Ch.13 Creepypasta x Fem!reader(pt2)
As Jack raised his gun, preparing to shoot, it lunged. Claws spread, its fang-like teeth snarling midair as its dark human-like eyes pierced through him like a spear. He was frozen, trapped in an inescapable trance. Masky acted quickly when he realized that his comrade had stiffened. Pushing Jack away, he slammed his blade into the side of the creatures face sending it flying like a pathetic mutt. Jack was in shock but tried to collect his composure quickly and this time actually shoot the thing so they could take it back, but as he was about to raise his right hand he noticed the gun was missing, thrown across the room when he fell.
His eyes widened hand attempting to take it but the moment he moved, horrid growling erupted, echoing off the stone walls. Rake had gotten up, blood pouring out from its mouth crevice as small chunks of broken off paper-thin flesh hung like tree leaves from its face, eyes devoured by gluttonous blood lust. It studied them both, daring them to move a muscle. Masky stood calmly, one of his hands gripping the crimson smeared knife, preparing himself for anything the thing thought of doing. The Rake was unpredictable, what it lacked in strength it gained in sheer speed and agility, that's what made the masked man fear most, as it was almost sure to severely hurt at least one of them before it would let itself get caught.
" Why are you here?" Masky finally spoke. Each word was pronounced teasingly slow, tone full of dominance, asserting the fact that he had the upper hand in the situation. Rake only looked at him, its lanky body quivering in desire. " Why did you leave the forest?" Masky said once more, scanning for some kind of response. Even the smallest acknowledgement of his words would help him understand the situation, but there was nothing. Frustration began to seize through him as he once more vocalised. " Answer my god damn question Rake..." The mentioning of its name seemed to grab its attention, quickly twisting its elongated neck towards Masky, beginning to shake even more, claws scratching and denting the concreate.
This action gave Jack the chance to pounce towards the gun, the sudden movement alerting the creature who jumped to stop him with a shriek but before it could even flinch, Jack harshly grabbed it, falling to his side as he shot twice. The two large needle-like darts penetrating the air at a great speed, both landing on their target. The liquid inside them drained as it entered the things system. At first, it wobbled, trying to keep itself up, but the tranquillizer worked quickly and made it collapse on the ground in mere seconds.
Both men simultaneously let out a sigh of relief. It was finally over. Picking himself up Jack approached the beast, checking if it was still alive. " Jesus, ok so these didn't kill him." He closed his eyes, happy that he could finally go back to the cabin. " Id hope so, one is already quite strong. But no matter, we should just get on our way and bring it back." Masky was strangely withdrawn as he spoke, slowly approaching The Rakes body almost cautiously. He scanned it, stiffly standing over Jack's hunched over frame. "Jack, give me the gun." " What?" He asked confused glancing at his comrade with intrigue. " No questions, just give it and step aside, gently." This time he demanded, reaching out his hand expecting compliance. Jack didn't try to protest, as he just handed it, gently getting up and backing away from them both.
At first, he checked the gun. Opening the compartment he saw that there were only two darts inside. One was missing. His eyes quickly fell upon the darts themselves, plucking one of them out of its body. The liquid inside was fully drained, and it more or less looked all right. Its small slender form outlined with a nice silver tint and black frame, nothing out of the ordinary. But strangely there was still something wrong, he could feel it down to the bottom of his soul, though he couldn't physically see anything wrong, preparing to put it down he remembered. The liquid tranquillizer had a smell, it wasn't easy to catch, but if you smelled it once you would most likely notice it again if your senses were heightened enough.
Jack on the other hand was confused, looking at Masky fiddle with the darts but didn't want nor care to disturb him. His body ached from the fall. Lately, it had begun to weaken, many factors played in its decay. But the main being that he wasn't open to any real human resources since he had been assigned so much work, not allowing any time to hunt properly. He felt his stomach twinge, sighing he reached in his back pocket, pulling out a small tube of pills and popping two in his mouth, swallowing them dry. He looked inside the container seeing that those were the last two, a frustrated groan escaped his mouth, muffled by the blue mask he wore. He looked up again, about to call Masky to get the body and leave so he could get a refill. Noticing that the man had half of his mask off. It would have been an understatement to say that Jack was confused, watching as his partnered smelled the dart incessantly, almost like a druggy getting their latest fix.
Again he didn't say a word, knowing full well that his words would fall on deaf ears as he chose to blissfully trust the masked man. But then he suddenly froze, the air somehow turning even colder than it already was. Masky began slowly lowering the dart and he too backed away from its body. " What's going on-" Jack quietly inquired but was subsequently shushed by the small movement Rake began making. His eyes went wide, confused as to why it was able to move, those darts aren't any joke why was this even happening. Millions of questions crossed his mind, and he didn't have an answer to one of them.
Then suddenly the beast awoke, jolting itself up and blindly going forwards. Jacks eyes widened even more as he instinctively pushed Masky to the side when he noticed it going in his direction. Rake caught his left arm, biting down vigorously on it, ready to rip it off. Jack struggled, begging to wrestle the creature with all the might he had left. He refused to let this be the end of him, especially at the hands of a low life like The Rake. The pain he felt was unmeasurable, Rakes nail-like teeth penetrating every layer of his hard grey ashy skin down to the bone, blooding pooling on the floor in a matter of seconds.
Masky at first wasn't sure how to reach, but he knew he had to act quickly or else both of them were as sure as dead. When he noticed that Rake had pinned Jack down he ran behind him and stabbed his back with his sharp blade, slicing it down almost effortlessly. The thing screamed bloody murder, its shrieks making the ground shake and forcing both of them to cover their ears. But Masky wasn't finished, beginning to punch and kick the beast all until it lost enough blood for it to drop this time. The thud its lengthy body made when it roughly collided on the floor made both of the men feel this strange sense of accomplishment unmatched by any other.
Jack clenched his hand in pure agony as Masky approached him pulling out old bandages and other medical things he always kept on his person. Wrapping up his arm immediately. Moving to Rake and attempting to do the same, wanting to make sure that it at least be alive when it got brought back. Jack steadied himself, trying to soften the pain as he pulled his torso up, hunching over his arm in pain squeezing to stop the blood that fell out. " Why did it wake up?" The taller man stated in completed unbridled rage. " I'm not sure. That wasn't supposed to happen." Masky answered simply, focusing on his work. " No shit it wasn't supposed to. But it did. How the hell did the darts not work." " I don't know." The simple answers had begun to irritate Jack, but his anger had only caused his hand to hurt more. " The same way you didn't know that the girl would stab you," Jack said bitterly. The statement made Maskys face darken, but he didn't answer only continuing to work. Jack smirked, pleased that he was able to provoke him.
Jack was a perspective man, easily picking up on small things most people didn't. And he's begun to notice how minutely Maskys demeanour would change when the girl was brought up to question. But the pleasure was short-lived as he felt the pain shoot throughout his arm once more making him groan deeply. This made Masky look at him and frown even more. " How are we supposed to take it back in these conditions?" He was puzzled, this wasn't supposed to happen, how did it manage to wake up? " Well have to call someone, most likely multiple others to avoid it attaching us out of the blue like that," Masky answered his own question pulling out a small burner phone from his front pocket and quickly dialling an unknown number.
As Masky began to speak on the phone, Jack only looked down to the ground wishing that he was in the cabin.

Ch.12 (Creepypasta x Fem!Reader)
MAJOT TW WARNING: blood, gore and violence so if youre not able to take that please do not read
------------------------------------------------------------------------------
There he stood, under the moon's dull light, looking up at the stars, a single cigarette tucked behind his rough fingers as smoke escaped his lips. Usually, he would use this time to calm his nerves before work, but right at this moment, he was furious. He, the Operators greater soldier, his right-hand man, was sent to do scut work. To clear the mess his comrades made. It was absolutely below him. Crossing his arms sharply and inhaling the last of the cigarette, he angrily threw the bud to the ground. But that wasn't even the worst of it, he was sent to do that work with non-other than Jack. The man he despised most in this world, even the mere thought of him made the masked man shake in rage.
Looking down at his pocket watch he saw the time, twelve-thirty-one-am, he was late. Both of them were supposed to be there on time at exactly twelve-thirty-am, but it was so like Jack to be inconsiderate of others time. The man grumbled tilting down his head as he propped his back on a lamp post. It was the dead of night in a rich neighbourhood, this place was the last thing from dangerous, the type that most people who lived there would leave their doors unlocked at night. Most of the houses looked the same, blending into one another, with a white picket fence and freshly cut green grass the smell of which wafted through the night air. It looked sterile, right out of a horror movie. But that wasn't the man's concerned, right at this moment, he was focusing on the one in front of him. A nice large white home with a big front yard and a front porch.
The sound of footsteps approaching snapped him out of his thoughts. " You're late." He declared, not bothering to turn around and look at the person behind him. " I got the memo late all right, it's not my fault, get off my back." The tall man quickly shot back standing next to him, starting to analyze the house. " Yeah of course it's not." Masky spat under his breath staring at his pocket watch once more, calming his nerves. "So why were we called here? This isn't exactly our jurisdiction." Jack asked, beginning to carefully approach the house. "It's The Rake, he went nuts and ran out of bounds, we were sent to subdue him and get him back before they kill him. Here take this." Masky replied while quickly throwing Jack a small silver pistol. "It's got three sleeping darts inside of it, so use it sparingly, it's all we got. Also, be VERY careful the darts are strong and sharp it can knock someone cold with just a prick." " Yeah yeah, But why do I have to use it? Aren't you the one with the shooting experience? Plus shouldn't you also have something to subdue him with?" Jack asked in confusion as he analysed the gun, it was a standard-issue shooting pistol with a nice leather handle, where the operator symbol was engraved on, and metal body. " My shooting arm is broken, it happened a while back. And for your information I do have a way, I have a blade laced in a similar liquid the darts are made from, it's only a little bit weaker." Masky finished quietly climbing up to the front porch, the wooden steps cracking softly under his weight as he neared the front door. Jack only sighed in exasperation as he quickly followed suit.
Masky put his gloved fingers on the doorknob and without any effort, it creaked wide open, exposing the barren hallway. Dead silence filled the room in a flash as both of the men stepped inside, things were very off. The small hallway led to three doors, one was on the right and centre of the wall presumably leading to the garage. The one across from the front door led to the living room and the third door was right under a staircase on the left side of the hallway that led to the second floor. Jack readied the gun holding it tightly in both of his large hands, while Masky gripped the knife. The hallway itself was quite cold, both of the men had begun to examine it, at first they only noticed the few misplaced shoes and the dirty circular carpet but looking at it further under the dim light protruding from the front window there's seemed to be scratches littering on the floor.
" You take upstairs and ill take this floor," Masky said peering at his protege. Jack quickly nodded as he carefully began going up the stair. Masky took in a deep breath, steadying his nerves and once again checking his pocket watch for reassurance, before approaching the garage door. Carefully opening it he scanned the inside, empty. Closing it gently, he went towards the living room door that was slightly open. Pushing it further he was careful to go in, something in the back of his mind was telling him to be extremely careful, he gripped the somewhat large knife even tighter as he fully walked in. The room was very plain, immediately he noticed the tv was on, but the sound was muted, though he didn't try to turn it off as it was the only source of light in the room. Masky learned from his past missions that turning the lights on in a house can be the stupidest thing you could do. Walking further his steps silenced by the large almond carpet as he tried to find any kind of clue as to Rakes whereabouts.
The Rake, one of the most dangerous creatures in the forest, and to most, the most terrifying, with its large, pale, human-like body and sharp talon-like claws, able to cut through a thick tree with a single swing. But what made Masky fear him wasn't his appearance but his behaviour, unlike most of the brain-dead, animalistic monsters that littered the forest, that acted on only instinct, he was fully aware of what he was doing, having this level of intelligence and sentience that made shivers run up the mans spine. He was unbelievably dangerous if not handled with the utmost care. Though the stranges thing is, he wasn't the type to kill humans, he was a monster that didn't need human meat to sustain itself, The Rake was also a territorial being, so him going out of his territory bounds was rather peculiar.
Making his way through the room, he noticed there was a sign of struggle, crimson stains dirtied the carpet and there were more of the same scratches on the walls and floor. A few chairs from the wooden dining table, that was in the middle of the large room, had been misplaced or knocked on the grown. There weren't any kind of decorations on the walls except one large painting hung right above the fireplace, depicting five people, a mother, a father and three children. A dash of blood was covering the father's face. Advancing his way even further there were no singes of any bodied all until he reached one last door, the door that lead to the kitchen. The first thing masky noticed were the dark drag marks leading to it, they were very faint, barely detectable if you didn't pay attention. Taking in one last breath he swung open the door and bolted inside.
The first thing he saw would make most people scared for the rest of their lives but it barely fazed the masked man who only seemed to get more frustrated. There, in the middle of the narrow kitchen, piled atop of one another like trash, where the lifeless bodies were the residents of the house. Their bodies, barely recognisable from their past forms. A giant puddle of blood had formed around them, seeping into the crack of the kitchen tiles. The stench was almost unbearable as flies flew around them in circles, the mother's cold dead eyes stared into Maskys soul as her tongue hanging loose from her dislocated jaw. Chunks of flesh were smeared across the walls and furniture indicating that the struggle lead over into the kitchen, but something was missing. Masys eyebrows furrowed as he counted the bodies. One, two, three, four...the father was gone.
