journaling is one of my all time FAVORITE things to do. its so much fun especially since i LOVE to yap and just write to myself. my journal prompts are super unserious and super girly and just so perfectly me, so in this post im just gonna share some of my journal entry titles as prompts for inspo for the other girlies who love to journal…💬🎀

❤︎ ideas - if u dont write ur ideas down i guarantee you won't remember them so its important to jot things down. i write down all my ideas for my blog, business endeavors, even just things i wanna do.

❤︎ shopping lists - especially ones that i use more than once like my essentials shopping list or my seasonal shopping list.

❤︎ lipstick swatch pages - you can swatch some lip liner and do cute little kiss marks on the pages so u can remember what the shade of gloss looks like when ur on the go.

❤︎ tattoos i wanna get and why - i wrote that page like a year or two ago and as im looking back at it, it still rings true.

❤︎ smash or pass - i have a page of my celebrity crushes smash or pass, and then the people i actually know irl smash or passes. or i'll do kiss marry kill or something fun like that.

❤︎ general diary entries - like talking about my day, everything im grateful for etc etc.

❤︎ sweetest inbox letters - because you guys always write sweet stuff to me and i always copy it into my journal so i can look back on it.

❤︎ all about me page - what can i say, i like talking about myself.

❤︎ letters to future versions of myself - and then i dont open them until later dates. sometimes i'll do a video diary entry or something fun like that.

❤︎ notes to my younger self - this one’s kinda healing. write to the little you with love, and tell her how FABULOUS and gorgeous she turned out.

❤︎ dream outfits i wanna recreate - i screenshot pinterest looks or outfits i see in music videos + write down how i’d style them with stuff i already have or wanna thrift.

❤︎ boy toys - i LOVE how juicy this page is. im a super detailed writer and i come with RECEIPTS. i include names, dates, details, the whole nine yards.

❤︎ my designer wishlist - designer pieces that i want in my closet. im super intentional with my wardrobe so i want very specific things.

❤︎ my spicier techniques - idk how in depth i can go about this on my blog 💀 but i write all my techniques in here. use ur imagination.

❤︎ my emergency contacts - not actual phone numbers but more so things that instantly lift me up when im having like a mood swing. like the exact shade of lipgloss i wear when im sad or my comfort movie and comfort soup order from my favorite chinese food place.

❤︎ my perfume wardrobe - i have a matching perfume wardrobe in my beauty binder but i like to have it in my journal too because its just such a fun page.

❤︎ glow up plans - cuz i love looking my best and thinking about how i can get even hotter.

the girly girl's handbook⋆.ೃ࿔*:･🧁💕

as a hyper feminine girly i wanted to post a handbook for all the girly girl's about things that i find super girly and what is in my opinion the STAPLES of a hyper feminine girly. wow i said girly SO many times in this intro…💬🎀

BODY SHIMMER ;

if u hate the way that shimmery oils and balms make your skin feel sticky opt for a dry body shimmer, if u like that wet look go for a body balm/shimmer oil. either way shimmering is SUCH a girly thing. like when ur standing out in the sun and u look like a shimmering fairy like YES. especially for the summer, body shimmer is a total necessity.

SURROUND YOURSELF WITH BEAUTY ;

surround urself with pretty girly things. buy cute makeup brushes and display them on your dresser, add little touches of pink and glitter throughout ur room to spark joy whenever u look around ur room. display pretty girly plushies, literally anything. surrounding urself with beauty and with girly things is such a quick and easy way to feel girlier.

something else that goes with this is buying things in ur favorite color and swapping out things in ur space that don't rly make u happy for ones that do. for example if u have a toothbrush that works totally fine but its an ugly shade of yellow and ur favorite color is pink. BUY A PINK TOOTHBRUSH. you'll actually enjoy brushing ur teeth 10x more. this principle can be applied to everything, school supplies, bed sheets, literally anything.

BE CHARISMATIC ;

be polite to everyone, be kind, be nice. its often glamorized to be short/rude with people but its not hot. be decent. saying please and thank you is literally the bare minimum but it really goes a long way. because people are social creatures and we all crave connection and genuine interactions.

