I’m back with a Sebcroc doodle! It’s been awhile since I’ve drawn the little guy. Here we have him hurrying to help Silver get ready for classes! A knight of Malleus can’t be late to class, it would be devastating….according to Sebcroc 😂

I’m currently on vacation so I probably won’t post till the end of the week at the earliest…when I do post though, prepare for a new twst oc! A little hint about him is that he is based off of one of my favorite disney movies that features robots…does that give it away 🤖

In a world of my own ✏️

Back with another character that I haven’t drawn in awhile, Riddle Rosehearts! I’m sure there times in Riddle’s childhood when he just dreamed on his ideal life, perhaps even drew it out, wishing he could live in it. That’s what I’m trying to convey with this piece, using some colored pencil and crayon textures for an added childlike touch.

I hope you all enjoy! I’m finally out for summer so I’m hoping to tackle some of the projects I started/wanted to start throughout this past year. As for what’s next…who knows

Watching it burn 🔥

I was inspired by a scene in the new season of Black Butler of Sebastian being engulfed in flames. I immediately thought of Rollo and him being swarmed by his work of the fire lotuses in the Glorious Masquerade. It’s been soooo long since I’ve drawn Rollo, but I had a lot of fun with it, especially the fiery background!

I also came across a tumblr post this week and it reminded me of Rollo and his hatred of Malleus. Like to get rid of him (along with magic) he went to the lengths of designing a huge, extravagant event where they got food, music, and sight seeing….sounds like such a terrible time lol Anyways, hope you enjoy the silly comic! ✨

First Meetings ✨

I can’t believe that I haven’t drawn Savanaclaw Rook before, I absolutely love his design! I love how scruffy and wild he looks, I bet he used to be such a troublemaker. I’ve been wanting to draw first year Rook and Vil meeting one another for a long time, yet I never got around to it before today. I like to picture first year Vil with long hair…I don’t know why, I just do 😂

This was a fun piece to make! I wanted to use bright colors, taking some inspiration from the upcoming twst anime as all the scenes so far have such vivid colors. Hope y’all enjoy! Not sure if I’m working on something more Leah and Knight of Dawn, Sebcroc, or something else entirely…stay tuned! 🤩

It’s finally done! My comic showing my take about how Leah and the Knight of Dawn met. It takes place at what I believe to be the start of the fae and human conflict. At this point in time Leah hasn’t yet learned Henrick is evil and power hungry as he’s just starting down that path towards taking his father’s crown, so that’s why she’s excited to see him…plus he just came back from a deadly mission where he brought back this new guy, the Knight of Dawn.

It’s not often I do a full color comic, but I couldn’t help myself because I just enjoyed making it so much. I have ideas for another comic covering how the king and Henrick discovered and took in the Knight of Dawn…but I also have more ideas for Leah and the Knight of Dawn falling in love…we shall see which I draw first 👀

Another Day 🛏️

It’s another piece for the Shroud brothers! I already did a piece inspired by Undertale, so it’s fitting that I finally do one inspired by FNAF. I really enjoy doing pixel art and it was cool to mash up the bedroom from FNAF 4 with Idia/Ortho’s room from STYX. Of course, it’s not a Idia/Ortho piece if it doesn’t have sad undertones…one day I’ll draw them so happy to make up for it.

Also, sorry it’s been awhile! I was recovering from my recent surgery so I’ve been taking it slow. Hopefully by the end of next week my updates will be back to my usual, but we shall see 🤷‍♀️

Out of curiosity, what did Silver's wings looks like?

Silver’s wings were reminiscent of butterfly wings! For each of Diasomnia’s wings in my Neverland AU I tried to incorporate a symbol of them into their wings. Malleus obviously has his horns and his dragon form, so I gave him dragon inspired wings. Then Lilia has his bat-like appearance as well as his bats that follow him in game, so I gave him bat-like wings. For Sebek I tried to make his wings look like lightning bolts because of his unique magic as well as his hair. Silver is known for animals liking him so I went with butterfly wings for him, plus they would be super pretty to draw.

Sadly Silver loses these gorgeous wings early in this au, but he does not let that dampen his spirits! He’s got his animal friends to help him out as well as his Diasomnia fam!

What is ortho in zoo au?