Meanwhile, as Jack climbed up the stairs he carefully investigating every step, being very mindful with every stride he took, not wanting to make any unneeded noise. The first five steps out of all ten didn't have any tell-tale sign, but the moment he reached the sixth he too started to notice the strange scratched on the hardwood, and all the wait up the remaining four there were faint drops of blood. That seem to peak Jacks interest as he quickly walked up the rest of the steps. Now standing on the edge of another narrow hallway he made a layout of it in his head. On the right wall was another single door while on the left wall were three doors and right across from him, at the end of the hallway was the last door.
First, he approached the door on the right, preparing his gun he softly opened the circular handle and checked inside, an empty bathroom. Closing the door once more he went to check the door on the left side, first checking the one that was closed to the stairs. It was a bedroom, most likely for a young boy, other than an unmade bed there was nothing out of the ordinary. Next, he checked the middle door, another bedroom this time belonging to a preteen girl, and again the only unusual thing was the unmade bed. Confusion laced the tall man's masked face as he made his way to the final door, right before he opened it something caught his eye, more bloody drag marks. They were again faint but still somewhat recognisable. They both lead to the last room on the left and the room at the end of the hallway.
Jack readied the gun once more quickly opening the last door on the left, revealing another bedroom with an unkempt bed. But something told him to fully search it. At first glance there was nothing out of the ordinary, it just looked like a room a teenage girl would live in, all until he walked up to the bed and threw the thick purple blankets to the side. Lying stiffly on the bleached white sheets was a long severed finger, staining the sheets with a dull red. Jack grunted, picking it up with his gloved hands and inspecting the stump. It was sliced off with something very sharp. Placing it in his front jean pocket he made his way to the final room, it was the parent's bedroom. A king-sized bed was placed in the middle of the room, which itself had a very minimalist look to it. But unlike the other rooms this one was destroyed, again showing signs of strain, with torn pillows and bedsheets, red-stained feathers everywhere and most importantly, large, deep claw marks.
But even so, there was still no one in the room, as the tall man was about to search further he heard his comrade calling him. " Jack, you got something," Masky said, loud enough for him to hear. " No. What about you?" He shot back leaving the room carefully, still being on guard. " Me neither, but there's something wrong. Five people live in this house, three kids two parents, four of their bodies I found but one is missing. I think that Rake might have taken him somewhere, have any idea where that could be?" Masky replied with correctness, his voice full of authority. " No, but I found a severed finger in one of the kid's rooms, and something went down in the master bedroom." Jack quickly replied going down the stairs, Masky only humming in response as he stood in front of the entrance. " Is there a change he took the last body and fled?" Jack asked finally reaching Masky. " There's no indication, plus Rake isn't the type to flee like that with extra baggage." Masky said calmly, going deep in thought. " Then where the hell could he have gone?" Jack muttered in frustration, staring bullets in the back of Maskys head. "There's only one room we haven't checked..." Masky began talking to himself, quickly strutting to the door under the stairs, he glanced at Jack before twisting the knob. Briskly opening it, he saw a narrow concrete flight of stairs going downwards. " There was a basement!" Jack whispered in delight as he began to walk down with his protege. They both took small precise steps, making sure that whatever was down there could hear them coming, both preparing their weapons as they reached the last step.
It was a large rectangular room, its walls made out of cold concrete blocks that bearly isolated the room. There was a washer and drier bolted to the wall and a few misplaced articles of clothing, but the thing that truly caught their eyes was the hunched over monster trembling in the middle of the room. Disgusting slushing sounds escaped from its large agape mouth as blood sprayed all around it. Right next to it was the decaying body of the last member of the house. It hardly had any meat on its bones, its ribcage fully showing from its paper thing skin, slowly its head began to turn to expose its large sharp teeth smeared in flesh and blood, its stiff dead eyes wide open and staring at both of them with hunger, in its arms it held the severed head of the father. His brain was fully showing as half of it was completely eaten. Jack stammered back a few steps, shocked by the sudden sight.
Regaining his composure he cocked the gun and turned off the safety. But before he could shoot it lunged...

Ch.11 Creepypasta x Fem! Reader
Four days had passed since their first brawl. Toby had observed her staggering improvement and powerful determination to learn. He hadn't seen that kind of behaviour in a long time. As nightfall came they began to clear up and head back. Both tired from the long day of training, Toby walking in front of her as they went on their way. The walk was peaceful, the night sky illuminating from the dense array of trees as the crickets chirped their lullaby. The sky was littered with beautiful stars and the girl couldn't pry her eyes away from them, looking up in amazement like a child on Christmas day. Toby on the other hand wasn't paying any attention to anything around him, with his hands in his pockets and head down, eyes focused on the patchy road ahead.
The walk to the cabin was beginning to feel longer than usual, the air now becoming tense from all the silence, but the girl still didn't bother to speak up as she knew it was futile. Toby was a man of few words, always keeping to himself, there would be days where they would only say two words to each other. This was a drastic change from what she was usually used to with the others, especially Ben. " So." Her thoughts were cut off as she looked at Toby, who had now slowed down and was walking in since with her. " Um yeah." She sighed out, looking ahead both hands in her large pockets. " Ab-about the necklace." He continued still trying to put his thoughts into words. " What about it." Her eyes widened a little, not expecting him to bring that up as she looked at him pulling it out from underneath her jumpsuit and holding the tiny bottle between her rough fingers. " D-di he tells you wh-why he gave y-you it?" He asked in his usual bored tone. " Yeah, he did. It's for safety and protection. He gave it to me almost two weeks ago and I usually wear it most of the day." She answered honestly softly smiling as she looked at the pretty plant inside of it. It calmed her looking at it. " Interesting." He said to himself not wanting her to hear him but she still managed to.
Her eyebrow raised, why was he so interested in the necklace all of the sudden. " So...do you and Ben get along or...?" She said trying to further the conversation while they walked to the cabin. Toby was hesitant with answering the question, as he took a moment to think of the right response to such a subject. " Yes a-and no. But more n-no. I te-nd to avoid that blab-blabbering idiot but h-he has his moment at ti-times. Very few a-a-and in between but st-still there non the l-less," He answered simply glancing at her direction as he did.
The girl was intrigued by his answer, she assumed he despised him as they were the polar opposite. The assumption wasn't unprompted either, as Toby didn't seem to like most people. " But then ag-again, he tries t-to hard. He acts too m-uch like a child. It's frust-rating." He finally finished his thought, looking back at the road and softly closing his eyes as he walked, admiring the cool night air. He hadn't felt this clam in a while, he enjoyed the feeling. So much so as a small smile crept up his lips. It wasn't noticed by the girl standing next to him but he didn't mind.
In the distance, they could make out the cabin, relief washing over both their bodies like a title wave. " Almost there, finally I can rest." The girl announced dramatically, sighing. It made Toby eye her watching her hunched form drag her feet while walking. Almost close to collapsing. He grunted, at this rate they'd reach it till next morning, clearing his throat he hunched down sweeping her off her feet. She was startled by the sudden action as her eyes widened in surprise, now settled in his arms bridal style. " WHAT! What the hell are you doing? Put me down." She shrieked flailing her arms. But it was to no use as she was too tired to do any harm. Toby grunted as she thrashed, waiting for her to stop and when she did, he smiled softly picking up his pace.
The girl was surprised at how he was able to hold her weight, as he looked quite thin, but as her back pressed against his arms she could feel the defined muscle. Toby didn't say anything, he seemed like the extra weight didn't even affect him. She could hear his heartbeat, it was slow and quiet. The soothing rhythm made her relax even further melting into his arms. They finally reached the cabin, but Toby didn't bother to put her down, no he managed to open the door with her in his hands and she barely noticed. Walking inside, warm air hit his face making him sight. Going to the living room he carefully set her down on the couch and stepped away.
The girl sat upright, her whole body resting as she softly smiled. It had been a while since she could get some rest. Toby had walked to the kitchen slowly lowering his mask and pouring himself some water, looking into the living room while he drank it. He could see the back of the girls head. " Did you also have to train as I do?" The girl's voice broke his peaceful trance. He cleared his throat pondering on his answer as he usually did. " Not r-really." He simply said rinsing the cup and putting it back into the self. " What do you mean by that?" She perfused, wanting to know him better. " Well," He sighed putting his mask back to place and walking towards her, sitting down on the armchair next to the couch. " You have y-y-your duties so you ne-need a different type of trai-ning and mentors. M-my mentor was much wo-worse than we a-a-are."
The girl let out a snort when hearing the last part, looking at him with a curious look. " Really, how so?" " He i-i-is a being co-comprised of pure e-evil so you could imagine it your-yourself." " Pure evil? Is this the Operator man everyone is talking about?" " Bingo." Shed started to get frustrated by how short his answer always was, shed has to ask multiple different questions to know the smallest thing. " What's up with this Operator fella? If he's so powerful why does he need a human guarding his forest?" " Easy. A human is a b-b-basic, morally grey, being. F-for example, you we-were chosen be-because you weren't all t-that good bu-but not all that bad, in the mi-ddle aka The middle-man. So it d-doesn't matter how po-powerful h-he is if there's no real ba-lance in the fo-forest and your j-j-job is to hold that balance." He finished taking a big sigh and slouching on the couch, making it clear that he didn't feel like talking anymore. Soon he would fall asleep.
The girl watched him thoughtfully, eventually getting up. They had finished a little earlier than usual, at this time she would be heading back to eat and then go to bed but something was telling her to look around the cabin, something she wasn't able to do. There were no bookshelves. Its walls were all very sterile and plain. Same for the kitchen. But something in her gut was telling her to go up the stairs, slowly approaching the railing she sighed, with every careful step she would look behind her to make sure Toby was asleep. Reaching the final step she let out a breath she didn't know she was holding, the narrow hallway felt longer than before, and she felt strange not immediately heading to the left.
Turning her body to the other side of the dimly lit hallway at the end was a door, she hadn't noticed it before. ' Was that there?' She asked herself approaching it and reaching for the gold knob. The door was painted in a thick layer of black paint, scratches and carving covering its whole surface, one of the larger carvings was crossed out circle. A chill when up to her spine when she noticed it quickly pulled back her hand. Taking in another harsh breath and mustering up the courage she turned the knob, but it didn't budge. She pressed her whole body on the door and began to push but it still wouldn't work, finally, she got frustrated and began to hit and thrash the door handle. But it still didn't move, so she had to reluctantly give up.
There was something important they were trying to hide and she made it a point to find out what it was.

Ch.10 Creepypasta x Fem! Reader
Before even realising, the week had ended once more, perpetuating the endless cycle experienced day after day. Though not as severe as the previous, it was still very tiring in its own way. As the first day passed, Ben wanted to perceive her potential, making her brew something after every lesson and making sure the notes taken were comprehensive and correct. But what he failed to inform her was that the slightest miscalculation could end up in an explosion. The combining of two opposing substances ended up in a chain reaction that gave the girl burns and potential scars, their severity somewhat dulled by the elixir Ben would create after, but still very painful.
That week was strange, as Ben was inept at any social interaction. Struggling with reading the room and understanding others thoughts and feelings. Though he hated silence and many-a-time attempted to end it with a random ramble about a certain topic that would last hours at a time, tiering the poor girl forced to listen. His tendency for not understanding physical boundaries had begun to become a problem too, invading the girl's personal space at very unwanted times and always flashing that creepy smile whenever he saw her, making her tense up.
Though the perpetual cycle had begun to have a toll on her. Her body was on autopilot most of the day. Walking around and doing the same things as a robot. And the last day of the week hadn't been any different. She'd fallen asleep the previous night at exactly ten pm after launch and woke up the morning at around five-fifty six am, before her alarm. Getting up taking a shower, bandaging her wounds, getting dressed, and heading towards the stairs for a nutritious breakfast before she'd have to meet the new person sent there to train her. Toby had presumed.
Right as she was about to take her first step down the narrow wooden staircase she stopped in her tracks, looking back towards her bedroom door. Stepping back she walked towards it and walked in, looking around quickly before spotting the thing she was looking for. The necklace Ben gave her, she took it off the previous night and forgot to put it on. Quickly snatching it and clasping it around her neck and putting it under her jumpsuit she hurriedly ran downstairs, not wanting to be off schedule. She wasn't sure why she'd gone back to grab it, but something was telling her that it was special.
Looking at the clock she sighed, twenty minutes left before her training starts. Her thoughts were in shambles as she imagined what the new man was going to be like. A sadistic narcissist like Jack? An aggressive control freak like Masky? Or maybe, a blabbering creep like Ben? She wasn't ready to find out. But it was inevitable, no matter how much she wished she could leave, to get an end to this madness. But she didn't have to wonder for long as she heard light footsteps on the hard floor approaching her. Usually, she wouldn't have noticed something as minute as that but recently her senses have heightened significantly with the constant rushes of adrenaline her body had been going through to stay alive.
Gazing in its direction she finally saw the man, he looked to be around twenties years of age. He was of average height, around five-foot-seven or about hundred-and-seventy-three meters, a bit bigger than Ben. His mouth, covered with a black striped mask and a pair of orange-tinted goggles over his eyes. Bushy dark brown hair peeking out from the blue hood of his stained zip-up. The only feature visible was his pale almost grey skin that seemed cold as ice. Below the waist, he had two old hatchets harnessed on either side of his long baggy jeans, with his gloved hands firmly gripping both whiles staring at the girl. As he stood he would occasionally jerk or twitch to the side without warning. She gazed at him, confused by the sudden motions of his body.
Suddenly the man coughed, grabbing her attention and snapping her out of the daze that she was in. Shaking her head and apologizing immediately. He approached, now right in front of her.
