hi my names erin and i’m 17. i’m currently living with my verbally and mentally abusive mother because i have no other option. my mother called my job and told them i quit. she also took all of my money except my debit card, but she transferred out all of my money so i have nothing. i’m not allowed to eat. she says i don’t deserve it. i have a heart deformity that causes my blood pressure to become dangerously low when i don’t eat. my mom knows this and is taking advantage of this. i haven’t had anything other than tea in 37 hours. even one dollar gets me a lunchable and lets me survive. please help me

can we acknowledge how beautiful the pursuit of knowledge for knowledge’s sake is? like we have the other houses with their loyalty and courage and ambition, and then there’s the ravenclaws, who just wanna discover cool shit. this is kinda a generalization, but you get my point. I think curiosity is extremely underrated in today’s society: no one has time for questions, and there are so many more “productive” things you can do rather than ask why. but I feel like curiosity drives a large part of human nature. we wanna know what’s out there, you get me? and this just turned into another ramble, but that value of curiosity is what makes Ravenclaw house so great. y’all are literally asking the questions that drive human progress, keep it tf up!!