Ortho is an iDog! It’s an old toy I had when growing up that was like a pet robot dog. It could play music, make noises, etc. I loved this thing like I EVEN HAD CLOTHES FOR IT 😭

So in the Sebcroc au/NRC Zoo au, instead of Idia creating robot Ortho, he creates iDog Ortho! He originally made it as a gift for Ortho and Ortho would take it everywhere, including the day he and Idia were going to leave STYX for an adventure. After Ortho gets caught by a phantom, Idia finds the iDog in a puddle of blot replaying audio from Ortho’s last moments. After the incident, Idia fixes it up and finds that it has a mind of its own, even Idia can’t figure it out. He likes to believe that perhaps a piece of Ortho lives on in his beloved toy, but that’s just a childish hope…or is it? 👀

Cut short ✂️

Did another line less piece, but this time featuring Idia and Ortho! I originally had like three different compositions in mind for this piece because of the scissors, but I ultimately went with them in a more horizontal position. I was inspired by the scene of the three fates cutting the string from Hercules, twisting it to make it seem like Idia is watching how his choice to leave STYX for the day cut his brother’s life short.

One day I’ll draw Idia and Ortho happy, but that day wasn’t today 😔 As for what’s next…I’m thinking Pomefiore, Heartslabyul, or possibly…Silver’s parents? We shall see!

Perfection may erode with time, but its impact never will ✨

Art block ended! 🤩 This past week I was just stuck in a doodle loop, like I would just do little sketches but could not think of any big pieces to do…until now! I saw some old Red Velvet concept photos where the girls were ballerinas on music boxes and I immediately thought of Vil.

I had a lot of fun with the pose and the coloring. I wanted to color Vil as if he were made of porcelain, so I chose some light and golden colors. To clash with the brightness of Vil, I went with a really dark background. I hope you all enjoy! ✨

Diasomnia fairy doodle dump! I finished reading Wings of Starlight, the new Pixie Hollow book, and was inspired to revisit my TWST x Neverland AU! I touched up some of the outfits and designs for each of the Diasomnia boys, while also creating some looks for General Lilia and Meleanor.

The other doodles I did touch on some of my ideas for the AU, like Malleus is obsessed with garden gnomes, thinking they are some kind of silent protectors made by humans. Sebek is always on the prowl for new ones to show his liege as he knows they make him happy. Then the others touch on some backstory for Lilia, Malleus, and Meleanor. The Nocturnal Fae are attacked by a flock of ravens and Meleanor leaves the future ruler with Lilia while determined to take care of the threat…sadly she does not make it back from the fight 😔

To find what lies beyond 🗝️

Another piece to practice some dramatic lighting! Again, the new Black Butler ending was my inspiration mixed with some old ideas for Riddle I had tucked away. I had fun using lots of muted colors for this piece while trying to balance the lighting. I wasn’t sure what to have Riddle reaching for, but I then remembered the scene from the manga when he’s reaching for the door after his Overblot, so I did something similar here. Hope you enjoy! ✨

Surprise! A quick Silver piece I made after watching the new episode of Black Butler. I absolutely LOVED the ending, so much so that I just had to try that super dramatic lighting. I chose to draw Silver because he reminds me so much of Snake from Black Butler from the looks to how quiet he is. I figured that since there’s a stage in the background, it just makes sense to do the Glorious Masquerade outfit.

I’d love to do some more Black Butler inspired pieces. One day I will draw Kalim and Jamil as Soma and Agni…Black Butler fans probably know what scene I would draw 👀

No need for wishes with you by my side 👑🏹🍎

Happy birthday to Vil Schoenheit! Each year I’ve done a comic for Vil’s birthday, but this year I decided to do something different. I know opinions are mixed on the live action Snow White, but I really like this song from it. After listening to it a couple times, it made me think of Vil wishing and hoping for his lofty goals of being number one in the world’s eyes; however, he comes to realize he’s already number one to those who matter most, those always by his side rather than random people he will never know.

I tried to do some different techniques here and there and I like how they turned out, especially the shot of Vil turning around! The wishing well was also fun to do as I got to play around with how to show the water and images moving around in the reflection. Anyways, enough of my ramblings, I hope you all enjoy! ✨

Out of sight, out of mind 🦁

Inspired by the scene in Beauty and the Beast, here we have an old portrait of Leona hidden away in a closet somewhere in the palace, long since forgotten. I tried to position the rips in the portrait to represent Leona’s scar….wonder who might have made those rips? I had fun trying out lots of textures for this piece and I really like how it turned out, especially the picture frame, it looks so rusted and metallic.