" He-llo. I'm To-toby."
He stuttered as he stretched out his right hand at her. Swiftly grabbing his hand to shake it. The leather that collided with her skin was worn out and patchy.
" Hi." She retorted, trying to pull her hand away but he would let do. She could feel his flesh twitch underneath his thick glove. " So when are we going to begin training?"
She awkwardly addressed trying to soften the ever-growing tension. The man only nodded his head and softly huffed, finally letting go.
Glancing behind her shoulder, staring at the back door with a blank stare he pushed her aside and walked towards it. She was perplexed by him, not expecting such an act as a frown formed on her face. 'Who does he think he is? He didn't even answer my question. Jerk.' She thought, her eyebrows scrunching in irritation while going back to making herself breakfast.
"I'll wait for you to fin-finish outside. Be quic-k."
He said quietly as he stepped outside.
Sighing dramatically she began to eat, starting at the clock on the wall, counting down the seconds with dread. Eating had become a choir, her mouth always feeling dry. The food itself was bland too, devoid of odour and taste made the texture unbearable at times. But she didn't have much of a choice. It sometimes felt like eating sandpaper but she couldn't complain as it would only stir up a problem. Most of the food was meant to strengthen her body and make her more durable. Forcing down the last bite she got up but the dishes in the sink and went towards the back door with a black expression on her face.
Opening it up it made a loud creak, annoying the girl as she slammed it behind her, searching for the googled man. She assumed that he was in the armoured area of the forest. Remembering passing it while doing Maskys test, grumbling at the memory. Picking up her speed and running towards it she got there in about ten minutes. Abruptly stopping when she saw the back of his head, a sense of accomplishment washing over her when she realised that her judgment was right. As she was about to inform him of her arrival he swiftly turned around. His orange stained goggles reflect the sun's rays making them shine.
" Si-since you arrived, w-we should begin." He softly said as he reached for his hatchet and pointed to the middle of the small clearing. It was perfect for close-range combat, especially if what they were using were close-range weapons. It was specifically designed for the people training in them to be wary of their surroundings and to focus their movements. Small bumps and rocks were scattered to make it more of a challenge. Battered practise dummies were also present on the sides, some had throwing stars and objects logged on their body. A small shed was tucked in between two trees, made to store some of the weapons they practise with.
As he stood in the middle Toby walked up to the shed, shoving his hand in his pocket searching for something, suddenly pulling out a set of rusty keys and looking for the one that matched the shed's lock. Going inside he searched for something, the girl wasn't sure what as she wasn't able to even see him. After a minute, he finally walked out holding something in his hand. Approaching her he extended his gloved hand letting her see it, a small hunting knife. The blade sharpened to perfection as the thick mettle it was made out of shine in the light, encased in a large worn wooden handle, finger-like dents could be seen from previous use.
Taking it in her hands it fits almost perfectly, holding firmly she studied the mettle further. Just like Maskys pocket watch, there was a crossed-out circle on it; her face was now showed intrigue by the particular design.
" The b-blade you're hol-ding in your hand is o-one of the most impor-tant things you need to sur-survive. Not only is it used fo-for self-defence it's also used for ever-everyday tasks. For ex-example, cutting down vines and or carving th-ings into wooden sur-surfaces."
As he spoke he would occasionally twitch and jerk but he didn't seem distracted by it, already used to the constant random unwanted motions his body made.
The girl nodded her head, thoroughly listening to his every word said, she'd come to terms that if she expected to escape she had to use everything that they thought her to good use. Toby had started to show her different techniques of cutting and use of the knife, explaining the proper stance and movements. But the girl seemed to struggle, shuffling her feet trying to get the stance right. Toby rolled his eyes and went behind her, starting to fix her mistakes and instructing her while doing so. The girl could faintly feel his uneven breaths on her neck. He was noticeably rough with the way he grabbed her hands, fixing them in place. When he was satisfied he let go and went to the side to watch her work.
The silver blade shined as the light hit its clear surface, the girl quickly jabbing and slashing the tree she was told to work on, creating noticeable scratches as she did. At first, her movements were quite slow and sloppy, not being able to get the hang of the small weapon, but eventually, she got the hang of it, quickly gliding around the tree with pretty much no effort and slashing it with remarkable precision. Toby watched her every step, pleased by her sudden improvement.
"I th-think that should b-be enough." He said loudly, disturbing the girl from her trance. Making her quickly straighten up and look at him.
" I-i think yo-you learned the bas-basic, now le-lets see how you will do it hand-to-hand."
The girl nodded, approaching him without saying a word, blade in hand ready to use. Toby also didn't bother to say a word, only pulling out one of his hatchets and getting into a fighting stance, she quickly followed. Neither of them tried to attack at first, only scanning their opponent, anticipating their every move. A cold sweat started to form on the girl's back as panic slowly arose in her mind, the tension was unbearable, and she feared that it showed on her face, but even still she had to muster up the courage and finally strike first.
She leapt at the googled boy, attempting to slash him with her blade but he avoided it in the nick of time. He was quick to react as he soon tried to sweep her off her feet but she blocked his blow and sprang a bit away creating a small distance. He was the one to attack next, facking a strike with his hatchet to her head, quickly using his other hand to punch her in the jaw, making her stumble and slip. Going to her lever and attempting to strike her again, she was quick to block, using all the possible strength she had in her arms to protect herself. She managed to somehow push him off as she quickly tried to get up, but made one fatal mistake by averting her gaze from his, giving him the Milly-second of a chance to slash her upper thigh.
Screaming in agony she fell to her knees, quickly feeling her weight turned on her back and crashed on the ground, the impact causing the necklace around her neck to come out from the jumpsuit, catching Toby's attention. The bottle shined in the light and wasn't hard to spot, he approached her aching for, carefully kneeling to her lever. Her face was in a mix of emotions, ready to defend herself again at any moment, but as he extended his gloved hands what she didn't expect was for him to reach for the necklace.
He held the small thing in his hands, twisting it around to get a better look at what was contained inside of it.
"A-a protection ch-charm." He murmured, but the girl still managed to somewhat hear it.
Her face showed a mixture of confusion and distress. Moments ago he was trying to slice her throat and how she was softly gripping her necklace, not saying another word.
They stayed in that position for a few minutes, the tension in the air occasionally being broken by the googled man ticks.
" Did Ben gi-give you this?" He asked sternly, twisting the tiny bottle between his thumb and pointer finger as he held it in front of her face.
" Yeah" She only said, averting from his gaze. He scoffed harshly letting go of it and firmly standing up, taking a few steps away from her.
Shooting pain ran up her leg to her back as she tried to stand, quickly holding the wound on the back of her thigh, adding as much pressure as she could so the blood would stop pouring out. Toby did say a word only looking in her direction. The girl's thoughts were racing, anger and fear swirling all in the bat of rage. She has enough of this, recollecting her strength slowly she took a long breath in, subtly looking in her peripherals to spot where Toby was standing. And the moment she felt the adrenaline kick in like all those times before she leapt.
The pain didn't concern her anymore; she only wanted him to feel the same she felt. Tackling his feet, he let out a low yelp as he fell on his lower back, she then quickly acted by pulling out the second hatched holstered to his person and putting it to his neck. Heavy jagged breaths escaped her chapped lips as she stared at him with a wide eyes gaze, sweat coming out of every pour.
Shaking uncontrollably while firmly holding the hatchet to his neck. She whispered, "I win."

Ch.10 of Creepypasta x Fem!
Ch.9 Creepypastas x Fem! reader
" Now, the first thing I'm going to be making very clear is. This isn't Harry Potter or whatever. You don't have a magic wand that you can wave and 'poof' all of your issues are gone. The only way you can cast spells is by studying a very old book that you humans know as a 'Grimoire'. Which, let me tell you, is super hard to learn so that's why we're starting out with potions. I'm not saying it is easy but you understand."
The girl began to vigorously take notes as she listened and watched him fill the cauldron up with water, putting it to a boil.
" So with that put aside, let's start talking about potion-making itself. Potions don't always have to be magical but to calm the soul in a way. Each potion's strength is dictated by what you put in it so, if you were to make a, I don't know, a power potion. Deciding what you put in it can define its overall effectiveness and strength. So for example, if you put peppermint instead of sage you'll get a weaker overall result. And also the time its effects will reduce significantly."
He spoke quickly and very precisely, the way he articulated and carried himself showed that he was in his element. He began to cut different plants with a sharp silver blade and put it in the cauldron, stirring it once in a while.
" You most likely know that it takes more than a few ingredients to make an effective potion, so that's why experimenting is crucial. Mixing and matching different ingredients, not just for the hell of it but with a purpose, will help you improve. But to do that you'll need the basic knowledge of what, most, of the things, you're using do. I don't have all of the herbs and plants that exist, I have a very small portion in fact. This little cottage was built by me for the sole reason to have a place to store things you'll need to, well basically, survive."
He was quick with his movements as he looked through the shelves packed with different jars and glass bottles filled with different coloured liquids. Reading the labels that were neatly put on each of them, searching for something. She thoroughly took notes as she listened to him talk.
" So you actually made this by yourself?" She asked surprised.
" Yeah mostly, I had some help from Jack. He knows his way around that kind of stuff. But everything else is made by me."
" Are you and him on good terms?"
" Yeah, you can say that we are. He's alright, very chill dude, calm, lever headed. Sadistic, yes, but he would never hurt someone he cares for too much. He loves messing with people. But Jesus doesn't get him mad. It's very hard to get under his skin, but the moment you do, it's over for you. I've seen him crush people's skulls with one hand. He got in a fight with Masky once, broke his arm like it was a twig. Got in huge trouble with The Operator for that, after that incident things between them haven't been the same."
" What did they fight for?"
" Not sure, I wasn't there when that happened, but it's most likely Masky's fault."
He shrugged as he carried on with work, the girl was deep in thought now, curious of why they fought. Hearing the snapping of fingers quickly averting her attention to Ben who now carried on with this lesson.
" Hey listen so you'll know what the hell you'll be doing for the next week."
" Sorry."
" Great. Now, where was I? Oh yeah, each of these ingredients has its own magical properties, some even have multiple uses. For example, this is one you'll most likely know." Holding up a purple plant in his right hand, twirling it in his fingers. " Is lavender, the main reason someone might use it is for warding off evil spirits and whatnot, but it can also be used for purification if used correctly. Understand what I mean?"
The girl began to shake her head as she took notes. He crushed the lavender in his hand and added it to the cauldron. Now that she thought about it. What exactly was he making all this time? Her eyes followed his lengthy form as he strolled through the cottage getting what he needed or put things back in its place. At times he would stand in front of the large bookshelves and search for certain books, comb through them, read what he needed to find and place it back in its place. He was truly in his element, his posture now perfect and he was dead concentrated on what he was doing. Seemed to have the placement of everything memorized to a T. It was nice in a way, he knew what he was doing and it showed.
" I don't have much to say really. Course, I didn't tell you everything, you have much more to learn but for now that is enough I think. So if you have anything you want to ask, go ahead." He said continuing with his business.
" Actually I do. So the Raskovnik, what does it exactly do? Masky was very adamant about me getting it so why exactly is it so important."
" Oh well, it's not that it's very important, it's just that I really need it. Used up the last of it I had a while back so I asked if he could get some. This stuffs super hard to find, ya gotta have a good ass eye to even notice it, I'm surprised you were able to even find it. And as for what it's used for according to lore I've heard, Raskovnik has the magical property to unlock or uncover anything that is locked or closed. Needed it for a potion I'm making and ran out. It's not the most powerful but it's still super effective."
" So it's able to unlock basically anything right."
" Yeah pretty much."
" So how do you use it?"
" You can use it in a bunch of ways, but the most effective way for me is in a liquidated state, I guess. you'll learn how to do that, don't worry."
A new sense of hope soared through the girl's body when she heard its usage. There was a way to leave. A small smile crossed her lips as she looked into her hands. Roughly scribbled on the pages were the many notes she took.
" Done."
Ben solemnly said, making her look at him in confusion. He approached one of the shelves and took out a wooden cup. Dipping it in the cauldron, filling it up to the top and handing it to the girl. She took it in her hands, careful not to spill it, now even more confused than before.
" Drink it." He said.
" What's this?" She asked.
"It's meant to help your wounds. They seem a little uncomfortable, so I thought it would be best for some of them to heal. Now it might not fully heal some larger wounds. But overall it helps with medium-sized cuts and bruises and reduces pain and blood loss."
Muttering a soft 'Thank you.' She drank the whole thing at once. It barely had a taste but there were chunks of different things that made the texture strange and unpleasant. Like drinking a thick crema. When she finished she felt tingling in her neck, legs and arms as the skin began to twitch. After about five minutes that gash on her neck was almost gully gone. The discomfort on her arms and legs was now non-existent. And a wave of confidence washed over Ben when he saw the result of his work.
" I feel really good. Thank you." She spoke up as she touched her neck. " Can we go now?"
" Yeah sure."
He answered, nearing the door and opening it up for them to leave. Walking outside about to leave he quickly stopped himself.
" Wait, I forgot something inside, you go ahead and I'll catch up to you."
With that, he ran into the cottage once more. Searching for something. The sounds of bottles colliding and papers being put aside were soon heard as he dug through his belongings. The girl only laughed and carried on. After a few minutes, Ben caught up to her and together they walked towards the cabin. Finally reaching it she walked in and was about to go and make herself something to eat. Ben grabbed her by the shoulder and stopped her. She looked at him confused and before she could ask he pulled out a small necklace from his pocket. Locking eyes with her.