🧁 maintain eye contact when speaking to people

🧁 be a good listener and be conversational

🧁 body language matters!

also even if ur introverted don't think that means u cant be charismatic. charisma is all about being warm and genuine in your own way. the energy that u give off matters because people will most easily remember how you made them feel.

HAVE YOUR SIGNATURE PIECES ;

every girly girl should have her signature piece of jewelry, signature scent, signature lipgloss, heck even a signature hairstyle. i love having signature things because its all part of the branding you know? if ur not a bracelet girly, have a signature necklace. or if ur not a necklace girly have a signature pair of earrings.

and take your time when finding your signature pieces because when you have something that is ur signature _ it'll be like a part of you so you wanna take time into thinking and choosing the piece that best represents you and who you are/want to be.

THE GIRLY GIRL'S ARSENAL ;

🎀 a good pink gloss is a total necessity. i like to have one bubblegum pink colored gloss and then a paler, more pink-sugary gloss. essence has some really amazing lipglosses. i also really love the victoria's secret lipglosses.

🎀 a girls generation playlist. they're like, the girly girl BLUEPRINT. here's mine that i listen to when doing literally anything, it makes me feel like the girly main character in a show.

🎀 a good go-to pack of lashes + ur go to lash style.

🎀 a cute compact mirror for your purse.

the art of self seduction.ೃ࿔*:･🐈‍⬛🎀

“pampering my body with the best body nectars and butters, wearing my prettiest lingerie for my eyes only and taking cute pics, i seduce myself 🐈‍⬛🎀” this is something i tweeted one evening after putting on my body nectars and my pretty victorias secret babydoll lingerie and its the inspiration for today's post, the art of self seduction...💬🎀

WHAT IS SEDUCTION? ;

self seduction is having a luxurious and intimate relationship with yourself. knowing yourself, knowing what you like and don't like, treating yourself like the love of your life. self seduction is falling in love with yourself 🪞💕 self seduction is all about intention and routine. seduction itself is effortless, but seduction is the fruit of SELF seduction.

SELF SEDUCTION RITUALS ;

i pamper my body with the best body nectars and butters i have. i love to wear perfume oils also because they last longer. my favorite combo EVER is the vanilla cashmere whipped oil butter from eos, paired with my chocolate musk eau de parfum. i smell like a little droplet of vanilla and caramel drizzle, just utterly delicious.

another self seduction ritual that i do is mirror work. i often look at myself in the mirror and tell myself sweet things... seducing myself with every glance and every word. while i get ready i whisper to myself about how gorgeous and lovely i am, how i literally invented sex appeal, about how im the embodiment of the word perfection. its good to tell yourself these things.

❤︎ taking photos is another one of my self seduction rituals. i love to photograph myself bcuz i love every single inch of my perfection. i wear my prettiest pieces and do my makeup real nice and i just take pictures and fawn over them. its such an intimate thing because those photos are for me and that makes it that much more special.

❤︎ shopping is also a self seduction ritual for me! i love spoiling myself with cute panties and bras, sweet perfumes etc etc. whatever makes me feel pretty and princessy i'll buy for myself. it really makes such a huge shift in ur confidence when u smell good and have cute lingerie. i really love the way black lace looks on me, soft pinks, creams and silk also feels and looks really nice against my skin.

❤︎ another thing i do is when i listen to love songs i always imagine them being written FOR me. its a GREAT way to manifest and also it reminds me how worthy i am of tenderness, of poetry, of being cherished. like im my own muse.

self seduction is all about doing things that make you feel good. feel good in your body, in ur mind, in yourself. identify what makes you feel good and give it to yourself. its about getting to know yourself essentially. and getting to know yourself will make ur confidence increase, you'll be happier, its just so so good for u to know you.

WHY THIS IS IMPORTANT ;

this is important because this is how u become ur own fantasy, this is how u fall in LOVE with yourself. you'll glow differently and ur energy will glow differently too. self seduction is about learning how to romance yourself and knowing yourself and ur body. its also incredibly grounding. it brings u back into ur body, confidence and beauty.

its important because u deserve to be adorned and adored, and u dont have to wait on someone else to do it for you because u should be doing it for yourself. when u treat urself like the most beautiful thing in the world and think ur the most beautiful thing in the world, the world has no choice but to prove. you. right. remember, you're the prize. the fantasy. the DREAMIEST doll ever
