“How dare you lay hands on my son!” 🦇⚔️

An angst filled return to my Neverland AU! This is not only the moment Silver lost his wings, but also when Lilia loses his long hair in my au. There were nocturnal fae jealous of the new diurnal fairy, Silver, that was taken in by the Wing Snatcher, Lilia Vanrouge, and they kidnapped him one day. On that fateful day, they cut off Silver’s beautiful wings, causing him to never fly again. Luckily, Sebek notices Silver’s absence and tells Lilia, who immediately searches for his son, but by the time he finds him…it’s too late. Lilia takes revenge on the fae and while dodging one of their strikes, Lilia loses his long locks.

Before Lilia can go too far, Malleus arrives and orders Lilia to stand down because even though it would be fair to rip those fae apart for what they did, it’s not right. One day I’ll draw the full comic of this moment, but for now take this little glimpse…it would even be fun to try and write this all up…but where’s the time for that 🤪 Leave any questions for the au in my inbox and I’ll answer as soon as possible! ✨

A night to remember and a sight to never forget 🌌

Here’s another birthday comic for the birthday boy, Vil! This time I wanted to focus on Jack and Vil, specifically the moment Vil mentions in one of his birthday cards about how Jack took him to see the aurora as kids. I just think that’s so sweet of him to literally take Vil out to see the stars, like imagine a cuter set of friends 😭

I had a lot of fun designing their winter fits as well as designing a look for Jack’s mom! I tried to make her look similar to Jack because I like to think that he takes after his mom more than his dad. Anyways, I forgot how long making comics can be, so sorry this took so long, but I’m really happy with how it turned out! Who will feature in next year’s Vil birthday comic? I’m thinking his dad, or perhaps Leona…we shall see! ✨

Thought I’d share this again since it’s Vil’s birthday! I’m currently working on Vil’s birthday comic for this year, but it won’t be done till Wednesday or Thursday.

This year the comic will feature Jack and Vil whereas last time I focused on Rook and Vil. ✨

To you, the fairest one of all ✨

This comic takes place right after the VDC! I like to think that Vil and Rook had a conversation like this after the excitement of the day settles down and they get their stuff from Ramshackle before heading back to Pomefiore. I think that after Vil’s Overblot and Rook’s betrayal that they had a heart to heart similar to this in order to reaffirm where they stand in their relationship, which is by each other’s side as what’s the Fairest Queen without her loyal huntsman?

Once again, happy birthday to Vil! I hope you all enjoyed this comic as much as I did! 💕

No tag line like my usual posts because this new Vil card has consumed my brain and all its thoughts 🤪 We love seeing Vil get his own event in his birthday month with the most gorgeous card I’ve ever seen in twst 🤧 Like the twst artists outdid themselves with this one, I hope their pillows are cold forever and always. It hurts knowing I can’t pull this card for like a year, but I shall wait and continue to hoard my gems as Malleus taught me to do.

I also added to this post a new Sebcroc outfit! The Deuce bunny event is coming up so I figured I’d go ahead and draw a new icon for myself. Sebcroc’s outfit is one that would match with Silver’s, I just really love all the bows…they are such a cute detail. Speaking of outfits I love, what other outfits do you all want to see Sebcroc in? Maybe I’ll draw some of them in the future…

I’m late to this trend, but I finally got around to drawing it! Idia was the perfect choice since he’s such a gamer and I know he would enjoy Undertale. I wanted to show his growth as a person and how despite everything he’s been through, it’s still him. Idia went from doing anything to escape his past and reality, to realizing that he can live, that there is still a future for him as long as he shows the strength to pursue it.

Anyways, enough of my Idia ramblings. I’m about to lose my mind over the new Vil event and cards, like I never redraw cards but I’m on my way to draw that new Vil card right now. Hope you all enjoy and get ready for many Vil posts 🤩

I wish that I could meet the younger me~ 🐍 (4/7)

Finally updating the Overblot Inner Child series after almost a year! I struggled on a concept for Jamil and went between basketball and breakdancing, among other concepts. I didn’t want to force it and come out with something I didn’t like, so I waited for inspiration to strike, which it did the other day playing the tsum event and seeing Jamil take to cooking for the others so quickly. He likes to be in charge of the kitchen and I figured he’d love to show his younger self all the recipes he’s learned from his classmate’s hometowns, not to mention his mastery of magic, which I’m sure little Jamil would be awestruck by.

I hope to continue this series soon and Vil will be the next one since I’m going in order. I already have some quick doodles of his piece as I’ve known what I wanted to draw for his piece from the start. We shall see if I work on another piece first or dive straight into the next piece in this series. 👀✨

Tried something different with my coloring of this piece! I played with lots of greens and some harsh colors that contrast each other. I’ve loved the platinum birthday cards with all the different frames and references to their Disney counterparts, so I played with that concept with this piece. Silver and Malleus…I can’t wait for what Book 7 has in store for the two of them as well as what the ultimate showdown might be 👀

Anyways, always fun to draw Diasomnia and I really like how Silver and Malleus look here. I went with a darker color for Silver’s hair with some purple/pink undertones, which I like a lot. I’m not sure what dorm I’m going to draw next, but I’m starting to sketch out Vil’s birthday comic because April will be here before you know it!

“Last chance to back out, Rook.” 💇✨

For a long time I’ve wanted to draw Savanaclaw Rook, but I just never had the time between all my projects. I still can’t believe the lore drop in Book 6 where it’s revealed that Rook was originally in Savanaclaw, like it shook me. It made perfect sense, but we never heard about someone transferring dorms, only that it was a looooong process. Here we have Rook about to get his iconic bob, which I like to think was courtesy of Vil.