" I made this a while back. It's a charm meant to protect the wearer, and as you're going to be guarding the whole forest you'll be the one needing it most."
He then began to put it on her neck. When he was done she got a better look at it. It was a chain necklace with a tiny glass bottle hanging inside. Inside was some sort of green herb.
" What's inside of it?"
"Rosemary." He flashed his signature creepy smile.

Ch. 8 Creepypastas x Fem! reader
Sorry I've been gone for so long. My grandfather died a month ago and I wasn't in the right mindset to write. But I'm back and ill do my best. Thank you all for your patients. Anyway, enjoy<3
------------------------------------------------------------------------------
As the week progressed, the girl found that it was the slightest bit easier to read through Masky's facade. Though that did not mean that she could thoroughly read him quite yet, she made it a challenge that eventually she would. Masky himself became lenient at first as to mind her injuries. But the moment she started to heal, it was all back to the ruthless nature of his work. Finally, when the week ended, she got informed that someone else was going to teach her. That person turned out to be Ben, the blond-headed boy that seemed too eager to meet her.
An early sensation lurked in the air the moment she woke up, groggily walking to the bathroom and taking a well-deserved shower. The feeling of all of the previous days' dirt and grime washing off her punctured flesh was refreshing. Her mind was finally clear, able to freely think and dwell on her current predicament without any outside interference. The hot water trickled down her naked body, soothing her as she thought of any way she could escape. But no matter how hard she thought, deep down she knew that the only way she could truly leave was to stay a little longer to devise a plausible plan.
Sadness overtook her body, hot tears streaming down her already wet face intertwining with the water droplets from the showerhead. She'd been able to withhold her tears for a while now, not wanting to give those bastards the satisfaction. But as her current position set in her mind once more, she couldn't hold it in. It was like a never-ending loop. After being rudely introduced and forced to spend a week being trained to the bone by two different killers, she had to repeat the process with another. It felt like her own personal hell.
Feeling the scalding hot water turn cold was an indicator that it was time to get ready. Not giving a damn if she was late. Stepping out of the shower with a huff, she looked at herself in the full-body mirror. Steam covered its surface from head to toe. Though, no matter how blurry, the rough outline of all the large scars, cuts and a few red bruises that littered her body were still very much visible. The feeling and texture of her once somewhat clear skin was now a distant memory in her mind. Slowly tracing all of the scars with the tip of the rugged fingers she winced when she made contact with a few of the most recent injuries.
Getting dressed in the same greyish jump-suit she has been washing and wearing for the last few days, she went to eat breakfast. But before leaving her bedroom she looked at the nightstand, there laid the old pocket watch he gave her. For some reason, he didn't want to take it when she offered it back. Shrugging her shoulders she put it in her right pocket and headed downstairs. Reaching the kitchen, noticing that Masky must have left early. Not paying any mind to his disappearance she carried on with her day. Eating the meal she prepared for herself. Sitting there on the dining table, in total silence, patiently staring at the clock. Ben still hadn't arrived. He was already ten minutes late, to begin with, which was a significant tonal shift from Masky, who was extremely punctual and despised tardiness. After what felt like hours, a loud crash was heard that made the girl's ears perk up as she ran to the living room. Their laying spread eagle, on the front of the old television, was none other than Ben.
" What happened, how did you get in here?" The girl quickly said while helping him up. " Dammit, forgot how small the damn television was." He said under his breath, ignoring her previous question. Getting on his feet he brushed himself off giving the girl a better look. Unlike the other two men, he was significantly shorter, 162 to 165 cm or 5'4-5'5 feet tall. Medium length golden hair under a long green hat and sharp pointy elf-like ears. His pale white skin looked ceramic, almost like a doll's and thin lips with a button nose. He seemed considerably young, but she assumed that he most likely was about eighteen years of age. Though, what caught her attention were his round black eyes that had a speck of red in them that acted as pupils. He was dressed as an elf, with his bright green tunic, forest green pants and leather belt neatly tied around his waist that held a small satchel type bag.
Looking in her direction he flashed her a creepy smile that showed off his white teeth. The girl didn't know how to react to his sudden action, as she felt discomfort all around her body, shifting her weight awkwardly she chose to ask him again. " How the hell did you manage to get in here without me hearing you?" " Well, I did the same thing I'm gonna' be teaching you today. Sorcery or magic. Whatever word floats your boat." " Magic? As in witchcraft, like spells and potions?" " Yup. I mean I know Jack already told you this so I don't know why you're so shocked." He snickered, it sounded distorted. " Yeah, I remember but I didn't actually expect-not that I didn't think that it would be magic-it is just that this is all so strange, I can't believe it." " Believe it, cuz I'm gonna' be teaching ya some spells. Follow me now out the back door." He spoke loudly, shaking his hands in a flamboyant manner.
Walking swiftly to the kitchen towards the back door. The girl was visibly confused as she followed suit. Why did they have to go through the back door, it was all quite strange. Stepping out, she noticed the rather large, wooden table a few meters in front of them. Its surface is covered in all kinds of trinkets, herbs and plants. " What's all of this for?" She said, approaching the table. "I got Masky to set it up before he left, we're gonna be needing some of this stuff so I can show you the ropes and basically help you understand the basics of making potions. A skill you'd need for survival." He answered while picking up a bunch of the items off the table and stuffing them in the bag. " Oh, what do we have here?" He said excitedly under his breath " Is it Raskovnik? My god it is. I know what i'll be teaching you first now, don't I. '' He started with a laugh as he made his way towards the trees. " Where are we going now?" " To the brewery. Do you really think you will be making risky positions in front of the cabin? You humans are actually the dumbest creatures."
The girl's face scrunched up in annoyance but still kept her mouth shut. She knew better than to try and argue with these people. Biting down on her tongue she got drawn in by the scenery like most times she was out in the forest. Autom was soon approaching so the wind had started to pick up the past few days, it made the multicoloured leaves on the trees dance as it passed. It calmed her as it passed through her body. Taking in a large breath she smiled and carried on behind Ben. Dogging trees and branches as there was no pathway in this part of the forest.
" Did you get the plant?" Ben spoke up after a while, cutting the calm silence. " Sorry, what?" " Were you the one that got the Raskovnik?" He repeated the question louder. " Oh, well yeah. I got it a while back as a part of my training with Masky." She replied quickly walking to his side. " Figures. Maskys is the type to make others do his dirty work." He muttered bitterly. But the girl was still able to hear it. " So you have a bad relationship with him?" " You could say that. Most of us do. The scumbag." The air started to tense. " I guess you could call him that. But he's not always that bad, he has his moments I guess." " Not that bad? Tell me, how did you manage to get that big ass gash on your neck." He harshly replied, pointing his leather-gloved hand to her neck. She quickly covered it and looked to the side. Not responding. " As I said, he's an absolute scumbag." " Well if it isn't stepping over a boundary, mind telling me why he's so bad." " Well, to begin with, he's a sadistic prick that only cares for himself. He broke into my house and stole some of the VERY rear herbs that took me YEARS to collect. And worst of all, he's the dog of The Operator." His face darkened when he mentioned The Operator's name. " The Operator? Whos that?" The girl quickly asked, lowering her hand and looking at him with a confused look on her face. " He's one of the most powerful beings to even exist. The embodiment of evil." " So like the devil?" " No, he's not the devil, the devil is a different being, but he's still terrifying." " Why do they call him The Operator then?" " Well, like. I don't really know how to explain this to you but, imagine this forest being a very large city. Y’know how every city has a mayor or someone in charge that leads it. Well, that's what The Operator really is. The Operator isn't his real name but a nickname given to him."
With that they finally stepped into a small grass filled clearing where in the middle, was a very small cottage covered in vines, plants and flowers. The old wood that it was made of was held up the multitude of plants, securing it firmly. The half-rounded door was nicely placed in the front, a yellow brick pathway leading to it, with a square window to the side. They quickly approached the door, the girl's breath taken by the beauty. The inside itself was small, shelves were on every side of the walks, each holding a plethora of books, trinkets, herbs and plants. It was relatively messy but still easy to walk in. A cauldron was in the middle of the room with a desk stacked with papers, pens, and scrolls.
Placing the Rascovnik and emptying his bag on the desk, Ben looked at the girl. " So let's begin I guess." He said walking to the medium-sized cauldron. " What are we going to do exactly?" She quickly asked as her eyes followed him, as he walked around the cottage collecting different ingredients and placing them on the desk. " Well, you're not going to be doing anything, just taking notes." Tossing a notepad at her. " While I prepare something and explain the different things you'll need to know." " Yeah that's great but am I going to be quizzed the same way Masky quizzed me because I need to know what I should expect." She said frantically, firmly grasping the notepad to her chest. " Nah, you're not. I don't do quizzes or tests, I like doing things spontaneously y'know. And plus taking notes will help you understand things more, so just write down herb and spell names, important details and whatever else will help ya remember. K?" " Ok, I guess." Anxiety began to dwell in her mind, as she looked around. " Readdy?" He said walking in front of the cauldron, giving her a slightly crooked reassuring smile.

Ch. 7 Creepypastas x Fem!Reader
Ch.8 is coming soon.
------------------------------------------------------------------------------
The moons illuminating rays peered through the thick glass into the bland bedroom. They hit the girl delicate skin as her fatigued eyes diligently scanned the map that was firmly grasped in her callused hands. Feeling her mind drift off as her eyelids fought to stay open. Her arched back aching as she could barely hold her frame from collapsing. That whole day was unimaginably tiresome. Masky made it a point to make her do random errands and tasks all along the walk. When questioned on why he would nonchalantly shrug it off and blandly answer that he was preparing her for "future responsibilities".
Feeling her mind deteriorate with every passing second, the only sound heard was the gentle ticking of the clock that arrogantly hung on the wall above her head. Until eventually, her whole being gave out, and the front of her face slammed into the mattress, quickly slipping into slumber. The morning she awoke by the blare of her alarm clock. Her head spinning as she sat up on the bed, the suns beams worming up her body as she put her head in her hands
A groan escaped her chapped lips as she finally looked around her. Loose pieces of paper were scattered all around, and a giant crumpled map was in the middle of her bed. Frowning, she got up. Tripping her way to the door, her legs ready to give out on her. Opening it up, her gaze was met with the unpleasant sight of Masky towering over her. He still wore his rugged brown jacket, tho it seemed freshly washed as it had no odour, though it was still heavily stained with crimson. He crossed his bulky arms in disapproval, something he made a habit of doing, and even though she couldn't see his face she could still feel his eyes passing through her like bullets. Still feeling the weight of her eyelids trying to close, she just stood there not making a sound, staring blankly, all until he finally spoke up.
" Good your up, be down in 30 minutes we will start your exam them." He strongly spoke as he turned and walked towards the stairs leading to the living room. The girl's eyes shot up, now no longer dazed and tired.
" Wha-what? 30 minutes-ARE YOU INSANE!" She frantically exclaimed as she tried to follow him.
" I said what I said, now don't waste your time trying to argue with me and get ready." He grumbled as he turned to face her one last time before he descended the staircase.
The girl stood there in shock her mind racing as she debated on what to do first with the minimal time she had. Finally, she ran to the bathroom taking a cold 5-minute shower and quickly getting ready. Running to the kitchen, she only had about 15 minutes to spear. Halfheartedly making herself breakfast, she shoved the food down her throat. Looking at the clock that hung on the kitchen wall, she saw that she had a few minutes to spear. Choosing to use that time and recap all the things she studied the previous night.
Drawoinning in thought she was abruptly startled by the sudden pressure felt on her shoulder. Looking up, she saw Masky squeezing her shoulder with his gloved hand as a means to alert her of his presence.
" Get up, your examination begins now."
He said firmly, as he lifted his hand and made his way out of the kitchen, expecting her to follow. A loud breath escaped the girl shaking lips, as she followed. Only expecting the worst from the man in front of her, being sure that he hated her guts.
Stepping outside, they walked on the same path they took the previous day, and again instead of going to the clearing, they turned in the other direction until they lastly arrived at the tree. Masky abruptly stopped, putting his hand in his pocket looking for something.
" So, what exactly am I going to be doing."
She said standing by his side, he just ignored her still looking for something in his pocket until he finally pulled it out. He was now holding two silver pocket watches and handed her one of them.
Holding it infirmly in her hand and got a closer look at it, the watch itself seemed quite old as there were bits and pieces of the metal, bound with rust. There was also a design of sort unevenly engraved on the top of it, it was a circle that was crossed out. On both sides, there were two small buttons that she proceeded to press making it smoothly opened up, by her disbelief as she thought she would have trouble opening it. The inside was nothing special just a normal clock with roman numerals. But something about it still gave the girl an irregular feeling, like it wasn't just a normal watch.
" Now, well begin so listen carefully." Maskys sharp voice took the girl out of her daze.
" As you can see I just handed you a pocket watch. And I understand you've already opened it, good." He approached her and took the watch out of her hand. She could feel his rough leather gloves graze her bare balm.
" The reason as to why I gave you this is simply that you'll use it as a timer. You have exactly 10 hours to complete the 15 tasks I have assigned you. This should be easy if you studied the map and know where you're supposed to go. Now I also have one so I can track you."
He began to wind up the watches, proceeding to open the girl closed hand and quickly place the watch inside. He then handed her a piece of paper that was crudely written on.
