeed for his husband. But it was not a coup on behalf of Shen Yuan.

They wanted to marry Shifu.

And in their explanations, information slipped in that they did not want to upset Shifu, so they could not kill their brothers, but they took into account their father's experience and found a solution

They want to become Shen Yuan's harem

The only reason Bingge did not laugh at the absurdity of the situation was his shock. And apparently, Shen Yuan was in a similar situation

After the battle of the week, Tony quickly leaves. Strange arrives and Friday sends him to the lab

Afterwards, they both go out to the kitchen and Tony dramatically asks "well, doc, how much time do I have left?"

Strange very sympathetically says "a week, two at most"

Tony sighs very heavily

"Friday warn Pepper and Rhodey. Аnd Doc? Thank you"

"I can't do anything"

"Well, it's better to know for sure than to languish in the unknown"

"You react better than I thought"

"This has to end sometime, I have enough on my plate without having to worry about this. It will be hard though, especially for Pepper if anything leaks to the media"

Why do people think that Joker would be an "unimaginably dangerous threat" if he became a ghost?

To use a great quote from my favorite D&D company

(I can see Danny saying this after the Joker's ghost came back after Danny accidentally killed him)

Joker is, oh my bad, was just a crazy killer. And only just formed.

If those of his victims who become ghosts do not tear him apart, then I am sure that many who have not reached Danny's powers will simply will destroy his clown bum

The League cannot interfere, except for the Dark League, because "oooh possessed superman, fear me"

but they do not interfere anyway

The only ones for whom he will be a problem (if he does not die completely earlier) - Bats. Batman in particular.

So, as you can see, nothing will change

(And even then, this is until they find ways to resist ghosts)

So Denny is 16, tired and retired as a hero (not as the crown prince though) And since he has fewer obstacles now, he has improved his grades, so the school sends him and a bunch of other kids to the Stark Industries Young Talent Show Denny's identity as the Phantom is Schrodinger's secret. It's unknown until asked. So everyone in town except G.I.W. and his parents knows. And Denny knows they know. And they know Denny knows they know.

Everyone brought crafts. Some brought something cool. Some brought something that didn't work. Someone brought a volcano made of soda (It attracted too much attention, but it was an Amity Parker craft and everyone from Amity Park is weird)

Danny didn't do much preparation, which he told the first person who came to his stand without even taking his eyes off his phone

"My childhood craft, slightly modified to add branding"

Danny made it at eight (first successful attempt).

"It" was a black flying skateboard with green accents which could be gathered into a white bracelet with blue accents.

The further the conversation went, the more interesting it became.

Knowing who he was talking to, Denny throws in information about the anti-ecto acts and after a satisfactory reaction also hints that he and his teenage friends were heroes in their town and that if they could do something without fear of the government, it would be much easier.

Fast forward a year. The UN and US government are horrified by the Antiecto Acts after the ghosts are confirmed to be sentient. (And terrified of the treatment of the royalty of infinite worlds, but only a few know about this)

Danny is a backup hero in case of the end of the world. Because he 1) has already prevented it a couple of times. 2) Is very strong. 3) Retired.

But the Exvengers want to bring back.. for reasons (drama reasons).

Basically. They are shocked with Danny.

Tony is NOT adopting Danny. Peter? Maybe. But not Danny. He already has a rich Fruitiloop who wants to adopt him. And, regardless of what the Fenton parents do (reform or not), he has Jazz, Clockwork, and Frostbite. (Maybe it's not so great to have your sister as one of your parental figures, but it is what it is.)

Honestly, after reading the system for a while, I realized one thing I kin Shen Yuan This novel pisses me off, but I continue to consume content on it I get annoyed with certain types of commentators, mostly those who talk nonsense about my favorites or, in my opinion, misunderstand the characters

I think everyone has seen the variation where Danny kills the Joker and Jason (and maybe other bats?) sees his panic and then congratulates him

But what if his panic was stronger? He's never killed before. All but a couple of his enemies were dead before they fought him. Or at least half dead But that clown? Oh my god, he was alive. Yes, he smelled like ecto (which only added to the freak show vibe and the panic reaction) but he was alive And Danny killed him

Danny's panic about his first kill, about meeting a crazy clown, about his screw up version that killed

And the fact that that hot guy in the domino mask (wasn't he wearing a full red one?) is laughing doesn't help at all Oh, here come the police. Are they going to arrest him?

with the bats just appearing there and distracting the police he can almost feel a small relief from the realization that the clown is evil interrupted by terror from the memories of their discussions with Sam and Tucker that Batman is very obsessed with his clown and does not allow anyone to kill him and what does this mean for Danny now?

Eventually Jason will turn his attention to his hero and notice that he does not look proud. Or at least somehow good. He looks like he is now choosing whether to faint from horror or puke from the blood on his shoes pouring from the clown's head, from which the guy can not take his eyes off and- oh The calmed rage of the pit rises to protect who made him afraid who made him cry!? Well, it looks like Jason will have to be a hero to his hero. And it needs to happen now. No, the police and B can wait. Get lost.

Okay, you know the whole "Danny is a scientist at WE but his coworkers shun him because he's really smart and really nice" thing and it's not only suspect in Gotham but also a surefire path to villainy or heroism and Danny has made it very clear that he's against heroism (he's actually criticized teenage heroism because, you know, he's been there doing that)

So

I'd like to see them marginalize him so much (not on purpose though) that he eventually stops trying to be friends with his coworkers even though he's still nice

And then after Danny has completely given up, at some point (the attack on the company and the building is isolated for example) he drops a line and everyone realizes that he WAS a teenage hero and when asked about it he's COMPLETELY OPEN about his past.

Like "yeah, typical origin story with not so typical other stuff. But I'm retired now because I was able to befriend my rogues and we agreed on a sparring schedule!" and "oh yeah, I was cloned and they were going to kill me, but I talked them out of it and now I have another sister!" and "I fought my evil future self, but he's now in rehab and getting better!"

And everyone's like. Oh. He's just sweet

But the thing is

Denny tried, and now he doesn't need all that work friendship. He's not as lonely as he was in the beginning (I'm personally a "dead on main" fan, so say hi to cute neighbor Jason!)

I don't know where this is going. Sorry for the rambling

I just want his coworkers (and maybe bats) to realize that this guy was very lonely in the new city, just wanted to be friends and he's really cool

And now he's not so open to the idea of friendship with colleagues. Rogue on the other hand...

When I read about Maddie and Jack not accepting Danny as their son and being convinced that ghosts are just imitations of personalities, I so badly want them to become ghosts themselves and just realize that they are wrong A deep understanding of how much pain they caused their son Especially if they become full ghosts with instinctual knowledge (instincts, differences in species, what halfs are, etc.) and just Ah. Our son is still alive. Despite us.
