i’ve done this before and my weight has plateaued since then so i’m doing this again! it will be a wednesday tomorrow and i’m not waiting till next week to do this so i start at day 3. i’m doing fasting on the side as well as some cardio so i rlly hope this works

i feel like i ate so much bc i feel so full, then i remember i drank a tumbler of plain coffee. i had vegetables, two mini egg rolls, a bits of stuff. still feel like a fatty, but as im eyeing all the food at this party i know i wont put anything in my mouth until i get to burn all the cals i ate off😭

christmas eve. fought my bf the night prior and i might as well have ruined his xmas. why did he have to choose such a mean stupid fatty like me for a gf.
family video called relatives back at home. theyre together making music, laughing, and being happy. here i am wallowing in my foolishness and god, my body. i saw my younger cousin; shes skinny, pretty, and plays guitar far better than me when i was her age.

I lost 5lbs in the last 10 days… I don’t think i can stop. seeing the numbers go down on the scale is an addiction.
if ur gonna ask how i did it just know i walk/run (mainly walk) 10k-15k steps everyday and eat less than 200 cals a day. but i’ve been fasting for 2 days now so i jus been sippin on liquids bahaha obviously liquids that r 10 cals or less.

I find it really helpful to spread food on my plate and eat it piece by piece. I mean, to cut it into a hundred pieces, look at it, not tv or your phone, and put only this one tiny little piece into your mouth, chew 30 times and drink water. Really make the process as slow as possible.