" Oh and, if you don't manage to complete this whole list by the end of those 10-hours you'll be appropriately punished."
The girls face scrunched up in disapproval as her eyebrows arched in the question of what exactly this punishment might ensue, the thought of what he might do made her shutter.
' I guess ill just have to complete this whole thing in less than 10 hours so I won't have to know what that means.' She thought as her eyes scanned through the paper. The tasks themselves weren't all that hard just very time consuming, if she were to do them in a thoughtful manner she could be done in exactly the time necessary.
"You'll start the watch when I step out of the trees fealed of protection, understand?"
" Yes, of course."
Masky then slowly walked his way away from the tree, the girl eagerly waiting for him to reach the end, the moment he did she quickly starting the watch. The first thing she had to retrieve a plant that was located across the forset. ' Ok, I remember this, it was down by the denser part of the forest right across from here. This shouldn't be that har, right?.' With that final thought, she started to sprint.
The piece of paper crumpled in her hand as she got drowned in the sounds of the leaves and sticks crunching under her feet. Branches from the trees grazed and cut her body as she ran, and random rocks showed to be an obstacle all along the way. But she didn't care as the only thing she was focused on was the destination, the memories of where everything was flashed into her head. her surroundings helped her navigate through the forest. Every indentation of the trees and rocks, the blowing wind even the holes that covered the soil.
She was able to get to her destination in about 16 minutes. Slowing down with a loud groan she quickly caught herself on the nearest tree, feeling unimaginably tyred though she still didn't stop and soon found herself double-checking the piece of paper in her hand to make sure she knew what she was looking for. The plant was a Rskovnik. The name rang a bell, she remembered hearing about in passing from jack when they talked one night. He mentioned it is a magic herb that helped with unlocking and uncovering certain things. Though it was very hard to find, as he only gave her a brief description of it being " grass that resembled a four-leaf clover, you'll know when you find it trust me".
Remembering their conversation made a small simper graze the girl's chapped lips. That night they spent talking was the only time she felt normal in the predicament that she was in. Soon she shook her head and proceeded to search the area for the herb, but no matter how hard she did she still couldn't find it. It seemed that she was looking for it for such a long time that she didn't notice the large animal approaching her. The creatures large body grazed one of the many bushes that scattered around them making it softly rustle, startling the girl and alerting her of its presence.
At that moment she broke out into a cold sweat, freezing up and contemplating what to do as she slowly started to turn her head in its direction. Through her peripheral, she saw its large nail-like teeth peering through its growling face. She then quickly spun around when she noticed it was about to leap at her and grabbed the nearest thing she could find lying next to her. The animal opened its largemouth in an attempt to bite her but ended up biting the thick tree branch she discovered.
Now she could get a better look at it. It resembled a dog, a husky she presumed, but this animal wasn't a normal dog, no. Its piercing cristal eyes didn't seem to hold any kind of life to them witch matched its patchy almost synthetic like fur. But what truly made this creature so unsettling was its wide human-like smile, with what seemed like hundreds of sharp white teeth that were smeared in a red liquid.
It soon turned into a battle of strength, as both sides fought as hard as they could to come out on top. This seemed to go on for a while until she was able to manoeuver the branch to push the beast off. Then right after she smacked it across the head and ran straight ahead to hide from the beast, eventually collapsing behind a tree. She took in a large breath and closed her eyes to calm down, letting her arms go to her sides and her body lose all of its tension. As her hand hit the jagged ground she felt a sharp pain shoot up her arm that made her look in its direction, at that moment noticing where she was sitting.
Right on top of the Rskovnik, she was looking for. Filling up one of her many pockets with as much as she needed she vent on her way to do everything else, seeing as she wasted 37 minutes just getting that one thing. Slowly throughout the day, she did task by tasks, each one more difficult than the last. Her time was running short as she was doing her last task only having 5 minutes to spear before she could go to the meeting place with all of the things she accumulated throughout those 10 hours. Starved and surely dehydrated she ran for dear life, scares and bruises littered not only her body but her face too.
She was sure that she was going to be late, having to then face Maskys rath. But strangely enough, she had made it right at the nick of time. Collapsing the moment she arrived near the tree. Clapping was then heard from afar, she didn't bother looking to see what was going on, feeling too exhausted to care.
" I am pleasantly surprised that you managed to do all of this. Right on time too."
He said, a bit of amusement lacing his voice, kneeling in front of her with a water bottle in hand. The girl proceeded to snatch it out of his palm and gulped down the whole bottle at once, feeling a refreshing sensation wash over her.
" We should go now, it's time for your lunch, plus you look very roughed up so you should take care of that."
He stated, waiting for the girl to get on her feet, noticing her struggle for a bit but eventually she got up and proceeded to walk towards the cabin. The walk itself was very slow as she struggled to hold her body up, but with the occasional reluctant assistance of Masky, they made it to their destination.
Immediately sprawling on the couch, the girl let out a small groan, the sudden pressure from sitting down made her wounds feel even worse than before but what could she do. Masky went on his way to get the first aid kit from the bathroom. Placing it on the coffee table in front of her, he watched her struggle to even reach for it as her aching arms sook with every attempt at extending them. Rolling his eyes in irritation, he placed the kit in her lap. But even with that she still struggled with using it as all her wounds were excruciating.
" Jesus, fine. I'll do it myself."
He exclaimed pushing her down on the couch while kneeling in front of her again. Taking the first aid kit off her person he proceeding to slowly open it and pull out all of the necessary items he needed to use.
" Ok, now show me where you got hurt." With that, the girl moved to pull up both of her pant legs revealing all the bruises and cuts on her legs. She did the same with her hands but they seemed to be more severe.
" Any more wounds I should know about before starting."
" Yeah, I have this big cut on my lower back. Here ill just show you."
She weakly replied as she unzipped the zipper she had sown on the side of her jumpsuit. A deep claw wound was present on her hip. Blood oozed out like icing, her face scrunched up in pain as Masky touched the wound.
" How did you manage to hurt yourself that badly?"
He spoke in a soft demanding tone as he grabbed some cotton and dabbed antiseptic on it.
" I got attack by this dog thing when I tried to do the first thing on the list."
Hissed in discomfort as the man began to clean her injury.
" Dog, huh? Describe to me what it looked like. I might know who you're talking about."
" Well, it had this weird grey fur and small doll-like eyes. But what really stood out was its...sm-"
"-Smile, right? Yeah, my suspicion was right you met smile dog, though I'm shocked he was active so early."
" Active so early? Whos this smiling dog and why did he attack me?"
" Well, he's one of the creatures I told you about your first day here. He's not very human-like so the reason he attacked you wasn't that he knew you were a Middle-man. No, most likely because he didn't recognize you. So don't worry ill tell him about you and he won't bother you again. Ok, I'm done with your side now give me your hand."
Extending her arm with a flinch, the man was prepared more cotton to disinfect the wounds. The sensation of his gloved hand on her skin was strange as she felt a stinging with every dap of the antiseptic. The silence was peaceful as Masky worked his way up both her arms, reaching for more antiseptic and taking the bottle in his hand it slipped from his grip and spiled a little on the floor.
" Dammit, my gloves are wet," Masky remarked under his breath as he proceeded to put the bottle back in its place and take off his gloves.
His hands were pale and veiny as his nails were cut to the brim. His palms and fingertips were callused and little cuts and scars littered his fingers while his two front knuckles were a different shade from the rest. A shiver ran up her spine when they contacted her skin, his hands were as cold as ice as he neatly bandaged both her arms. Tho the moment was short-lived as he finally finished.
" Here, all done. Now you only have a few cuts on your leg that don't need tending too so they'll be all right. But right now the best thing for you to do is to use a half-hour of your two-hour break resting. Understand?" He stated flatly.
" Sure." That was the only thing she could muster out of her voice as she proceeded to slowly lay her head down on the couch cushions.
" Good, ill be off to do some work now. Goodbye."
With that the man stood up, putting on his gloves and quickly approaching the front door. The girl watching his every step as he did. Them both not saying another word.
And now she was left in total silence all alone

------------------------------------------------------------------------------
A week had passed since the girl started training, and she could feel herself improve as the days progressed. Jack, at first, was ruthless towards her, but he calmed down and at least waited for her when she was struggling to walk back to the cabin. She also had a strict workout regiment made by him. He acted as a personal trainer of sorts as she had to use heavy objects as weights and was made to sprint around the forest to build up stamina and muscle to improve her strength. But when the week had ended, so had Jacks' first shift to train her, and now it was Maskys turn.
The cold Monday air hit her face when she woke up. Feel her eyelids becoming heavy she wanted to go back to bed but stopped herself. Jack had warned her that Masky hated tardiness and that he expected her to be ready by 7:30 AM. So the girl had set the red alarm clock that laid on the small desk next to her bed to ring at 6:45 AM. Lazily getting out of bed, she neared the closet, getting a set of clean clothes( Her closet had been updated, with more essential clothes, like underwear and socks). Then headed to the bathroom to take a quick shower.
Slackly scrubbing her body under the look worm pellets of shower water that quickly streamed down her bare body, she remembered her first few interactions with Masky, like when he attacked her that cursed night. She could recall his rude and disrespectful behaviour towards her, and if she was honest, she didn't regret stabbing him in the leg with her kitchen knife. An irate expression then fell upon her face as she cursed him and all the others under her breath. Because of them, she was in this hell hole, she hated it. She just wanted to be home. But she was also mad at herself for not taking more initiative and trying to make an actual escape plan.
' Do I have Stockholm syndrome or something?' She questioned herself as she started to feel her eyes water, but immediately pulled back those tears, not wanting her eye to puffen. She'd already been showering for over fifteen minutes without noticing. Not wanting to waste even more time she got out of the shower and dressed she quickly walked to her room to check the time. She had 15 minutes to eat before her training started.
Running downstairs, she instantly started making something to eat as she turned around and was about to head in the direction of the dining table. And in the heat of the moment, she had harshly bumped into something making her drop the large white plate of food she'd been carrying. A loud bang of porcelain contacting the hard wooden floor rung through her ears as she angrily looked up to see what the hell was in the way. Though her features instantly softened when she realised it was Masky towering over her. His white mask was even creepier up close. It looked old and worn out, it also had some red discolouration on the lower half of it with some minor erring at the sides. His demeanour seemed stiff as a deep growl escaped from his throat.
" Watch where you're going, goddamn it." He spoke as he pushed her aside to pass. " And clean that up right now. I mean Jesus Christ, your so much wasting time, you have less than ten minutes." The girl glared daggers as he spoke. Rage fueled her mind as she wanted to punch him square in the face, although she stopped herself, not wanting to cause any trouble. She just took in a sharp breath, closing her eyes she promptly cleaned up the mess. Hastily making herself some cereal she ate it as quickly as she could.
Masky watched her, however feeling disdain towards her as he did. His leg was still sour from where she had stabbed him, but he planned to get back at her by making the next week they had together a living hell. Staring at the clock, every minute or so he would check it to see what it said, and the moment the arrow hit exactly 7:30, he got up from where he was sitting. " Get the hell up we're going," He roughly grabbed the bowl in front of her and flushed the remaining bit of food down the drain. The girls just pursed her lips as her gaze turned bitter in the mere sight of him. She slowly got up and followed him outside. They were on the same path she took to get to the clearing she and Jack would fight in, but instead of turning left and following the path, he went in the opposite direction.
Confusion washed over her as she follower curiously, still not trusting him fully. " Where are we going?" She promptly asked as they were walking for a while. She could feel him roll his eyes, " Be quiet your voice irritates me." Not having anything else to do she just huffed loudly and followed the masked man she dislike so much with her arms folded over her chest. Her feet kept on hitting the many tree roots scattered around the path as she watched the leaves fall from the trees. Her mind wandered with them, she'd been so stressed this last week that she'd forgotten to enjoy her surroundings and she hand realised just how beautiful the forest truly was. That morning she felt a light breeze graze her soft skin as she looked up to the clear blue sky. The sound of rustling leaves filled her ears as she softly smiled at the beautiful sight of the trees being carried by the wind.
Without noticing that Masky had halted to a stop, she walked into him for the second time that day, he stood like a tree and the hard impact made the girl tumble a bit before regaining her stance. Though the man didn't even seem to notice, she softly grumbled under her breath before walking next to him. As she looked up and got a good look at her surrounding she was dumbfounded. In front of her was scattered some of the most beautiful looking flora in her life. The grass that covered the soil seemed lighter than the one she was standing on, different types of multicoloured flowers strewed in patches all around it and right in the middle, in front of them both, stood an old thick tree. It was remarkably tall, moss laid on its right side and it looked worn out over time. Its long brown branches twisted and turned as golden-green leaves spread all along with them. There was a thin stone pathway leading up to the tree and circling it to give room for someone to walk around.
" What is this place?" She softly spoke as her jaw had dropped from the sensory overload she was experiencing by the gorgeous scenery in front o her. Masky brought up his right hand closing her jaw, " This is going to be your first lesson, how to take care of this area of the forest. It's essentially the heart of it giving it its 'power' pet say, this tree is thousands of years old and you, as a middleman, have the task to not let it die." He said pointing at her as he walked through the stone path and stood in front of the tree, the girl soon following. " How do I take care of it? And what happens if I let it die?" She asked as she looked up at the tree then at him.