Also drew Vil with long hair because I like to think that he had long hair in his first year but eventually cut it short. I think I’m going to try and do one or two more small pieces before I have to start working on Vil’s birthday comic! This year’s birthday comic will feature Vil and Jack! 🎉

I feel like Trey didn’t need to be taken in the neverland AU….

Or maybe he went willingly with Riddle when Riddle became a part of Neverland and Riddle was like “yeah sure I can see that you need my guidance!” When really they just want to stay together… 😭😭😭

And Deuce missing his mommmm I bet he’s staying determined to be better for his mom! 😭😭😭

And Cater not wanting to return to his responsibilities so he makes sure he acts out so he never has to leave because he hates his home life. 😭😭😭

And I feel like in this AU maybe Ace lost his brother because there was this feeling of sadness and loss there with the picture but he wasn’t actually there. And we know how much Ace loves his brother… 😭😭😭

I’m glad you’ve already picked up on Trey being the odd man out…Riddle believes that every name he receives is a child would needs to be taught the rules…but what if he’s wrong? Is that why those names are being spoken to Riddle 👀 But Trey doesn’t mind being onboard the Queen’s Court as he becomes very attached to Riddle after realizing how lonely Riddle is.

Deuce definitely wants to be better for his mom! I carried that motivation from the game over to my au because I just love him trying to better himself. Now will he have any easy journey with Riddle? Certainly not, especially with Ace at his side.

Cater…there’s so much I could say about him, but I think his profile does a good job hinting at his backstory. He doesn’t want to return, which is obvious seeing how many times he was supposed to return (even though that is going right over Riddle’s head), but the question remains: why?

Ace…I really messed around with his home life, which I’ve made very different from the game just to play with his growth in the AU as well as his relatability to other characters *cough* mother-son relationships *cough* Riddle *cough* Ace will be the most outspoken in the AU and he spurs on a lot of growth for all the characters just like in the game.

I noticed that you put cater as having the same home town as the rest of heart slabyul- is that on purpose? Cates from the shaftlands and not the queendom, I wanted to make sure you knew /gen

This was on purpose for the sake of the au! It’s a mix of a reference to the original Peter Pan taking place in London as well as a choice by me to have all the characters from a huuuuge city and never meeting one another before Neverland.

It’ll play into how they start to get along as they realize how much they have in common, how they must’ve come across each other and not known, etc. There’s a scene I’m eager to write towards the end of the Heartslabyul arc where all of them living in London is a big plot point.

Some glimpses of the backgrounds of the Heartslabyul boys in my Neverland AU! Riddle keeps meticulous records of each boy who joins his crew, writing down their behaviors, what attitudes need to improve, comments, and the most important thing of all: their departure date. Once Riddle deems a boy of no longer being a troublemaker, he sets a departure date for when they will return to the mainland; however, the date depends on the improvement of behavior, so it could be quick or long into the future. ✨

Hopefully, you enjoy these little snippets of each boy’s background as well as some photos that capture moments aboard the Queen’s Court. I’m eager to work on more for the Heartslabyul boys, but I’m also excited to start revealing the designs of the other dorms. Also, again I’m tagging Ortho…it will make sense eventually in the AU! 🤩

“Welcome aboard the Queen’s Court, wayward soul.” 🌹

It’s finally done! I’ve been so excited to reveal the role of Heartslabyul in my Neverland AU! So Riddle, or should I say Captain Rosehearts, takes rule breakers from the mainland and brings them back to Neverland aboard his ship, the Queen’s Court, in order to reform them. Once the rule breakers have learned to follow the rules and be better than they were, they are brought back to the mainland.

I want to do some character sheets for each of the Heartslabyul boys explaining how they ended up aboard the Queen’s Court, so I hope to have those out soon, maybe by the end of this weekend. They will also include the outfits each of the Heartslabyul boys wears aboard the Queen’s Court. Oh the Ortho tag will make sense eventually…he is somewhere in this comic…🫣 If you have any questions for the au feel free to leave them in my inbox and I’ll answer them as soon as possible! Always fun to draw a sweet father and son moment between Silver and Lilia. I referenced the scene from Sleeping Beauty where the fairies prepared for Aurora’s birthday, but I put my own spin on it with the expressions and background. I think my favorite part has to be either Lilia’s hair or Silver’s little doodles in the background…I think I have to go with the doodles because they turned out really cute 🤧

Now I’m going to focus on my Heartslabyul piece and I hope to have it ready to post this weekend! I think it’s going to be in grayscale with some pops of color here and there….but we shall see 😎

And a Jack piece to round out this Savanaclaw streak I’ve been on. One part of Book 2 that I don’t see talked about much, is how Jack looked up to Leona and had his image of him shattered when he joined and learned of how lazy and deceptive Leona is. I might have drawn Jack a bit too young (I like to think he looked all cute and then puberty hit him like a truck but that’s just my headcannon) but he got to watch Leona play while he was still in middle school. It’s interesting seeing Jack’s relationship with Leona develop and change across the different books and events.

Anyways, I usually don’t draw Savanaclaw, but sudden Book 2 inspiration just struck and I wanted to challenge myself by drawing characters I don’t usually draw. I hope you all enjoyed this series! Now, I promise that my next big piece will be my Heartslabyul pirate comic! It will cover how a certain troublemaker “joined” Riddle’s crew….stay tuned ♥️