" Well, firstly, these flowers have to be watered every few days or they die out, and if they die out, the tree soon will follow after them. Also, the tree has to be checked and graded in 3 stages to make sure it's in the right order. Firstly, if the leaves change colour every season. When in the winter their silver and or blue, In Atom orange and or purple, spring red and or pink and then summer as you can see this type of greenish-gold colour or pure gold colour that has a whole meaning in its self. But ill explain the meaning of the colours later, when we get you a notebook you can write all of this down. But there is a deviation from this pattern the tree is most likely dying for some reason and you have to find out what the reason for that is. Second, if you notice that it starts to have some kind of sweet n=honey like odour then its sap is ready to be harvested and you'll have to harvest every last drop of it. Though this could happen any time there's no real regulation the when it can or can't, the sap is needed for magic. Lastly, You will also have to feed the tree a special oil-based serum that you will learn to make, you can do this around the time you water the plants, but f you see it rejecting it and not absorbing the oil then there's something wrong and you will have to inspect it and see if there's some kind of defect going on to fix. Now to answer your second question, if the tree were to die in your care then you will go through the most excruciating execution of your life." He spoke quickly almost as if he was dictating this to a whole class of people, though the way he announced the last sentence his tone got darker and it sent shivers up the girl's spine.
He put his hands behind his back and began to cercal the tree, the girl trailing close behind. " Now, I want to inform you that this is a type of safe space for you during the day as it prevents any magical creature from going through it. Only humans are allowed. Although, I do have to preface that there's a difference between creatures that descend from, magic and creatures that can do magic. A good example of this rule is Jack and I. He is a creature derived from magic and is not allowed to step through this in the day, and I being a human with the core and basic knowledge of magic, am allowed during the day." He spoke very fast and when he finished he took in a long breath and sighed. The girl listened thoroughly to every word he uttered but something seemed to be troubling her. " You keep on specifying that I can go here during the day. Why is that, does something happen at night?" Her tone was lased in confusion as she stopped to look around the small area.
" Well during the night this place becomes a breeding ground for death, many evil creatures come here to finish off their victims or to spend the night. This place doesn't look remotely similar at night. You'll be as good as done for if you were ever to be so unlucky as to be here untrained and unprepared past twelve. The biggest scum of this forest dwell in the night" The last few words he spoke dragged, his body seemed to tense up as he looked at her with his piercing brown eyes, which were the only thing she could see under his pale mask. "That's why unless it's something urgent do not go out in the forest at night if you're not well trained, do I make myself clear?" His tone was rough but she could tell that there was some level of concern tied within his statement, making her faintly smile.
" The first day ill be a little lenient, as to get you familiarized with the basic layout of the forest which you'll have to memorize." Clearing his throat he smirked as he slowly approached her. " I have the map to this place in my back pocket." He said stopping in front of her as he pulled out a big colourful map of the forest, the girl questioned how he was able to fit that in there. "That's why ill give you till tomorrow to learn it all." The girl's eyes went wide, she was sure he was smiling under his mask and she hated it. " What are you crazy how am I suppos-" She interjected but was soon cut off by the masked man chuckling in amusement, he got closer to her and put one of his gloved hands on her shoulder roughly pulling her towards him as he spoke.
" Well, I'm sorry to say this but there's no negotiation. Now, let's continue with our lesson. I kindly advise paying better attention to what I'm saying to make learning this by tomorrow easier. Because if you don't know let's just say things won't end well for you."

Ch.5 of Creepepastas x fem!reader
A/N: This is ch5 of a long-running series. The next chapter is going to dive deeper into other characters so I hope you'll like them. The chapter is very long so enjoy<3
TW: blood, organs injuries.
------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Minutes felt like hours, hours felt like days, and by the end of the excruciating training, the girl had travel back to the cabin covered in cuts and bruises barely able to stand. As for Jack, he was fine and dandy, not caring that she kept panting and groaning in pain while walking. Though, after tripping for the third time because her knees couldn't hold the weight of her barely moving body, Jack got considerably aggravated. "Can you hurry up," He spat, contempt undoubtedly evident from the way he was standing and continued on his way not even bothering to wait for her. She glared daggers at his back and slowly stood with the help of a nearby tree. Supporting herself on anything she could find in her surroundings, slowly but surely she was finally able to walk to the cabin.
Before entering enter. She noticed Jack had already arrived and was reading. Rage tainted the girl's mind, ' That scum-bag, how could he not wait for me?' Storming in with a limp she didn't even look in his direction, instead, immediately going to the stairs to go to her room. But as she was about to leave, Jack spoke up out of nowhere. "There's a medkit in the bathroom, which is across the hall from your bedroom. You should stop the bleeding and take care of all the cuts," What he said made the girl even more hostile," Why do you even care?" She spoke sneeringly, not paying him any mind, carrying on her way. "Well, we will be training again in a few hours so you should fix everything up and get some rest." He stated again with a sigh and continue reading. The girl loudly forced out a breath in reasonable frustration while attempting to go to the bathroom, not carrying to answer.
Solace washed over her as she reached the final step of the long narrow wooden staircase, and slowly approached the bathroom door. Grabbing the circular handle and gently twisting it, she entered. It was a considerably small rectangle-shaped room although perfect for single-person use. Located inside by the far right corner was a small walk-in shower with sliding plastic doors that seemed to have a foggy design. Right next to it, a white basket meant for storing dirty clothes, and a boiler connected to the walk-in shower, and the was toilet positioned opposite the shower. Near it was the sink with cupboards above and a dirty mirror and next to the sink, a washer and a drier placed one on top of the other. There was also a long vertical mirror across the doors
Looking at the wall she noticed that bark brown marble tyles covered the lower half of the wall while the upper half was painted in a dull shade of white. Nearing the sink, she opened one of the cupboard doors that were lazily covered, in cheap grey paint. Glancing inside, she noticed the medkit Jack informed her about, it was covered in cobwebs and had dust all over it, slowly reaching within she grabbed it and instantly pulled it out. Causing all of the trinkets inside to vigorously rattle. Turning around and putting it down on the clothes basket, she looked at herself in the mirror. Suffice to say she was surprised that the coveralls she was wearing didn't have any tears, just a bit dirty.
Taking them off, she tossed them in the washer and turned it on. " So it'll only take ten minutes to wash, that good." She said to herself, relieved. Scowling, when she looked at her wounds. There was a rather large bruise on the lower part of her leg, though it wasn't as bad as she thought it would still get infected if she let it be. There were also many deep cuts sprawled all around her body. ' I should take care of this.'
Reaching for the kit and opening it up, she looked to see what exactly the red metal box contained. Inside were many items, most of them she could name. There were different sized band-aids and sterile gauze pads, adhesive tapes, elastic bandaids, antiseptic solution, and much more. She first grabbed the antiseptic solution and dabbed some on the gauze pads, slowly cleaning the deep cuts she had. And then after finishing she swiftly started bandaging up the wound she had on her leg.
Though feeling great pain, she still soldiered through and cleaned all of the injuries. After finishing, she grabbed the clothes in the washer and put them in the dryer. "Guess I should wait another 10 minutes. What should I do now?" Walking out of the bathroom with a towel wrapped around her body she ran to her room.
Opening the door she noticed her old clothes were gone and one of the closet doors was slightly open, feeling a little uneasy she went to check it. She could feel her stomach turn the moment she opened the closet doors but was soon taken aback by the area of the same blue jumpsuits Jack gave her this morning. They were all the same size, odourless and finely ironed. Not bothering to question why and how they were there, she sighed in relief that she had something to wear. Instantly changed and limping to her bed to lay down for some rest.
Slamming her head in her pillow she looked up at the ceiling, 'What's happening? Is this just some sick dream?...No,...it can't be, if it was I should have woken up by now. But never the less, there has to be a way out and I'm going to find it. I just need to gain their trust first and work out my plan as time passes.' Reassuring herself, she fell into a slumber.
After a few hours, she woke up. Getting up in a tired daze she looked around the room confused but soon remember why she was there and let out a loud grunt of frustration. Slowly limping out of her room she went downstairs not bothering to see if Jack was still there. Peering into the kitchen she saw the silhouette of a hunched man leaning over the refrigerator. Uncertainty washed over her as she was not sure who that was but soon assumed it was Jack. Though, as she was about to enter she was stopped in her tracks as the hunched man tore himself away from the fridge giving the girl the chance to take a good look at him.
Her face turned pale when she did as she saw Jack's mask lifted to the half of his face revealing his hark-like teeth covered in some kind of tinted red liquid. She assumed he had put something back inside the fridge. The man had a crooked smile on his face as he slowly put his mask back down his face. ' How didn't I notice it earlier when I was eating? Was it even there? No, it couldn't have been I would've noticed. Right? Yeah, yeah I would've definitely noticed!' Her mind was in a panicked frenzy as she was zoning out while looking at the ground not noticing that Jack was approaching her until he spoke up. "You're able to walk I see?" He remarked sarcastically as he towered over her. She gulped, but her throat was dry so it felt like sandpaper was going down her throat walls.
"Yeah..." She murmured turning her head away from him, even though she couldn't see his face anymore she could still feel his eyes piercing into her soul as she entered the kitchen. Slowly approaching the fridge she tried to act unfazed. Couthesly opening its doors her stomach started spinning, though getting a better look she didn't notice anything out of the ordinary, all until she looked deeper inside. In the back, blocked by all the other food, there was a jar slathered in red liquid with some kind of bean-shaped meat, it almost resembled a kidney.
All of the worst possibilities passed her mind as her face turned pale and her mind went static. Jack seemed to notice and suddenly slammed the refrigerator doors shut as he stood in front of the girl. The sudden action made her look at him as she gulped. "What are you looking at?" He spoke up, crossing his arms, he seemed more amused than anything else as he looked down at her. "I was just getting something to eat." She quickly replied and backed away anxiously. "You sure? I mean you were looking in there for a while, did you see something you didn't enjoy." He darkly expressed as he approached, but she stood her ground, not wanting to give him the satisfaction of her withdrawal even if she was shit-scared.
"No...I should make myself something to eat now." Blanckly retorting she moves past him, in an attempt to get herself out of the uncomfortable situation she was in. Reaching the kitchen counter she avoided getting near the refrigerator at all costs as she searched the cabinets for something else to eat. That morning she noticed that all the food in the cabin was very nutritious, there was nothing that could be deemed unhealthy. Inside she could see some cereals and bars of what she assumed was granola, but also different varieties of pasta. Taking in a deep breath she took ahold of it and got ready to cook.
Placing the pot filled with water on the stove for it to boil she searched for salt. With every step she took Jacks eyes didn't leave the back of her head. He seemed intrigued by what she was doing almost as if he had never seen anything like it before. After a while, she was finally done and put all of the food on a plate. Glancing back she noticed that Jack had sat down on the table with his head resting on his right hand, looking at her. Carefully approaching the table, she sat across from him. Starting to eat, she didn't look at him, choosing to stare at her food instead.
"You have ten minutes to eat before we go back to training." He vocalized as he calmly waited for a response. "Ok." She muttered still not looking up at him. "I know you saw me eating. That's why you've been so quiet." His whole demeanour was calm as his words piercing her stomach like knives. Her eyes widened for a second as her face contorted in surprise. "Well, I didn't see anything so...it doesn't matter." She promptly addressed, ultimately peering up at him. "Oh c'mon now. Don't lie. I mean do you think that I didn't notice you gawking at me as I ate. That's rather rude don't you think?"
She kept her mouth shut as her gaze wandered around the room. At that moment Jack got up from his seat getting closer to the girl's direction, her body went tense. "Tell me, do you want to see what I eat? Arent you even the slightest bit curious." He mused as he inched closer and closer. She again refused to look at him so he took ahold of her face, making her. "Answer me." He demanded. Taking in a sharp breath she just said "No." Jack then straightened his back as he neared the fridge calmly opening it up and searching inside. After a while, he finally found what he was looking for and quickly pulled it out.
It was the red jar, Jack then placed it in front of her. Opening it up a foul stanched advanced through the room. Her face scrunched up and she felt as if she was going to throw up just by the smell itself. "Wanna give it a guess to what it is?" He asked as he got another plate putting it in front of the girl. He took the substance out of the jar, red dripping down his hand as he placed it on the plate. She froze as her eyes widened, she was sure of what it was. "It's...it's a kidney." She said squeezing her eyes shut, pushing the plate away.
Jack darkly chuckled, "Lucky guess." He said amused by her reaction. He was forbidden from physically hurting her but that didn't mean he couldn't have some fun. "Wanna try it?" He spoke as he grabbed the organ shoving it in her face taunting her with it. She shook her head trying to get up from her seat. "Oh well, too bad." Jack grabbed his mask and put it halfway up his face, his shark-like teeth were perfectly visible again, they were extremely sharp and had a silver tint to them. He took a big bite from the organ, a sickening ripping and mushing sound was heard from jack as he ate it. The girl watched in absolute horror and quickly got up and running to puke in the sink.
Jack could be heard laughing at her as he chewed. "Well get cleaned up, were going to train again in a bit." He spoke with delight as he put the kidney back in its place and in the fridge. She could hardly stand as she saw him walking out of the kitchen. Gaining her composure after a while she finally went to find him. The training was as gruelling as the last time and at the end of it, she was extremely tyred.
Going to her room she lied on the bed and eventually, she fell into another dreamless slumber.

Ch. 4 of creepypastas x fem!reader
a/n im sorry fot not consistently posting these past few months ill try to do better. have a great day and I hope u like the story
------------------------------------------------------------------------------
The morning arrived quickly, and the sun came glaring its obnoxious rai’s into the girl's semi-resting face right as Jack barged into the room, slamming open the door waking the girl, holding dark blue coveralls. "Wake up," He tossed the clothes in her face. "And get ready it’s time for your training." He mused wandered out of the room, somehow slamming the door even harder than before. With a loud annoyed grunt, she stood up from her bed and changed into the new uniforms, as she was changing, she realized just how dirty and raggedy her old clothes were.
After finishing up, she went downstairs and saw Jack leaning on the wall with his arms crossed while looking down, "Hey, so when do we start." She asked, approaching him. "Well, when you eat breakfast. I'll be waiting outside." He stopped leaning and neared the door, right as he was about to leave he said: " Oh, and you don't need to worry about coming on time, I don't mind someone being late for a few minutes, just don't over-due it." Without another word, he went outside. She could see him walking away from the cabin through the window right next to the front door. Sighing, she stepped into the kitchen to get something from the refrigerator (Which seemed to be working somehow in the middle of the forest), ' Strange' She commented while starting to make herself breakfast. When she finished she got ready to leave.
As she was turning the knob, she stooped, ' Wait, should I do this? I mean from what I heard it's not going to be easy, so should I use this chance to escape?' Stood there, contemplating, she didn't know what to do. But after a few minutes, she finally made up her mind. 'I don't even know where this forest leads. And if what they're saying is true, then the only way to leave is by some portal. I should be careful and get on their good side first. I'm just going to play it safe for now. For all I know, they could kill me at any second if I do something stupid.' With that ultimate thought, she reluctantly twisted the knob and stepped outside. With one foot out the door, she released a breath she didn't know she was holding. But couldn't find him outside ' Oh yeah, he went somewhere.'
Glancing around, she realized there was a narrow pathway in front of the cabin. "I guess I should follow it, shouldn't I?" Begrudgingly, she started walking through it, and after ten or so minutes, she finally arrived, well she assumed she did. Noticing Jack was slouching on one of the tree stumps in a big clearing. "So you eventually decided to arrive, huh?" He spoke up sarcastically.‘what's this guy's problem, he said I could be a little late!’ she remarked. "But we mustn't postpone this any longer, let’s just start already."
Standing up from the stump, he rolled up the sleeves of his jumper as the girl approached him. When she got closer, she noticed his skin was ash grey. It was safe to say she didn’t expect it. Jack always wore black gloves on his hands so she never noticed his ash skin. A shiver went up to her spine though she didn’t want him to know. I doubt once laced her mind of this man’s nature it was all surely gone now. He truly wasn’t human like the girl suspected. Shaking her head to avoid stressing about it she slowly approached him once more.
"Now you need to know how to use your whole body in a fight. Building up muscle strength and being flexible is the most important thing to work on at this moment." He looked around while explaining. “So I want you to get warmed up, stretch, and then after your done I want to know how you fight and at what level you're at the moment. Do I make myself clear?" He sternly explained. The girl looked at him and replied with a simple "Sure" and started to warm up. After a bit, she finished and informed him. "Excellent, now let's begin." He nodded as he neared the middle of the clearing, the girl soon following, she stood across from where he was standing.
"Now I want you to attack me, and don't hold back, give it all you've got." He looked at her and got into position so he can defend himself when she would strike. She at first didn't know what to do. Standing there in front of him for a few seconds, contemplating how to attack. After some time, she chose to start with a simple kick then improvise afterward. Getting into a fighting stance and as hard, and fast as she could, she tried to kick him. But Jack's reflexes were inhumanly fast, as soon as her leg tried to make contact with his torso he grabbed it and tripped her. "You're as slow as a snail," He looked at her and chuckled, "Well you didn't have to throw me that hard," Complained in annoyance she started to get up from the ground.
"Don't complain and try again." When he said it she jumped to her feet. Without any warning, she tried to punch him in the jaw. He ducked and hit her in the stomach, hard. She bent, feeling a sharp pain, ' Goddammit, when did he have the chance to hit me?' She questioned in shock and looked at him, still holding her stomach in pain. ' I'm not going to let him think he got the best of me that easily,' Noticing that Jack was very close, she took that as an opportunity to catch him off gourd and tackled him to the ground and get on top of him.
She tried to punch his face, but he turned his head to the side and evaded her swing. Shoving her off, they both stood up quickly. She attempted to kick him again, though this time much faster than before, he dodged. She tried to strike him multiple times, but he always seemed to avoid her blows, it almost appeared like he was playing defensive just to aggravate her. He started to snicker when he noticed the irritated and tired look on her face, " Are you going to give up?" He asked, toying with her." Never.” She said and tried to trip him. He jumped right as her leg got close to his. Again she attempted to hit him, but no matter how hard she tried, she couldn't get close enough to get a good blow in, so finally decided to play dirty. Waiting for him to get close, faking that she was going to hit him, and quickly got to his side and used her whole body weight to wrestle him to the ground.
There was a lot of struggle to keep him there, so she chose to use the same trick she used on the masked man that fist attacked her. Right as the moment came, she shoved her leg in between his. He seemed to be in a great deal of pain and didn't seem too happy either. Roughly, pushing her off him and getting on top of her. Putting his hands around her neck and started to choke her. She didn't want to die, so she started hitting him as hard as she could in the face and eventually got a good punch in and made him loosen his grip and she forced him off of her. "What...The HELL..is wrong...with...you." She yelled in between violent fits of coughing. "I Told you that this wouldn't be easy, and stop coughing we have five more hours to train before lunchtime." He said bitterly while dusting himself off.
A soft, "Oh, no." Was the only thing she could say, shakily getting up she got ready to fight again.

Ch.3 of my Creepypasta story
A/N: Now as I said this is the third chapter of the story so if you are interested in reading the other chapters before this one just go on my profile and you'll find them or just go on Wattpad: @hit_me_with_a_ladle
-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Walking to her room, the only thing she could think about was the possibility of escape. Though filled with dread and sadness, it wasn't the time to think about it when she was so unequivocally tired. Stepping into the bedroom, she looked around and found it weirdly comforting. The room itself was quite spacious, and the walls appeared considerably wide and coated in a warm brown colour that seemed freshly applied. Right in the middle of the room was a regular-sized bed perfect for two people. The covers were creamy white and looked good in contrast to the walls, right next to it was a small wooden nightstand and a clock right on top that seemed to be working, "Its midnight". There was also a large window in the middle of the wall across from the door, slowly approaching it the girl put her hand on it, the glass was very thick, it also didn't have any way to be opened. Lastly, there was a big wooden dresser with a flower-patterned design across it that resembled the nightstand next to the bed, opening it up, it was empty.
Gently, laying down on the bed, she closed her eyes and dozed off into a dreamless slumber that didn't last long. A few hours later she woke up with a jump, getting up in a shaky daze she quickly caught herself before falling. Sitting back down, she groaned, annoyed at the fact that she was so exhausted. She sat there with a blank expression on her face and thought about everything that happened yesterday, the only thing she could feel was a distant sense of dread, forced to stay alone in this house. And in shock that she was even able to get a minute of sleep, but still, that was the most sleep she could get in a long time so she wasn't complaining.
"Wait" She suddenly said out loud and instantly regained her composure while standing up once again. "I'm alone maybe there's a way to escape I should look around!" With that, she promptly walked out of the room and ran downstairs. As soon as she reached the end, her face turned pale, immediately remembering what Masky told her. Someone was supposed to stand guard, making sure she doesn't escape. He wasn't lying, there sat the tall man in the navy blue jumper on the kitchen table. "Jack, is that you?" She said softly, he swiftly turned his head and looked at her through his masked face. It appeared that he was reading a newspaper as far as she could tell.
"Why are you up so early?" He said in his usual monotone voice while going back to reading. "Oh, well....umm..." Flustered, she lied "I was just sleepwalking?" Though what she said sounded more like a question than a definitive answer. "Wow, you're an atrocious liar." She could hear the smirk on his face. "Ok, so I wasn't sleepwalk," Sitting next to him "I guess I couldn't relax," That wasn't a complete lie. "Mmmhmm" He answered drily, not looking at her. The minutes that passed felt like hours to the girl, but the man reading wasn't bothered by it in the slightest.
"Jack..." She started to speak after a gruelling ten minutes of ear-piercing silence. "I'm still confused about some things regarding this whole training and centreman situation that's going on. So can you please elaborate more on it?" He still didn't bother to look at her and was intent on reading his paper undisturbed, but he finally replied. "For one, it's called a middleman, and also, no." He explained in a low, dull tone. "Can you not be so difficult, I understand you're busy, but I deserve to know what's going on," She clenched her hands together while pleading, but he ignored her. "PLEASE!" She asked again but this time much louder. Still no response. "I don't want to beg for you to tell me but I will if you don't at least acknowledge my existence." Trying for one last time, she stared at him intensely waiting for something, anything to happen. "If I do, will that make you stop staring at me and go up-stares?" He asked irritated while finally giving her a passing glance, "Yes." Quickly sitting down on the chair to the right of him, she rested her head on her palms and put her elbows on the table while waiting for him to start.
Setting his paper down, he eventually spoke "Let's begin with your training. For the next six months, you will go through extensive, agonizing, training to prepare you for the job. Which, I'm assuming you know what it is." She nodded in response. "Good, now what exactly will happen is my associates and I will be in charge of teaching you different skills you'll need to obtain for the job."
"Well, who will be teaching me what?" She chuckled while looking at him, a bit worried. "So...I will be teaching you how to fight, how to track someone down and human anatomy, to be more exact how to chop up a body the right way." He almost seemed amused at what he was saying, then continued, "As for the others, Tim will be teaching you how to navigate the forest and everything you need to know about every creature that resides in it. Ben will be teaching necessary black magic and how to use magic items without getting hurt. And lastly, Toby will be teaching you fighting but defence more than anything. He'll also be showing you how to use weapons in a fight and pressure points to killing." He explained. "Tomorrow will be the day you start, and I'll be the first one guiding you."
"Well damn, that's going to suck." The girl finally spoke up while loudly sighing in frustration, looking at Jack again, and then immediately realized just how close they were. Without thinking, while he was talking, she was slowly getting closer to where he was. They were only a few inches apart now. Her eyes went wide though he didn't seem to care. Jack darkly chuckled at her reaction at their distance and picked up his paper while slumping in his chair. His laugh sent shivers down her spine, but strangely enough, it was rather soothing. She looked up to the ceiling and slouching down on the chair and crossed her arms. "Can I ask another thing?" She asked after a while, ending the peaceful silence that Jack welcomed so dearly.
"Didn't you say you were going to leave after I answered your question?" He remarked, somewhat agitated, "Yeah, I know I said that but let me ask one more thing, and I swear I'll leave." She explained. "Ok, whatever, just ask away." He murmured. "So...why was I chosen exactly" He was cut off guard for a split second by the question, not expecting her to ask it so abruptly. "I know Masky explained a bit of why, but I need to know the definitive reason to why I, out of billions, was chosen." He thought for a minute before answering. "Well, as far as I know, you had some quality's that were most common in middlemen. But that as far as I know. I'm not the one that has the ranking to tell you. But if you want to know more, then ask Tim. He's the right-hand man of one of the higher-ups that choose you." And with that, he again continued to read his paper. After a solid few minutes of thinking, the girl spoke up once more. "Ok, I should go then." She said while getting out of her chair and approaching the staircase leading to the floor upstairs. "Oh, one last thing Jack." He turned his head to look at her."Yeah?"He asked annoyed."Why is the window in my room nailed shut?"
"Well we can't have you escaping now, can we? But the main reason is so you won't try to commit suicide." He, again, darkly chuckled.

Now this is the second chapter to my story and its description can be found in my blog, i manly update on wattpad does i still will be putting these chapters on tumblr (not as frequently doe :/). so yeah have fun and hope u like it.
A sharp pain was the first thing felt by the girl the moment she woke up from her coma. Laying on a dirty, ruined couch, she put a hand on her head and softly groaned. At that moment she heard the light murmur of male-sounding voices near her and tensed up. She was confused and dazed. She didn't know where she was or why she was there. Not knowing what to say or do she just overheard their conversation, hoping they wouldn't notice she was awake.
" I-I don't know what the-they were thin-king, bringing a young h-human girl to be the next middle-m-man. A-a-are the elite becoming that desper-des-desperate?" One of the men said. He sounded considerably young, around eighteen years old. The boy appeared to have a stutter. His voice was also soft, almost sounding more like a whisper than anything else though still audible. ' What is he talking about?' The girl thought to herself, her train of thought was abruptly stopped by another voice speaking up.
"I don't think it's smart to doubt the elite's decision Toby, even so, she seems to hold some attributes required in a middleman." A monotone voice spoke. A soft "yeah" was soon hear from one of the men and it sounded forced. Then a bone-chilling chuckle came from the same monotone man. "What's so funny?" One of the men spat, their voice was deep and husky. "Well if you must know," The other man said sounding amused "It's kind of funny that out of all of us you should know just how capable she is." He rudely remarked snickering. The other man seemed to growl under his breath "Wasn't she the one that knocked you down and stabbed you in the leg?" The monotone man finally said in a provocative tone.
"Well, now you're just begging me to kick your ass." The irritated man spoke in anger and stood up but promptly cringed from the shooting pain from the injury to his leg and sat down. "I'd like to see you try," The monotone man replayed amused by his comrade's actions. The irritated man was about to say something when another voice spoke up, "Can you guys stop fighting already, I mean there's an unconscious girl in the living room that we have to prepare for her inevitable death." A boy said, he also sounded young similar to the first man, but this time his voice was much louder and sounded naval.
When overhearing what the boy said, she loudly gasped in shock without thinking, that seemed to catch the men's attention and they quickly went quiet. The atmosphere was so tense you could cut it with a knife. An awkward and unbearable silence fell upon everyone. But soon it was ended by the rattling of chairs getting put aside and the pattering of loud footsteps approaching the room she was in. Not knowing what to do, panic was the only thing she could feel at that moment. As she laid there, not moving a muscle the first that spoke was the man in a white mask.
"So now you choose to wake up? Took you long enough." He said to her annoyed, she looked at his masked face and then looked around the room. It seemed to be a log cabin by the walls being constructed from wood, and by the general look of it, it was pretty big. The couch she was on was in a rather rough shape, and right across from it was a scratched up wooden coffee table. Then she noticed one of the men resting on an armchair in a similar state as the couch she was on. He seemed to be looking right at her, though it was hard to tell from the blue mask that covered his face.
"Where am I? And who are you, people?" The girl spoke in a harsh tone trying to seem strong, though, in reality, she was terrified, and the men appeared to notice. "Aren't you a snarky one? But don't try to act tough or else." The man in the feminine mask said boredly. "Now, as for who we are, my name is Timothy Wright, but you will call me Masky." He hardly spoke while pointing to himself. The girl scanned him from head to toe and noticed that one of his legs was wrapped in a now blood-stained bandage. 'Did I hurt him that badly? Well serves him right.' She thought while glaring at him. "That guy over there," He continued and pointing to the tall man sitting on the armchair with his legs crossed, "Is Jack or as he's better known, Eyeless Jack." The man, named Jack nodded his head in her direction. "That shorty over there." This time he pointed to a short boy whit blond hear leaning on the door frame to the room, "Is Benjamin Lawman or Ben Drowned." Ben waved at her and smiled, but the smile was more creepy than anything else. "And lastly," Masky said while pointing to a boy with orange-tinted goggles " That's Tobias Erin Rogers or Ticci Toby." The boy then spoke up, "Ju-just call me T-toby."
"You're in your new home." He emphasised. "Here you will live till the day you die. Now, as for your purpose, you have been assigned the role of a middleman from now on." He said while looking at her dead in the eyes. "You're kidding, right? Is this some sick joke? A middleman? What even is that? You must be insane if you think I'll believe you." She responded hysterically while frowned and glaring at the man even harder than before and crossed her arms. "Oh, but you will, you don't have a chose in the matter." The masked man responded, looking at the girl sternly, he then sighed "I guess I should explain your new job shouldn't I." What he said sounded more like a statement than a question, and he carried on explaining.
"You will be the middleman of this forest," He said while pointing to the windows and sure enough, on the outside, there was a forest ' How didn't I notice that before?' The girl asked herself. "You have the job as negotiator, judge, executioner, errand boy and among some other things. But that won't be as easy as it sounds, because in this forest reside evil monster, creatures, demons, killers and different mythical being. Things that you humans thought were only in legends and tales." He said that as if he'd said it a million time before and continued "Now, we four were ordered," He moved to point around the room, gesturing to the men. "To get you and bring you here. So in the range of the next six months, we can teach you everything you need to know about being a middleman and how to do it right. At the end of those six months, you will go thru a four-stage test that will prove just how much you have learned, but if you were to fail, you will get executed. Do you understand?" He finally finished while looking at her and tilted his head. The girl was baffled and couldn't believe what she heard, better said she didn't want to believe it.
"You can't be serious right? I mean do you expect me to accept everything you just said as fact" The girl protested while immediately standing, "I don't know who you think you are, but I'm certainly not staying here any longer." And as she was about to head for the door, Jack suddenly spoke up. "And where will you go? You don't have any clue where you even are. Do you think you can just go out of this forest like that? Well, I'm sorry for ruining your parade, but that's not going to happen." He responded to her in his usual bored voice that seemed to be laced in a thin veil of sarcasm. 'He has a point,' She thought while looking at him. 'But it can't be that hard to leave a forest, right?' She reassured herself. "Oh, and another thing, this isn't a normal forest. No, it's a portal between the human world and underworld." He smirked through his mask when he noticed the girls face turn pale, "Though it doesn't look like it, you are in a branch of hell, and the only way to get to the human world is by knowing where the portal is, and we certainly won't be telling you of its location anytime soon." He remarked this time in a way that was much more malicious, almost seeming like he wanted to make her mad or provoke her.
But the girl didn't budge 'Is what he's saying true? I hope it's not, but I can't afford not believing him.' Still not moving from the place she was standing, she glanced down, "Why me?" She said, defeated. Those two words seemed to catch the men off gourd. " W-well," The boy named Toby spoke up. "You we-were chosen b-b-by the Elite." He said softly. "Who are the elite? And what do you mean by they "chose me"." The girl was quick to ask. "The El-elite are four o-o-of the strongest creatures in the underworld, they are the on-ones that choose the midd-middlemen for every branch and reg-ion of hell." Toby said, "We were als-also told m-m-many thi-things about you, your n-n-ame, hobbies, what you aspired to b-be, your dark-est secret, and mu-much more." He finished. "Better said we know everything bout you, Y/N." The boy named Ben stated calmly while smiling. Hearing her name come out o his mouth sent shivers down her spine.
The girl collapsed on the couch in defeat and put her arms to her head, 'Is everything that they're saying genuine? It can't be, can it?' She was in a state of dread and didn't want to belive what they were saying. 'I need to calm down, there has to be a way out of here somehow, and I'll find it.' She kept reassuring herself." Now, as I was saying, we four will be teaching you everything you need to know," Masky spoke up again with his hands behind his back." Your room is upstairs to the left. You should get as much sleep as possible we will start training tomorrow at nine-thirty am," He said while looking into the girl's eyes, "Do NOT be late, or else." He finished while going near the front door of the cabin, "Oh, and don't even try to escape, someone will be standing guard to make sure you don't." And with that, he and everyone else left. She was left alone whit her thoughts in the empty cabin,
'I should go and check out my room shouldn't I, maybe I'll find a way out.' and with that, she went upstairs.

This is Ch.1 of my creepypasta story.
Note: I manly post this on wattpad thought i will also be posting the chapters on here so i hope you enjoy. The explanation of what its about is in my blog lol and enjoy.
-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
There was a nice cold breeze that blew through the night sky. That cold breeze was uniquely nurturing for the masked man standing in front of his next victim's home, waiting for his comrades to arrive (even though he only saw them as pests). They seemed to be taking their sweet time. "Figures they'd be late," he said to himself while snarling. Now he acknowledged that what he was doing was wrong, camping in front of strangers homes, merely to ruin their whole life. And he wasn't inherently cold-hearted about it too, still feeling pity for the men and women that got terrorised and killed. It's not like he had a choice in the matter either, no. A man's got to make a living somehow, and if it meant he had to hurt others to get it, then so be it. But what was done was done, and he shouldn't dwell on it for now, definitely not when his partners were still running late "Where are those idiots?" He said to himself again and then, in the corner of his eye, he saw the shadows of, what he assumed, were the men in question. He turned his back to them in displeasure.
"Where were you three? I was waiting for ten minutes now." He turned around and looked at them but quickly noticed that someone was missing "And where the hell is Ben?" He yelled in a hushed whisper, not wanting any of the neighbours to hear him. A very tall looking man wearing a navy blue jumper and mask looked at the frustrated man giving him a bored expression, even though knowing he couldn't see it.
"Calm down we had to make a pit stop so we can get the key for the cabin. Someone forgot to bring it," The tall man said in a monotone voice while pointing to a brown-haired boy a little shorter than him, wearing a dirty grey jumper, with a blue hood, a striped grey fabric mask, and orange-tinted goggles, standing behind him. The shorter boy crossed his arms and rolled his eyes. The tall man continued "And as for Ben I'm not sure either, he told us he'd be waiting for us while we headed back and got the key, and when we returned he wasn't there anymore." The tall man sighed while gazing to the side.
"Dammit, where could he be? The boss is going to be furious," The masked man said in an infuriated sigh while putting his hand on his masked covered temples. And as if on cue, a short blonde haired boy dressed in a green tunic with pitch-black eyes, walked out of the forest. "Sorry I'm late," He said in a relaxed tone.
"Ben, why weren't you waiting for us?" The tall man crossed his arms and looked at the blond boy, towering over him "Where did you go?" He asked while directly looking into the boys' eyes. "Oh yeah, bout that, I got tired waiting for you guys, so I thought why not just go by myself, but I got confused and then lost." He responded in a carefree manner. The man in blue seemed a little agitated from the blonds behaviour and as he was about to say something he got interrupted.
"It doesn't matter anymore, we all know that the boss will have our heads if we delayed this any further," The masked man said in annoyance to the three others. "Let's get the girl and leave." The others looked at each other and then nodded in agreement. They slowly crept up next to the house being very careful not to make a sound. "Ben go look through the upstairs windows and check if anyone else is home while I check the downstairs windows. You two stay here and wait till we're finished." The masked man said to the group. Ben nodded hovering up to the windows on the second floor and checked each thoroughly. While checking, he looked though one that seemed to be the target's bedroom. A girl was laying in her bed in a piece-full slumber. Looking at her, he checked if she was truly asleep and then went to report to the others.
"The coast is clear, and the girl is in her room," Ben said softly, "Yeah same for the downstairs area, she seems to be alone," The masked man responded. He then sighed "Well, this should be understandably easy. We'll go through the back door, so no one notices were here. We both will get her," He stated while pointing to the man in blue, "You two will be the lookout." As they went to the back door, Ben accidentally bumped into a flower pot, making it fall and break. The impact caused by the flower pot hitting the ground produced a loud boom. All of the men looked at the source of the sound, hoping it didn't wake up the girl. "Be VERY fucking careful of where u go, god-dammit, we don't want to wake the girl." The masked man said in a bitter whisper while glaring at the men trailing behind him and continued on his way. But little did he know it was too late.
The girl was only half-asleep, and the loud impact woke her from her lousy attempt at slumber. Recently she was barely able to get even a little shut-eye, always having that nagging feeling of uneasiness and dread while she was in her room at night, it felt like she had been watched. It got to the point where she had to take pills to get even a few hours of sleep. A heavy groan escaped her lips while she sat up from her bed, frowning and putting her face in her hands. "I should check out where that sound came from," She said to herself while getting up and tried to turn on the light to her room but it didn't seem to work.
'Did the power go off?' Thinking to herself while sighing and turning around stumbling to her bedroom window. Looking out of it she stood in her tracks still half asleep and wide-eyed she thought it was a dream. There were four strange men outside in her back yard trying to open her back door. Stood there shocked not knowing what to do but then speedily regained her composure and ran downstairs, ran to the back door and promptly jammed a chair in the door handle. That seemed to catch the men's attention. They immediately stopped what they were doing, realising that the girl knew of their existence. Noticing that the door stopped rattling there was an ear-piercing silence, and then out the corner of her eye, she saw something that made her blood run cold. Out the window, right across from her, she saw the silhouette of a tall blue looking man with what she could only assume was a small sharp knife held in his right hand. She didn't want to make a sound afraid that the man would see her, but it was too late, he was looking at her with his navy blue mask, tar-black eyes almost piercing through her. She was looking right at him, with a fear-stricken look on her face.
Thinking only of the worst outcomes of her situations, she immediately ran to the kitchen and pulled out a large knife and ran upstairs. 'If all the four of them are downstairs, then I could go to my room, lock it and jump out the window escaping in the forest.' She thought to herself clenching the knife she took to her chest and sprinting to her room. Swinging the door open, she stood in horror.
Right in the middle of her room was a relatively tall man wearing a white feminine looking mask on his face, he had messy dark brown hair and was wearing a worn-out dirty light brown jacket and baggy torn trousers, he looked to be around twenty and equitably fit. As soon as she saw him, she tried to close the door to his face and blot to a different room, but the man was remarkably swift and provided to tackle her to the ground making her drop the knife once firmly in her grasp. But she wasn't going out without a fight and proceeded to try and push the man off but was failing miserably, so she went to plan B.
Right when the opportunity opened itself up, she quickly shoved her foot in the middle of his legs making the man loosen his grip on her, giving her the chance to push him off of her and grab the knife. Standing up, she noticed that the man was quick to recover from her harsh blow, trying to attack her again this time even more aggressively than before. But she was ready for it and barely dogged. 'This guy is fast I need to get him off my ass,' The girl thought to herself while trying to attack him with the knife, but he dogged and in a swift motion kicked her side making her wince in pain, following it up with a punch to the stomach made the girl fall on her side.
He tried to kick her again while she was on the ground, but the girl caught his leg and pushed the back of it, yanked him down with her. The man fell with a loud thud and grunted not seeming amused by her actions. He tried to get up and take care of her but was promptly stopped by the sharp pain he felt on his leg. The girl had stabbed him with her knife. A scream escaped from the man's lips. She immediately got up and tried to leave, but unknown to her, the tall man she saw out the window was waiting for her. As she ran downstairs to get to the front door, the tall man shoved her to the ground and knocked her out.
Taking her in his hands, he went upstairs and looked at his ally sprawled on the ground and snickered. "A little girl was able to knock you down, how sad." The tall man's usual monotone voice was laced in amusement. The masked man was unimaginably irate.
"Help me up and let's just go, we don't want the cops finding out," He said in anger "As you say, Boss." The tall man said mockingly while helping him up.
"Just shut up and help me already, Jack."
